Redlands Hotel & Conference Center

Really pleased to have found this hotel last minute. Clean,quiet and very secure. I had two great nights sleep in a very comfortable clean bed in a very spacious room. I wouldn't hesitate to book here again. Highly recommended.

I recently booked in for the weekend with my wife here. I have to say that I expected much better from Redlands. The location is good, but the service was terrible, the staff who work in the day are incompetent. Half of the lights in the room weren't working, the bathroom's extractor fan was not working and any time I requested something from reception, they felt as if I was giving them extra work (asking for water for the second day as it wasnt replenished, and asking them to reset the safe code so that we could store our valuables in there, but nobody came). Another thing to note is that you can here everything from your room (the neighboring rooms, flushing sounds, etc). The guy who works the night shift was quite pleasant and helpful. All being said, I wouldn't recommend staying here.

Rooms are quite spacious. Hotel has a nice boutique vibe to it. Staff is friendly. Their lawn/garden is amazing. I’d only recommend better quality body wash and shampoo.

Did not expect much from an establishment that was unknown to me and was therefore truly taken aback by the beautiful decor, hospitality, friendliness of the staff together with excellent food and a spacious and clean room. Will definitely stay here gain. Thank you, Team Redlands,

The room was a good size and was clean.||Unfortunately it was also very sparsely decorated – having only a single desk chair in a room for two. At the very least I would have expected two lounge chairs so that it is not necessary to lie on the bed in order to watch TV together.||Finally, the bedding – while clean – was also looking a little threadbare – particularly the pillow cases.||

It was obviously very smart in its day but has been allowed to run down. Very dated now. Bad wi-fi.

I stayed at the hotel for 1 night. I didn't get to enjoy their breakfast or even taste the coffee because I had a very early morning start. It's an old style place...vintage/antique style furniture with modern appliances. The room was very spacious. The bathroom was 👌🏾 The people were friendly and professional. The bed was amazing. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

The room and the location is great but the service is TERRIBLE. We came back from our function and wanted to have a nightcap at the bar at 10pm. The bar tender told us the bar is closed. As soon as a Caucasian lady asked for a drink at the same time the bar tender was willing to serve her which came across as special treatment. After we asked the bar tender why he was willing serve her and not us he informed us she was the sister of the owner of the hotel. As paying guests the response was confusing. After the owners sister was rude to us we went upstairs slept and enjoyed the rest of the stay. The bar tender in my opinion was racially biased.
