Reden Yoga

I have been a client of Elizabeth for almost 2 years with the majority of the time being regular Thai yoga massage but also joining a group yoga class. I have really found my center with the services and highly recommend Elizabeth as a caring provider who plays an important part in my holistic health and wellness.

I've gotten regular massages for many years, but had never tried Thai massage until today. Elizabeth is AMAZING. My hips feel brand-new, and the knots in my previously tense shoulders are gone; she's absolutely gifted. I would recommend her to anyone and already have twice today!

Was thrilled to find Reden Yoga in 2022 after my long term teacher retired. Viniyoga should be a must try for everyone for healing & maintenance. Great bodily yoga practice that also addresses the mind, spirit, etc. Gentle and for all bodies, accommodations offered for digging in a bit more or hanging back. Thai Yoga Massage is amazing - try it, you won't be sorry. Stretch & massage all at once.

Elizabeth is an excellent teacher. She offers one on one and small group classes. She is a wonderful mentor!

I visited Elizabeth at Reden Yoga last year for a Thai Yoga massage after purchasing a Groupon. I have to say that this was one of the best experiences that I have ever had for massage--although this is not your typical, lay on a table type of massage. You are on mats on the floor and she will gently work to realign and loosen your body by assisting you into various postures. I have problems with my neck and spine, and in general have become rather stiff and inflexible--this treatment seemed to get my energy flowing again and i felt great afterwards! Her treatment room was relaxing and airy; the place is easily found on High Street and there is parking in back. I definitely recommend!
