Look, the Hotel is due a massive Renovation! This will never happen because it’s just a chi ease tour hotel. Cheap prices and to be fair, a good size room. All gym , bar, sauna have been taken away. All that is left is rooms with friendly staff. Most barely understand English which is fine as we are in Cambodia after all. Staff are extremely nice but untrained. Again I don’t mind this as the place is cheap. The pool area is also due some

Very nice hotel, we planned a 3 day stay, but ended up staying 2 more nights. We got a very good price, payed 70 $ for two rooms, one of which was a suite. Service was very good and friendly. Breakfast was included, we enjoyed the homecooked meals. Although there were very few guests, everything was kept clean and tidy. The swimming-pool had excellent water quality. We recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Siem Reap. It is also very close to Angkor Wat.

Prices are much cheaper going to the hotel, and paying there. I got ree hotel Suute for 50 dollars per night, when T A advertises at 400$ ||||Don’t be scammed by these crooks, go directly to hotel

Pros:|Food is often fresh. Breakfast buffet is good if you get there early. Friendly staff. Hot water is consistent. Easy to get a tuk tuk right outside of the hotel. Expect to pay $3 to get to the main area of Siem Reap.||Cons:|Breakfast ends at 9:30. Wifi is non existent when there are tour groups there. Expensive restaurant. Far away from stuff to see. The gym equipment do not even turn on, and they have wires hanging off. Mold on shower curtains and around tub. We requested to have our sheets changed but they failed on that as they just wiped and re-made the bed, I wonder if they do that often? Pool appears to be clean but once you get in you can see people hairs and dead skin in there which is so nasty! You can't communicate with any of the staff as they are very limited with their English, know your Khmer so hopefully that would help you more than it did us!

The best place ever! Stayed here for a few weeks in 2012 while we visited family nearby. The place was clean, comfy, the food and shop inside were great too. I would totally stay here again.
