REGAL PLUS

Went to the shop first time. No price mentioned on anything. Bought a few snack items and total was 95 dhs which I felt was too expensive .Did not receive a bill. It will be helpful if the price is mentioned to make customers life easier so we can shop accordingly. Just saw reviews where no customers are happy with their shopping experience in Regal plus.

The lady on the counter is too much arrogant...everything is very expensive ..I bought rasamalai for gifting to my friend it was spoiled and when i called them she told its not our fault due to heat it may happened...but same day how it can be happened and it was kept in the fridge only after buying...the lady spoke very rudely...she was not ready to accept the thing...instead of apologing she was telling me that it's my fault only....very bad customer service..

Don't buy wheat from them I bought 3 kg of praaritik organic wheat 3 pkts knead it made chapati it was leaving fine sand texture then served it before knead then also same texture asked them to exchange 2 pkts which is unopened but they completely refused it very bad service

This highly priced place needs to learn some lessons on customer service..recd a truly bad quality perishable product when ordered online and was told to return to store if quality was bad...no apology no regret...was a regular, now that's history.

Worst experience… yesterday I took thepla from their store which was spoiled and stinking… when informed them in message their reply was to refund and nothing much… no concern for customers health… yesterday at store itself my frd complained them of having sand in their thepla even then they didn’t notice the matter and just ignored her…very rude behavior and they r quite rude even when they send orders… last time when I ordered vada pav she sent bill for dhabeli when asked she says I am done with vadapav so sending dhabeli… don’t you chk with client what they want before sending … not at all happy with their service and food👎

Awesome sweets . They are flown in directly from mumbai. The barfi just melts in your mouth. Must try

Watch out folks. My wife has been ordering from this store for last few years on regular basis and she never checks bills. This time i received stuff because she was not at home. Bill amount looked too high for me for stuff we ordered and started cross checking. All prices were inflated shows their intensions. For example mamra badam costs from AED60 to AED100 per KG depending upon quality, here they charged AED350 per KG!! Same for most of the items have inflated prices compare to any store or food delivery apps. I called them and then visited their shop as well and they dont have any answer shows their intensions. Not sure how many times this happened in last several years!!! shame! Owner responded to my review below and posted amazon item which has similar Mamra almond price. Mr.Owner there are lot of fraud people in Amazon who buys stuff with normal price , makes a better package and sells it in higher price. So, you are correlating to those people to make higher profit and cheat customers? Mamra Almond is just an example which standout. Not only Mamra almond every item on that bill has inflated price .

The shop was good and had a variety of items in snacks and sweets. But there were two issues I.e. 1. Some of the stuff was expired and the lady at the counter was trying to give an excuse that it's has expired only a month ago. 2. The shopkeepes were not very welcoming and it felt like they don't care much about the customer satisfaction. It was my first time so I was expecting a better customer dealing. This review is not to set a bad image. Your products are good. Please work on your way of dealing with the customers. It will help you increase your customer return.
