Redlands Hotel & Conference Center

Really pleased to have found this hotel last minute. Clean,quiet and very secure. I had two great nights sleep in a very comfortable clean bed in a very spacious room. I wouldn't hesitate to book here again. Highly recommended.

Did not expect much from an establishment that was unknown to me and was therefore truly taken aback by the beautiful decor, hospitality, friendliness of the staff together with excellent food and a spacious and clean room. Will definitely stay here gain. Thank you, Team Redlands,

The room was a good size and was clean.||Unfortunately it was also very sparsely decorated – having only a single desk chair in a room for two. At the very least I would have expected two lounge chairs so that it is not necessary to lie on the bed in order to watch TV together.||Finally, the bedding – while clean – was also looking a little threadbare – particularly the pillow cases.||

I stayed at the hotel for 1 night. I didn't get to enjoy their breakfast or even taste the coffee because I had a very early morning start. It's an old style place...vintage/antique style furniture with modern appliances. The room was very spacious. The bathroom was 👌🏾 The people were friendly and professional. The bed was amazing. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

The place was nice, friendly and helpful staff. The place was clean and homely.

The room and the location is great but the service is TERRIBLE. We came back from our function and wanted to have a nightcap at the bar at 10pm. The bar tender told us the bar is closed. As soon as a Caucasian lady asked for a drink at the same time the bar tender was willing to serve her which came across as special treatment. After we asked the bar tender why he was willing serve her and not us he informed us she was the sister of the owner of the hotel. As paying guests the response was confusing. After the owners sister was rude to us we went upstairs slept and enjoyed the rest of the stay. The bar tender in my opinion was racially biased.

Lets start. With the good, the hotel service was prompt, helpful and friendly, they were courteous, the food that was prepared was of really good quality, except for the pizza. The grounds were well kept and beautiful. The rooms were generally clean, and spacious. What i expected and what we got based on pricing was not aligned, the room was aged and definitely required maintenance, not equipped well, it needs to be modernised and refreshed and this hotel could be much better!

A good place very clean and peaceful. The food is great and close to the malls.
