Redbud marina boat launch, is closest to goat island. You can rent boats, kayaks, sailboats, SUPs, and even get sailing lessons at Redbud marina. Redbud is closed on Sundays & Mondays. Campgrounds for glampers and campers alike. Great lake for kayaking and boating. Easy roads (for Oklahoma roads), a Telsa had towed their watercraft there. If you want a sandy beach area, head over to Hawthorn across the dam, which is great for littles and families that want to swim, and has vault bathrooms handy.

I am actually livid! Redbud Marina is where I keep my boat, they gave me 3 days notice before my contract renewed that they were raising my slip rent $40 a month. Refused to reply to my emails for 3 days asking if repairs had been made over the winter. Insane because the slips are in horrible, unsafe condition. I told them I have an insurance agency and the amount of liability concerns here are insane. They don’t care. There are exposed metal posts, my dad who just had bypass surgery & shoulder surgery had to SWIM to my dock today in over waist deep water bc the end had been removed, I called and said I refuse to swim and they said oh we have C and B connected temporarily….ya’ll it isn’t connected, I had to HOP across the docks. What if I fell? Their response to why they were increasing was to be competitive to others…I am moving it to Cross Timbers and it is only $25 more a mo!

We go the the marina every weekend sometimes just for dinner and sometimes with our boat from Talala area Launch from Sunnyside Ramp and have a nice cruise down for dinner. Staff is awesome 👍👍👍. Do wish they would enforce a leash rule for dogs. A dog off a leash came and attacked our dog on the leash. So we placed our dog on our boat and that dog still came back again. 😡. Other than that the Marina is awesome and we love hanging out there

Redbud Marina went above and beyond to accommodate my family on our recent week long stay on Oologah! Their food is fantastic and their hospitality is superb! Couldn’t ask for a better experience! 10/10 recommend Redbud Marina! P.S. Their goat island was such a surprise and the whole family throughly enjoyed the experience!

Read on here they let people fish off the docks. Just checked and they only allow you to fish if you rent a slip from them. 3 starts because they were polite when the said it.

Google
Great community and Great place to set up a camper for the weekend or for the month. We are mostly city dwellers, but the marina has been so great helping us including staff member,Aidan, came out and helped us back our trailer into our spot. We attended one of the marina’s parties and had a very nice time looking fwd to more family time out there now that we have a boat slip as well!

Google
Pretty spot. Huge cliff to the lake, no showers but it's a pretty spot with water & electric hookups.

Yelp
We had typical bar food with live music on the water. It was a nice summertime lake night.

Yelp
Love love this place! It isn't too crowded and ease of loading/unloading our boat. A few weeks ago on Father's Day our boat broke down and they had a service for towing and came quickly and even gave us a break because it was Father's Day! Very kind people!

Yelp
Went to the Red Bud Marina / to shelter out a sudden storm yesterday (Friday 7/14/2023). We tied up in the courtesy dock and ordered some appetizers. The storm came in and was intense. The staff went around checking on everyone outside and in. Eventually everyone was inside as the rain was sideways and lightning was popping off all around. We ended up ordering burgers (Mikes burgers I highly recommend). Later around 8:30 the storm was starting to clear, we figured we would attempt to make it back to the Sunny Side Ramp where we launched from. About a mile out the waves were still so high 3'-4' and crashing over the sides. I decided to head back. We tied back up at the same slip we departed from. Michael the owner and operator of the marina gave me a ride back up to Sunny Side where i retrieved my truck and trailer, went back and loaded up in the shelter of the bay. Thank you all for being great host and taking such great care of all the guest down there. I'd give you 10 stars but it's not an option

Yelp
We rented a boat and drove for about 10 minutes (there and back) just to learn that we had a $93 charge for gas when we returned. The woman working was very rude and spoke with disgust and disdain towards us. She said the going rate of gas was $6.47 which still wouldn't have equaled $93 unless we rode around the entire lake. I honestly believe they manipulate their gas gauges because the meter was still on full when we got back. Not a great experience at all. I would not recommend renting from or visiting this place.

Yelp
The sailing school staff was very friendly and easy to work with. They were willing to come in early to make the class work for myself. The price was reasonable, and the teaching and facilities were very good. The locals were very friendly as well. Overall it was a great experience.

Yelp
I found redbud when I was looking for a sailing class. The staff there worked very hard to get me signed up and through a class as quickly as the weather would allow and I was impressed by their attentiveness. The class was great and I am looking forward to using their marina services in the future.

Yelp
Let me first start by saying that my husband and I travel in our RV full-time. We have been all over the country and have had better experiences for far less money. I would not recommend a stay longer than a weekend. The campground and RV Park is not set-up for full or long-term RV'ers, yet when we arrived we were told differently. We were told that we could stay full-time and that they were able to accommodate us. We were to stay 6 months. We were given a slip that was not pull-in ready. It took us two days to clean up the site before we could pull our RV into it. Sites are not cleaned and maintained. The first week we were there we had to have an electrician come out and we were told that one of the legs were dead. It took us three days to convince the managers, Michael Fawcett and his wife, to fix the problem, leaving us without electricity for three days. In addition to the electrical problems, we were told that there would be a worker that would come out twice per week and empty our gray and black tanks which we thought we could handle for the six months we were going to be there. Needless to say they only showed up once per week, if that. When we complained, we where told that they would "do their best" to get to the black tank. We've had to continually complain to get the tanks emptied. We finally ended up doing it ourselves. When they do empty the tanks, spills are common. We've had to clean up raw sewage from our sites on numerous occasions. When we complained to Mike and his wife, it was extremely difficult to get them to our site to clean it up. Additionally, the bathrooms are not kept clean so we were unable to use the shower facilities. The park is pet friendly, however, there are no enforceable rules for pets. Pets are not required to be controlled while outside (including the manager's pets) and run the park. There are dogs throughout the park that constantly get into our trash and coolers, and defecate on our lot. Rules are not enforced for landscape, clutter, or noise. We've been awakened by unruly quests as well as police many times. One tenant that we befriended was staying where she worked because she could not sleep due to the noise made by her neighboring campers each night.I would not recommend this park to anyone that will be staying for any length of time or anyone for that matter.
