Rede Andrade Cecomtur Hotel

Made a reservation, informed them we would be arriving late and when we got here for checkin, we found out that they had sold our rooms to another group of people. Would not recommend this to anyone. Garbage staff.

I had booked through Agoda for 2 nights, however, I had lost my flight and was taking the next day. I got to the hotel that literally has a dumpster outside. Get to talk to the concierge, showed her my reservation details, and she tells me that my reservation was canceled since I didn’t showed up. I asked her if I could still get a room saying I would pay for it since it was almost 2 AM and I was tired from my flight. She said that the hotel was fully booked, so I guess they wasted no time on literally double booking. This lady was super rude and should not be in customer service. Horrible experience and I would not go book there ever again.

Basic needs in room not available. Breakfast table menu service needs to be divided to prevent queuing when only a part is required.

Never book this hotel and don’t make a mistake book it, you can trust on the reviews it’s real.. WiFi are not working in the hotel , bad management.. staff are friendly but hard to communicate with English

The conditions of some of the rooms are just deplorable. I, unfortunately, was assigned to one of bad ones. I booked 4 nights and packed my bags after the first, and went to a better hotel. The mattress is in dire need of replacement, the bathroom had a very strong smell of bleach, almost to cover up the wet dog smell that overwhelmed the room the next day. The window lock is broken and the toilet literally shifts out of place when you use it. You can hear absolutely everything that happens outside of the room. This hotel is not following through on the refund policy they have advertised on Expedia and refused to provide a refund for the unused nights. The front desk staff was friendly and helpful. It's not like bad management is their fault.

The staff were polite and friendly and the room was clean. But the aircon is so noisy, the walls are so thin that I can hear people in the hallway and the room beside me. The wifi connection is so bad that I had to use my own data most of the time

The hotel is clean and prices are OK. I will stay there again. Wifi is not throughout the property though like they claim. ||I couldn't get wifi from my room. I always had to go out. But it's a 3* hotel so certain things are understandable. You guys need to hire more people who can speak English at the front desk. It's a hotel in a good location where you are expecting to receive tourists from all over the world. So English is the number one commercial language. Kudos to Keren, Very fantastic customer service skills and she is never annoyed to help people. She is a Gem for the hotel's administration.

Tv had 3 channels to choose from and one had no volume, there was no hot water even after letting it run for 15 minutes. I did want to rent room for another night out of convince not having to pack up but still had to check out and go online to make a reservation since I had to leave I went to hotel that has hot water. There was some other things I didn't like but I wrote enough. At least it was tile floor and not bacteria carpet. Hope they don't charge my debit card extra because of this review
