We recently hired Tattva Catering for a lunch event, and the experience was outstanding. The food quality was excellent—fresh, flavourful, and beautifully presented. The quantity was perfect as well, with generous portions that ensured all guests were well-served. Their support staff headed by Mr. Ajay with Naveen and Basudev deserves special praise They were punctual, attentive, and extremely professional, managing everything smoothly from start to finish. Their hospitality added a warm touch to the event and made the entire experience stress-free. I would also like to appreciate their manager, Mr. Nilesh Gupta who was extremely cooperative, well-organised, and ensured everything was delivered exactly as promised. His coordination and calm handling made a big difference. Overall, exceptional service and great value. Highly recommended!

My husband bought 2 samosa and 1 kachori from this shop thinking if its a bit expensive the quality will be fine but he was so wrong to judge the shop according to its structure and setup... Please I highly advice all of you reading this u might be having a lot of money but don't waste it in this shop by just looking at the so called glass shop and good quality plastic used to pack food with a food label mentioning all the ingredients the owner of the shop is too smart to take ur money in an astheic way, guys don't be just educated bt act educated ..the samosa is AED 3.50/- with a size of 2 laddoo may be and the kachori (AED 5/-) had a shell as good as a walnut and was as cold as a cold drink from refrigerator so just imagine how stale it would have been...they r making money in such a wrong way... people in Dubai are happy to pay a bit more but not for this kind of quality in food....and for the owner if u r reading this stop making money by playing with the health of the people. They have literally over priced everything but if u really want so much money please don't give garbage in return.

The owner’s behaviour felt judgmental from the moment I entered, as if I was a competitor rather than a customer. Instead of being customer-friendly, the attitude was dismissive—almost questioning why I am not buying bulk quantity . The environment felt uncomfortable, with constant staring and no sense of hospitality. Sadly, the product quality was average, and the overall experience was far from welcoming. Not recommended.

ABSOLUTELY PATHETIC EXPERIENCE— Regal Plus doesn’t even deserve a single star! We placed a WhatsApp order for 14 customized snack boxes, clearly written and confirmed, but when we picked it up the next day, everything was wrong. They just packed whatever they felt like without even informing us. When we called, the lady on the phone was shockingly casual and arrogant — zero sense of customer service. Instead of sabudana khichdi, she sent samosa, and instead of dal kachori, matar kachori. The box priced at AED 23 isn’t even worth AED 10. Unprofessional, careless, and disrespectful — they’ve lost a customer for good.

I try Gajak Pista Peanut i like it but Pista quantity is very low its all peanuts

Love this place Sweets are no1 quality Even the frozen stuff like ready to cook is great and namkeen is really tasty Please keep up the quality 🙂

Great place to get Indian snacks. Definitely try the masala mango, it’s to die for!

Went to the shop first time. No price mentioned on anything. Bought a few snack items and total was 95 dhs which I felt was too expensive .Did not receive a bill. It will be helpful if the price is mentioned to make customers life easier so we can shop accordingly. Just saw reviews where no customers are happy with their shopping experience in Regal plus.
