Reformation

Went on a weekend & there were like 3 girls by the fitting rooms all talking & giggling. It was obvious I was waiting for one of them to be available so that they can assist me. In total there were like 4-5ish girls & only one sweet girl offered her help & after waiting on her she forgot my request. I eventually left but it's typically like this.

Sales advisors are so sweet and accomodating. Such a good experience here.

Love the brand but yesterday went in to the Aventura location and my husband bought me a dress. Worst customer service ever. If I didn’t love the dress I would have walked out. The salesgirl was literally doing me a favor by waiting on me. Made me feel awful about the purchase. From now on I’ll just purchase on line.

I just want to say I’ve never experienced better retail service. I’ve been looking for a dress to attend a wedding in for weeks and Ariel and the staff of reformation was so helpful and sweet. Found the most gorgeous dress thanks to Ariel! ❤️

Lovely service and attention to detail , Forgot the name of the sales person but he was very attentive and my wife loved the dress . Thank you !
