Refillables Hoi An

I love this place - the welcoming helpful staff, diverse range of goods, great prices, environmental message, pleasant atmosphere and excellent quality. From seeds, oils, cleaning goods, soaps and shampoos, cooking goods, herbs and spices to so much more including treats like home-made jams and chocolate drops...if I want something this is my first stop. It also helps knowing my old jars and bottles are being reused rather than adding to waste landfill. I cannot recommend it high enough. It also has bonus of charity shop upstairs. Thank you so much for providing this wonderful service.

It's really cute, they have a lot of things. Will give a review on the shampoo and conditioner. I love how humble and how reasonable the prices are. Thank you for being! :)

They have all the niche ingredients that are hard to find in Hoi An (nutritional yeast, maca, xanthum gum, activated charcoal, psyllium husks, alternative flours, dry herbs, nuts, vegan cheeses, oils and vinegars, handmade soaps and candles etc). They sometimes have extra recycled containers you can use and brand new ones you can buy if needed! Second Hand Shop / Thrift Store for Charity upstairs too 🥰 Cash only!! Closed on Sundays.

Cute shops with pure products. However, the staff was not welcoming and seem to be not excited about their job. I needed to bring them jar by jar from what I wanted to the counter. I expected more service, especially because it was two of them and the shop was empty. A pity

This place is a little off the main road but is an awesome find! With a mission to reduce the amount of plastic that we use how can you not love a place like this? The premise is simple but the impact could be powerful, bring old bottles and refill them with soap, shampoo, detergent, etc. and stop buying new ones and contributing to the landfills. When arrived we were welcomed with a smile and had all of our questions on how it was all set up and what ingredients were used. We picked up some shampoo, a bamboo straw, and toothbrushes for now but we'll be back, with our bottles to fill! It is my hope that this place becomes a big hit with everyone in the area and makes an even bigger impact on the beautiful surroundings. Thank you for your vision Refillables!!!

A beautiful little store with so many options: grains to spices to natural cleaning products. They’re doing great things for promoting sustainability and making it so easy for the community.
