Redlands Hotel & Conference Centre

It is a nice hotel in a nice secure area. Very nice gardens and walking spaces. Though the WIFI does not work in all rooms which need to be addressed as it is inconvenient for guests to walk the corridors looking for WIFI service. Cleaning was not done amazingly well either which also needs to be addressed. If you get these things right, I think I would have added better rating to "VALUE" & "CLEANLINESS".

I recently booked in for the weekend with my wife here. I have to say that I expected much better from Redlands. The location is good, but the service was terrible, the staff who work in the day are incompetent. Half of the lights in the room weren't working, the bathroom's extractor fan was not working and any time I requested something from reception, they felt as if I was giving them extra work (asking for water for the second day as it wasnt replenished, and asking them to reset the safe code so that we could store our valuables in there, but nobody came). Another thing to note is that you can here everything from your room (the neighboring rooms, flushing sounds, etc). The guy who works the night shift was quite pleasant and helpful. All being said, I wouldn't recommend staying here.

Fantastic stay.||Venue - good facilities - would have loved a bigger TV in the room though.||Staff - very friendly and accommodating. Some of the best I have experienced.||Food was also exceptional. Breakfast and dinner - with a good offering on the menu.

Really pleased to have found this hotel last minute. Clean,quiet and very secure. I had two great nights sleep in a very comfortable clean bed in a very spacious room. I wouldn't hesitate to book here again. Highly recommended.

Rooms are quite spacious. Hotel has a nice boutique vibe to it. Staff is friendly. Their lawn/garden is amazing. I’d only recommend better quality body wash and shampoo.

Did not expect much from an establishment that was unknown to me and was therefore truly taken aback by the beautiful decor, hospitality, friendliness of the staff together with excellent food and a spacious and clean room. Will definitely stay here gain. Thank you, Team Redlands,

I stayed at the hotel for 1 night. I didn't get to enjoy their breakfast or even taste the coffee because I had a very early morning start. It's an old style place...vintage/antique style furniture with modern appliances. The room was very spacious. The bathroom was 👌🏾 The people were friendly and professional. The bed was amazing. I would definitely recommend this hotel.
