Risotto alla Carbonara (Best Seller): A creative and technically precise reinterpretation of an Italian classic. The risotto’s creaminess, the balance between pecorino and guanciale, and the perfect texture of the rice reflect culinary mastery and a respectful yet modern approach to tradition.
Homemade Potato Gnocchi: Light and velvety in texture, made with top-quality ingredients. Each bite was a burst of flavor, showcasing the freshness of the produce and the chef’s skill in blending simplicity with sophistication.
The desserts maintained the high standard of the meal, with elegant presentation and well-balanced flavors. To top it all off, we were offered a homemade Limoncello as a complimentary treat, adding a final touch of authenticity and local charm.
