Really nice old hotel. The restaurant is very cozy and the food is delicious. It is right next to the shore, so amazing location. The rooms however can be better.

Review of Reenskaug Hotel, Drøbak||To celebrate our 20th. anniversary day, we booked a night at Reenskaug. The pictures on the website looked very promising, and we were really looking forward to this stay. |Upon arrival at Reenskaug Hotel, we immediately encountered issues with the parking application called Voids, which was not functioning properly. This inconvenience required us to contact the reception to resolve the problem, adding an unnecessary hassle to the start of our stay.||Our experience with the room was equally disappointing. The room was small and dirty, with a pervasive odor resembling that of dead mice. Despite our request to the reception to address the smell, the hotel was unable to resolve this issue, leaving us to endure the unpleasant conditions throughout our stay. The hotell did not offer any solution nor another room.||Dining at the hotel's restaurant was another regrettable decision. We were informed that the chef had to leave at 19:45, causing noticeable stress among the waitstaff. The soup was utterly tasteless, the entrecote was overcooked, and the mussels had a strange smell, making the meal quite unappetizing. To top it off, no wine was offered to accompany the meal, further diminishing the dining experience.||Overall, our stay at Reenskaug Hotel was marked by numerous issues, from the malfunctioning parking app to the subpar room conditions and disappointing dining experience. This hotel did not meet our expectations in any way, and we cannot recommend it based on our experience. We interrupted our stay and left very disappointed.

This was one of the best places. Location, room were just fine. Good firm beds. The service by Oliver was above and beyond! He really helped us with all kinds of information. And made our stay a great stay. The breakfast was elaborate and hotel beautifully decorated inside. Tx Oliver and imo you should get a raise, because of your service oriented attitude!

The bar/resturant was stylish but that was it. Horribel old food at breakfast. Got a slice og old bread and left the hotel. Dont go here!

I spent four excellent days last week in the Reenskaug Hotel. Perfect location, nice architecture, professional and very kind service. I enjoyed very much the breakfast with seafood, fruits and sweets, and the traditional mussel is one of the best foods I ever ate in my life. Thank you! Hopefully we meet again.

My family and I stayed here for easter vacations. We had a great time, everything is walking distance from the hotel, and the service at the hotel was excellent. Especially Lautaro from Argentina was very serviceable, offering us food and always helping us with our needs.

Yelp
The Place was ok for a night or two. Hotel rooms are a bit small but modern enough with a decent bed and fair bedroom. Minibar if you want some Cold Beverages or stock your own. Service is friendly and the restaurant is ok if you dont want to go out searching for something else. The competition of hotels in Dröbak is not so tough so i would imagine that this is probably the best one. Prices norwegian meaning high.
