Reef suites

Amazing experience. Staff were absolutely fantastic, really took care of everyone. The food on the pontoon very special... and loads! The dinner (delicious) in the evening with the reef sleep guys was great, fun to be together. It was also nice to have special treatment, sunbeds etc as reef suite guests, felt very spoilt. Suite wonderful, not huge but big enough, loved watching the fish... especially from the loo ha ha and very comfy beds. Good snorkelling along the reef despite being windy. Just a very special couple of days

This location and setup is wonderful. The "suite" itself is great. The experience of going to the reef, snorkeling, diving, sub with windows tour are all good. You share the afternoon with many others who are there for the day. Mid afternoon everyone not spending the night leaves ... This is when the horror story starts. There is a serious Bird issue. To the point of the birds attacking guest for food. Imagine being on a pontoon (which is what you are on) in the middle of the ocean and have 1000 (maybe more) birds on this pontoon wanting food. You have the only food and they do anything to get to it... including flying into the submerged observatory where we had diner... eating diner while getting attacked by birds. If you are on the deck in late afternoon, evening or night, the birds swarm around you. There is also the sound of this many birds.... and with this many birds, they poop.... lots of it.... and it stinks. It makes this experience a nightmare. Until the bird issue is fixed, I would consider this venue uninhabitable. This is not a "1" star but not safe for humans warning.

We went on holidays with reefstay 25 and 26 June . It was a lovely stay and staff. However the winds picked up tp 45 km per hour and were feeling sea and asked to leave one day earlier. The problem is that we have paid our room and they took us out and put us on the upper deck . We had paid for the suit no refunds given and being kicked out . I was really sick and uncomfortable felt that we could have stayed in our room that we paid for until the ferry arrived .

Wow! What an experience! From the moment we boarded the boat we were treated like royalty! The service was amazingly good, and the underwater suite was spectacular! Even the bathroom you could see beautiful fish! I would 100percent recommend it! The food was sooo good and drinks were plentiful and I'm about 5kgs heavier than when I got there haha.

This was a surreal and incredible experience to be sleeping in the Reefsuites seeing the fish swim by our bedside. It was worth the experience to be viewing the turtles and many variety of fish from our suite. The staff were very hospitable. Food was awesome and they fed us more often that I would normally eat.

We have been trying to have this holiday since 2020. After finally making it to Hardy Reef yesterday, we were blown away by the most amazing experience. The underwater suites were even better than expected! All the staff were gracious and attended to every need. In particular one of the best dive crews we have ever had the pleasure of diving with. A must for any lover of the underwater world . 🤿🤩

The under water suites are as awesome as you imagine. Beautifully clean and lovely ensuite. The view amazing both day and night. The lapping of the water woke us up many times as if to say, ‘look what you are missing’ as a huge grouper or 2 filled the window. Food was nice, the trip a bit rough but sea sick tablets well before gave us a happy journey. Diving tame and snorkeling great fun over 2 days. Highly recommend those suites.
