Rooms were incredibly comfortable, breakfast consisted of toast waffles, cereal (hot and cold) yogurt and fruit. The staff was amazing and so friendly. Even nice to see how some of the rooms were being updated and brought into the 21st century. Cheryl at the front desk was phenomenal about bringing us extra towels and pillows when we asked. Amazingly friendly staff even explained what the issue was with the Maple Bugs and what they were and how they are harmless but annoying. The showers had great water pressure and got super hot. Rooms were well worth the price.

Slight musty smell when you enter the room, but the room was comfortable and so was the bed. The shower was good lots of pressure and hot water. I've read other reviews about this place and find peoples expectations can be a little high for "budget" hotels.

We had a pet so maybe pet rooms are worse? Bathroom and bed updated and quite clean but carpet and furniture/couch were very old and stained. The 3+ rating is not deserved!! Cheap? Yes. Decent room? No!!

Very friendly staff and very spacious rooms. Conveniently located along a major road with many shops and easy access to the Transcanada highway. Pricing is among the best as well. The rooms while spacious weren't the cleanest and had stains in the carpets. Not enough to detract me from staying again but if you're looking for an impeccable place to stay, this probably isn't it.

While the carpet has retained some of the smoke smell from yesteryear, the room was fairly comfortable and all the appliances worked well. It was clean and I could find nothing broken or not working. The breakfast of bread, fruit, cereal, waffles or fruit, and drinks were all satisfactory. The staff were friendly and welcoming. On a busy dance wkd there were only a half dozen guests here - it was quiet and central. We'd stay again. Don't expect the Hilton but for those on a budget it was good value.

Nice rooms! Staff is excellent friendly and helpful! They had a bunch of noisy people come in at 4am and nipped it in the but. But then they started up again and they called them Again to tell them to be quiet i did not get much sleep after the people woke my baby up. Not very clean as my wife and I found some sort of brown bugs and killed on the bed she seen 3 to be excat we had our 5month old baby and dogs staying with us now we're on edge of what it was!

On the road for work. This place is the worst dive I've seen yet. The scent of sewer gas permeated the room. Covered with an off brand plug-in air freshener. Leaving the air quality minimal at best. I've been stuck in some low end establishments before. I'm generally fine with standards that are a little lower. But to find remnants of blood left in the tub, on the shower curtain, on a lamp shade & in the removable mattress cover is unacceptable. They tried telling us it was permanent stains. Claiming it to be either water, rust or dye. Using gloves, bleach & a sponge everything came off the tub with little effort. One should never have to clean & disinfect their own room at check-in. Given everything we also felt the need to purchase our own bedding for the one night stay. Additionally, when checking out charges were $35/night higher than originally quoted. Had literally every other Hotel not been booked solid. We would never have stayed beyond unlocking the door.

I stayed one night; 10 Nov. 2017. The sign outside said $69. I was travelling with a pet and was advised of a $15. pet fee. When paying I was quoted the $69. plus the pet fee. When I received the receipt it showed $109.37. I mentioned that it seemed too much. She confirmed $69. for the room and $15. for the pet fee. In the morning prior to leaving I went tot the front desk and requested a print out. Going over the charges I found I was charge $79. plus a $3.00 room fee. I was told it was weekend pricing. It was the same woman at the desk as when I checked in now along with a man I guessed might be her husband. I told him that "she" quoted $69. He continued to explain the bill to me and not listening to a word I said. I told him I would never return. The room was terrible. It was stinky and felt dirty. The towels were stiff and not absorbent! Sounds silly but they smeared the water over your body! The quality of the room was not even worth the $69. Dirty and no customer service. I wish I question the receipt when I arrived...I should have left. My next night was at Motel 6 and was $20. cheaper! Corporate rate. Terrible experience. I'd also like to add I went into the kitchen to make a cup or tea before going to sleep since there was no coffee in the room...was told to leave. Terrible place, old and rotting.
