Regal Apartments

Kasia has set up such a beautiful, comfortable apartment. She's excellent at communicating with you and there's great directions for checking in and out. My friends and I enjoyed it so much. Such a lovely area too.

Excellent quality apartments in fantastic area of East Perth. IGA (Gourmet. Expensive, but has own hot fresh food deli) & 777 are 3 minutes walk away. Residential excellence.

Great location, walking distance to Optus Stadium and swan River. Rooms were clean. Did have to walk up stairs after you get out of the elevator difficult with luggage. Kitchen was well equiped and the laundry an added bonus. There is a great supermarket around the corner. Front desk has limited hours but staff are helpful. The free yellow bus line is close by. I really enjoyed my stay here great value for money. The bed and pillows very comfortable.

Don’t be fooled by the pictures because they’re absolutely nothing to do with the reality. I was prepared for basic but not the condition of the apartment. Kitchen & bathroom weren’t clean. Carpets were nasty. The inside of the frig was missing parts in the door that made the area not useable. When we arrived the sidewalk out front are covered with garbage giving us a very bad first impression.||||We were not provided details on wheelchair access to the lobby which was problematic. An apartment we expected to be set up for someone that could not walk was not so equipped. ||||The receptionist basically ignored our concerns – she wasn’t rude but offer no suggestion on how to address our problems with the apartment. We spoke with her again the following day and this time she set a meeting that netted action. ||||Elisa and her team worked hard to make the remainder of the stay doable. Including installing grab bars in the bathroom and vacuuming the hallways outside the apartment daily - something that isn't normally done. ||||With “some love care”, new interiors and regular cleaning & maintenance of the lobby, elevator, hallway the property could be a gem. The location is good and the apartments are a good size.

Was excellent to have a nice place with great air-conditioning and great area. Getting in was a little tricky without a reception (got in on a Saturday) but figured it out. Place is undergoing renovations, but can't wait till it's all done.

I stayed here from 12 -17 March 2016. It was a very pleasant experience. The apartment is spacious with 2 rooms, a complete kitchen and laundry room. So near to the airport, so close to the public CAT bus stand, easy to access. The staff is very helpful, they even arranged transport for me and my family to the airport at 3.30 a.m. But I think they should come to our room and at least clean our bathroom once during our 5 days stay there. But overall, thank you Regal for the awesome service and worth my money.

Was only in Perth for 1 night and just needed something relatively close to everything at a reasonable price. On that note, the hotel did well. As far as everything else. The hotel is quite old. Decked out with 80's furniture & nothing really too modern. My biggest concern was the check in process - Got a text on the day that if we were going to arrive after 12:30pm (before the actual check in time of 2pm) we would have to send a text message or email with our license and credit card. This cannot be safe. But what choice do you have by that point. Sent it and received a code the lockbox where i found our key along with every other room booked that days key. Again, that cannot be safe. All in all it did the job for a reasonable price. Got a good nights sleep. Parking is available - $10 if you book direct through them & $22 if you do not book through them - But just pay the extra because there rate is usually a lot more than other booking websites

Well appointed apartment, but couldn't open the bedroom window, and living room screen door couldn't be secured, so fresh air was an issue at night. Fully equipped kitchen. Washer and dryer included. Although there was an elevator to the floor, there was another six steep steps before we got to the room, which was annoying with luggage. Reception only open til midday on weekends, which makes weekend check-ins challenging. Well stocked IGA just across the street with everything you need for a self sufficient stay.
