Redlands Hotel & Conference Centre

I had a wonderful experience at this hotel and its restaurant. From the moment I arrived, the service stood out and the staff were professional, welcoming, and always ready to help with a genuine smile. Check-in was smooth, and any requests were handled promptly and efficiently. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, with thoughtful details that made the stay relaxing. Housekeeping did an excellent job, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel felt calm and well-organized. The restaurant was another highlight of the stay. The food was fresh, well-prepared, and beautifully presented. There was a good variety on the menu, and everything we tried was flavorful and satisfying. The restaurant staff were attentive without being intrusive, which made the dining experience even more enjoyable.

I stayed at Redlands Hotel & Spa recently, post their new ownership and renovation, and it was a really special experience. The hotel feels incredibly calm and peaceful from the moment you arrive — the kind of place where you instantly slow down and switch off. Everything feels fresh, thoughtful, and beautifully done. The rooms are comfortable and stylish, the grounds are quiet and serene, and the overall atmosphere is relaxed and refined without being over the top. The staff were warm, attentive, and genuinely welcoming, which made the stay even better. It’s the perfect place to unwind and reset. We’ll absolutely be back.

Celebrated friendmas at the Cellar and Stone with my friend and we had an exceptional time. I was last in this establishment 7 years ago, and could definitely see the difference and feel the vibrancy of the revamped space. Would highly recommend, 10/10. However, it’s a bit unfair to charge mocktails the same as cocktails.

It is a nice hotel in a nice secure area. Very nice gardens and walking spaces. Though the WIFI does not work in all rooms which need to be addressed as it is inconvenient for guests to walk the corridors looking for WIFI service. Cleaning was not done amazingly well either which also needs to be addressed. If you get these things right, I think I would have added better rating to "VALUE" & "CLEANLINESS".

I had such a great Christmas Buffet dinner at Cellar & Stone. The food was good, drinks were cold & atmosphere was so calm. I wouldn't have picked to spend my evening anywhere else.

What a beautiful Christmas lunch with such an amazing atmosphere. We had the most delicious Christmas buffet, from starters to dessert. Thank you so much for a wonderful afternoon.
