Reduit Beach

Visited this beach in August multiple times. It’s very clean, the water is always a great temperature, and it has a undefeated view of the sunset and island. There are plenty of paid activities to book. It’s in a great location, and easily accessible from the Rodney Bay strip. There’s plenty of parking, yet it’s never overcrowded. The salesmen on the beach frequent often to rent chairs/umbrellas, sell bracelets, food, and drinks. They’re respectful and will move on if you tell them you’re not interested. It’s easy to spend an entire day here and not get bored. Perfect for any kind of crowd: couples, families, etc. The best part is the sunset. Even when the sun goes down you’ll find it’s still quite lively with local fishers and dining tourists.

A beautiful beach - perfect for relaxing. There’s a nice drop off so it’s good for swimming. Look for Chantal to be your guide on the beach! She’s wonderful and kind and not intrusive. She helped us with beach chairs, food and water, and booking the jet ski.

Awesome. The sand is steep though so the kids need supervision. Beers are cheap, good food options and locals are very helpful.

We liked a this beach a lot! Close to all amenities and the car park. Hardly any distance to walk and fairly flat. We hired sun beds and an umbrella approx $5 per item for the day. Beautiful beach, outstanding views, not too busy but enough going on to keep interested. At the other end of the beach is an activity area for children. We did not have children with us but it looks good, it had no impact on us at all, just a nice peaceful beach with the occasional person trying to sell crafts or drinks.

I really enjoyed this beach! I love how it’s secluded, not overwhelmed with tourists, only legal vendors are allowed so there’s only a few who are very kind and not pushy, great service from the local restaurants as well. We paid 70 EC/30 USD for 2 chairs, 1 umbrella you can have for as long as you’re there. 10/piece in USD. Beautiful blue waters and absolutely clean beach. Would come back again for the views and good time.

Great beach with nice sand and a gentle entry to the sea suitable for all. We prefer the end next to Marie’s fish shack where there’s a little parking area (free) and no one hassling you unnecessarily. Beds and umbrellas available for hire but there’s shade in the trees too. Further down the beach there are water sports available but at our preferred end it’s much quieter yet easy to walk or swim to the water sports.

Visited in May 2024. Was staying in a resort right on a beach which is probably gone by now (will be demolished and new one built by Royalton). Very quite where we were staying, but busy where rentals were set up. Nice sandy beach with very clean water. No sea weeds. Long enough to have a good walk.
