Excellent park with good range of camping sites. The young lad that checked me in was really nice, very impressed. Very green and clean park. I think 3 maybe 4 amenities blocks. The two I went into were excellent. Our caravan site felt not too cramped. As coastal parks can be brutal. Close to a lovely lake. Surf club across the road with a little cafe. The surf was insane. Short walk to two cafes. Approximately 15 minutes walk to the village. I highly recommend staying here. Our visit was too short.

We just stayed at this park for two nights with our toddler and baby. Meeting up with friends staying here as well. Unfortunately as we were checking out we had terrible customer service from the lady in the office. We had forgotten our key code for the boom gate and had asked for a code to get out. This was a huge inconvenience apparently to the lady. As we wanted to go down to camp kitchen to meet our friends first for a big breakfast together. She suggested we park outside the park and walk there. We have a newborn baby and toddler and heaps of bags. Not an easy task. She was very put out by this and really not friendly at all. My partner reminded her we had just stayed two nights and spent $500 with them. It does not make you want to stay again. My toddler also burnt his finger on a light bulbs that sits next to the bed with no protection around it. Something we weren't going to bother mentioning. Other than that we had a good stay, nice park and kitchen facilities were great. Definitely need to improve customer service. She may need to be sent on some course to improve her communication skills.

The location is great, right beside the tea tree lake and the surf beach. Facilities are good, would be great to have access to a children’s toilet in the family bathroom. It does feel like the park is aimed more at older travelers rather than families as there is no playground or pool on site. With the price of a powered site for two nights was $130 you would think you could have access to a washing machine without paying additional. It cost me $14 to wash two loads and an extra $8 for the dryer and $2 for washing liquid. bit ridiculous.

Great park, good clean facilities. Grounds ade well maintained and everything is clean and tidy. Lake Ainsworth is lovely to swim in and the beach is so close. We love Lennox Head and all it has to offer! Easy walk to shops and cafes, walk along the beach or on the footpath. Untouched by huge developments and high rises. We hope it will always remain this way.

We stayed on a powered site. The park does not have all of the bells and whistles like pools and playgrounds and jumping pillows, all of the things that we grey nomads don't need or want to pay for.|The park was extremely well maintained and the amenities were very clean. Staff on check in were friendly and helpful|I would highly recommend this park.

Just spent 5 days here. Fabulous, very clean and tidy. Next time we're going to get spot at other end closer to beach . Our little dog gave it a big paw up as well.

Let me start with the good. This park is in an amazing location. Across the road from Lake Ainsworth and a bit past the lake is the ocean with a patrolled beach so you are spoilt for choice for swimming. The lake is fresh water and the temperature is like bath water. Perfect for kids, adults, paddle boards, etc. There are plenty of grassed areas, picnic shelters, bbq's around the lake. |There is a kiosk at the beach and a Cafe within 5 mins walk. The main town is about a 15min walk. There is a Friendly Grocer in town that is quite well stocked, 3 liquor stores, a butcher and bakery.|If you need the Woolies you will need to drive 10 mins but other than that you won't need to drive anywhere.|Down the road is 4wd access to 7 mile Beach but you need a permit.|As for the park the front office stocks various ice creams, drinks, lollies and milk. The Norco milkman also visits regularly. You can also hire kayaks, paddle boards and push bikes for a reasonable price.|During our stay they had a movie night, activities for kids and a visit from Santa.|I found it convenient that the laundry had a credit card payment system and you get a text when the load is about to finish. $7 a load to wash and $8 to dry. You can get an iron from reception if you need it.|In the section we were in there didn't seem to be a camp kitchen but there may have been one at the far end of the park. People were washing up in the laundry.|Amenities were pretty standard. Bit frustrating the you need one code for the toilets and another for the boom gate but not a deal breaker.|Park is pet friendly as are parts of the beach but the lake and surrounds are not pet friendly.|Mind you, it wasn't cheap but still cheaper than many on the coast.|Sites are very squishy. We had a small caravan and awning and could barely fit our car on the site. Neighbours are right up to each others' boundary. |All in all, we loved our stay and will most likely be back.

The lady at reception was very friendly and efficient , certainly a great asset to this business as first impressions are very important I was in cabin number 8 , the key would not open the screen door , the lady at reception apologised and arranged  2 staff to open it with a  master key .I did not lock the screen door once I gained access .The television remote would not activate the Television . Maybe flat batteries but very disappointing .
