I had such a great experience at Reformation! Haily was incredibly helpful — she went above and beyond to make sure I found exactly what I was looking for. She was patient, knowledgeable, and had a great eye for styling. It made the whole shopping experience feel fun and easy. So thankful for her help!

Wow! Yesterday I was last minute shopping for a wedding guest dress, and after spending a couple hours at the mall and leaving underwhelmed, I decided to drive over to Reformation for the first time. My only regret is that I didn't start here! What a pleasant experience. I showed up less than an hour before closing time, and the staff was attentive as soon as I walked in. I love the feature of the touch screen where you can see the entire store's stock and what sizes they have available, and you can *add them to your dressing room* to try on. This process made it so quick to see whats available without going through every rack of the store. They also only place one dress of each style/color on the racks, which makes it less cluttered to browse through. Within a couple minutes, my dressing room was ready with all of the choices I made on the touch screen. I tried on multiple silk dresses and they are beautiful quality. I think they are also very flattering. The girl (I wish I could remember her name) was always immediately available if I wanted help zipping, or with a size change. There was someone in the back room that would hear me telling her I wanted a different size and a moment later, the dress would appear before I could even close the dressing room door. I will definitely come back for the customer service alone. The products are pricey but I think the silk dresses are worth it if you have a special occasion like a wedding or formal event. Thank you so much for assisting the impossible task of finding a dress the night before my event!

I was shopping for a dress for my best friend's birthday with a specific one in mind from a few months before. They didn’t have it in stock anymore, but Sophia was so helpful and tried to find me similar dresses. As I was checking out, Sam (the store manager) realized that instead of shipping the dress to NY and risk missing the return policy, they could just ship it directly for me from the store. It was the sweetest gesture, and she even let me slip my friend's birthday card in! They both went above and beyond my expectations, all while managing other customers in the store. One of the best shopping experiences I’ve had. Thank you ladies!

Wonderful place to find a staple wedding guest dress. Adriana was so patient, kind, and helpful with helping me find my perfect dress. I ended up with the Kourtney dress in black. I am normally a 4-6 and went with a 4. Definitely recommend trying on in person! A great, easy shopping experience.

I adore this shop! Haley is an absolute gem, and always so patient and helpful with all my needs. The brand also partners with threadup in which you can sell your gently used clothing/accessories.

I just left the knox/Henderson location and I have never felt like I was inconveniencing someone more then I did when shopping today. I love reformations clothes and have never had a poor experience but these two girls were scrolling on social media and didn’t even look up at me when I was asking about getting a different size. They had their videos playing full volume while people were shopping and didn’t pay any attention to anyone else. I left without making my purchase because I didn’t want to inconvenience them anymore. Another gal was buying multiple dresses for bridesmaids and they had no problem ignoring her. I still love reformation but this was a bummer.

My friend and I decided to check out this store to get a cute Valentine's Day outfit. The store is BEAUTIFUL, and Sam and Amy were awesome! They helped us pick out some really cute outfits to try on and were so friendly and gave us some feedback on how to style the outfits. I can say without a doubt that this was the best shopping experience I've ever had! I seriously wish shopping could be like this all the time haha. I definitely recommend checking this place out.

We love how the store is set up by color. You pick the style and they bring you the size. Great choices and if they do mot have your size in the store you can order online. Nice quality of fabrics and styles.

I went into the store a while ago and was helped by one of the employees, Emily. I have never experienced such a warm and helpful person in a store! I appreciated all of her help and I was very impressed with the quality of clothes, cleanliness of the store, and professionalism of the employees! Highly recommend. Everything is curbside now, and I'm still experiencing the highest customer service.

My sister had her fashion upcycling event at this location. The staff was friendly and told us how Reformation is helping saving the earth with fashion sustainability. The store was neat and organized well, a plus for me when it comes to shopping. What I truly like about the store is how to utilize the tv screen to select what clothing to try on. I like being able to select from a screen vs a normal department store. Sam was friendly and knowledgeable with the product. Super sweet and helpful to my shopping. I hope to come back and shop again when I am within the area. Love the cause and will truly support it!!

Stopped in to Reformation tonight for my first time. I was greeted by Sam and Courtney who helped me pick out several dresses to try on for a trip to Mexico! I found 2 dresses + a top and left extremely happy! Thank you both for your amazing service and picking out pieces that flattered my body type.

As good as it gets when it comes to customer services! I remember hearing about this company a while ago and was excited to go check them out when I found out they opened a store in Dallas. It's truly a unique shopping experience. Upon walking into the store I was greeted by a girl named Amy, she was very friendly and welcoming. It was like I was going over to a friend's house to try on clothes in their closet. She helped me pick out an outfit, found me a dressing room, and BOOM, the clothes came right to me. I love that I didn't have to dig around trying to find my size. Great shopping experience, I definitely recommend to others. Also ask for Amy when you're there she's super helpful.

I've heard about reformation from so many different people, and found out there was an actual store in Dallas! I came to check it out and fell in love with everything there- I heard in particular they were famous for their jeans so I came and tried on some! Sydney was there to help me out and she couldn't of been ANY nicer! Loved everything about it!

This store is so great! Let me start by saying I am not one to typically leave reviews but I felt this one was very well deserved... my sister is having all her bridesmaids from around the nation choose from 10 champagne dresses ONLY from Reformation. Luckily I have one right by my office. AMY was an absolute God send... she made me feel excited, secure, and confident. She offered extremely professional advice and definitely knew her product (not to mention she stayed late to help me finalize everything with my purchase). If you're looking for a trendy/quality store with gorgeous designs and classy employees, look no further! I will definitely be using Reformation for my bridesmaids/company events/showers/birthdays... literally great for every event and even day to day. Definitely recommend you do the same!!

I recently visited this store and had to brag about my experience! First off, the store is so open and organized-making it easy to find and piece together an outfit. And the staff is really friendly and helpful. Kilani was helping me during this visit and she was so attentive and really listened to what I liked, she was awesome at pulling items and piecing together outfits for me and was really great at explaining the whole ordering process. I love how easy my whole shopping experience was at this store- will definitely be back!
