The location of the hotel was impeccable, just steps from the beach, which made it very convenient and enjoyable. Breakfast was also a highlight, with a good selection of varied food and attentive staff ensuring everything was well presented. On the other hand, there are areas that need improvement. The room was not properly cleaned, and it was difficult to ignore the presence of insects, which seemed unaffected by the number of guests. This had a significant impact on the overall comfort. In addition, the elevator situation was concerning: only one was operational, and it made sudden movements and unusual sounds that suggested maintenance had been neglected. For safety and peace of mind, using the stairs felt like the better option. Overall, the hotel has strong points in terms of location and breakfast, but cleanliness and maintenance require urgent attention to match the quality guests expect.

Pretty terrible honestly. Giving it two stars because the air conditioning worked better than the last hotel I stayed at in Barra. Front desk staff is disinterested and slow, no one came to clean the room during my two night stay, and there was hair in the bathroom that was not mine. I don’t like these kind of junky chains that don’t seem to try. I only stayed here because of the location and price, otherwise it’s not worth it.

Pictures on the website are not recent, the hotel is really old. They didn't have the family room we booked, they improvised a room for us, horrible, we had to go up two floor of stairs with luggage as the lift didn't reach the floor they allocated us. There were live electric cables uncovered in the room, the loo seat was broken, the room had mold on the walls and it was really dirty. Breakfast was really poor. We only stayed for a night.

The hotel is well located and that’s all the strong points it has. The room was dirty, the towels were already stained and dirty, mold was present all around the room and bathroom. You could see the lack of cleaning, the room felt dirty and disgusting. Not coming back ever again and I do not recommend anyone coming here.

I wouldnt recommend this hotel if you can afford a bit more. The elevator takes forever, its not the most clean place, they dont replace sheets daily or give any extra towels… however the worst part is how slow and difficult was the check in. They only provided one key per room and many times you have to re activate it before heading to your room. Breakfast is basic and too full to be able to enjoy it, same as the pool, not enough chairs to be able to enjoy it.

The location is ok but the room was very smelly and dusty. I requested another room but they didn't respond. Even the next day I wasn't heard. I had to move to a nearby hotel. Up till now I haven't been reimbursed. this is terrible. I am really disappointed in Rede Andrade Barra. the chain is a very good chain but this one is very disappointing.

This hotel is rundown and the service is terrible. Linen and towels are 20 years old and the breakfast is terrible. Not worth the price. You have to recharge the swipe key every time you leave the room which makes no sense.

The only good point is the location. The place is abandoned. It was dirt, the bed sheets were disgusting, and many things in the room were broken and smelly. There was a flood in the corridor. Avoid this place, from the bottom of my heart.
