The hotel is well located and that’s all the strong points it has. The room was dirty, the towels were already stained and dirty, mold was present all around the room and bathroom. You could see the lack of cleaning, the room felt dirty and disgusting. Not coming back ever again and I do not recommend anyone coming here.

I wouldnt recommend this hotel if you can afford a bit more. The elevator takes forever, its not the most clean place, they dont replace sheets daily or give any extra towels… however the worst part is how slow and difficult was the check in. They only provided one key per room and many times you have to re activate it before heading to your room. Breakfast is basic and too full to be able to enjoy it, same as the pool, not enough chairs to be able to enjoy it.

This hotel is rundown and the service is terrible. Linen and towels are 20 years old and the breakfast is terrible. Not worth the price. You have to recharge the swipe key every time you leave the room which makes no sense.

The location is ok but the room was very smelly and dusty. I requested another room but they didn't respond. Even the next day I wasn't heard. I had to move to a nearby hotel. Up till now I haven't been reimbursed. this is terrible. I am really disappointed in Rede Andrade Barra. the chain is a very good chain but this one is very disappointing.

The only good point is the location. The place is abandoned. It was dirt, the bed sheets were disgusting, and many things in the room were broken and smelly. There was a flood in the corridor. Avoid this place, from the bottom of my heart.

This js the worst hotel ive ever been to: the rooms ate falling apart, it's dirty, abandoned, stains all over... we complained about our room because it did not look like the pictures at all, he took us to a worse condition room, then finally to a livable one that it didnt have a phone or hot water. The hotel and the people are awful, the place is not safe at all (they put some paper tags with your name on it when you ask them to keep your bags, anyone knowing your name or just pointing at your luggage could take it). Save yourselves some big trouble and do not stay here!!!

This is the worst hotel we've ever seen. It is extremely DIRTY and UNSAFE. The building is falling apart. It appears that they haven't done any maintenance in this hotel for at least a decade and it shows. ||They do not follow best practices to ensure guests' safety!||||We booked this hotel for 5 nights during carnaval and decided to leave after the 1st night. We paid a fortune for another hotel but it was well worth it. Here are the issues we experienced: ||||- Lack of safety: They added a sticker with the room number to each door key that also shows the name of the hotel. If you lose your key, someone will be able to get into your room and take your belongings! ||||- Building: Everything looks worn out and dirty. Every wall is stained and dirty: the lobby, the hallways, the bedroom, the bedroom and bathroom doors. ||||- Stairs: Unsafe and not built to code. Ceiling is too short and the steps are uneven. Everything around the staircase is dirty. There’s chipped paint everywhere. ||- Elevator: It shakes and makes some rattling sound as if it's about to drop to the bottom.||||- Bedroom: Also dirty and things do not work properly. The AC looked dusty, was held together with tape and dripped on top of the bed. The safe did not work. The door did not lock properly and there wasn't a safety lock on the inside. There was dust and black mold everywhere.||||- Bathroom: Worn out and moldy. There was hair and dirt in the shower. The shower drain didn’t work and we had to shower with water getting up to our ankles. There was black mold all over the ceiling and mildew around the shower door. ||||- Amenities: Towels are worn out and look dirty. Mini fridge had signs of corrosion all over it.||||- Staff: They try their best but they’re unequipped to provide good service under these conditions. When I told them about all the issues above, they agreed and said they were not surprised but could not do anything about it.

This hotel has a great location and is right on the beach. If I were to rate the hotel solely on the location and the views it would be 5 stars. Conversely, taking the room into consideration, there were a few let downs. My room seemed run down and there were a lot of fixtures missing from the room and in their place was a sticker saying "removed." To me this seems very strange, I'm not sure if it was being renovated or they were removed for another reason. The hotel staff were very friendly, and most front desk staff could speak enough english to communicate. The breakfast and the lunch buffets were very pleasing. The lunch buffet was also a very good price.
