REGANTRIS HOTEL SURABAYA

I stayed at this hotel for two days during my visit to Indonesia, and it was one of the best decisions of my trip. It’s a budget-friendly hotel with excellent value, located right in the city center. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and very well maintained. The service was exceptional. The staff fulfilled my special requests, including changing my room and even preparing a veg pizza for me, which turned out to be one of the best meals I had during the trip. A special thanks to Erik and Natasha—they were outstanding. Despite my English accent not being very clear, they were patient, professional, and extremely helpful. People like Erik and Natasha are the reason a stay feels homely and makes a guest want to return. Their hospitality made the experience truly memorable, and I still remember their names because of the warmth they showed. Highly recommended, and I would definitely stay here again.

The room where we stayed was ok, spacious, with perfectly working water heater and air conditioner. Just that the toilet seat was stained with large yellow spots. Otherwise, good value for money.

Great place to stay! I stayed for a week during a business trip and had an excellent experience. The service was outstanding—special thanks to Amel, who was very kind and polite. Cute hotel, i like the different coloured room doors, and pot plant at the lift. Friendly helpful staff. Some staff are better at English than others. Good location. Awesome organic restaurant across the road called D'Natural.

This hotel REALLY cares about guests. I am very grateful to all service staffff here! Thank you very much for your work! Everything was good - rooms are clean (yes, they really do thorough cleaning), everything was comfortable! But one thing (that’s why not 5*) - in the morning there is no hot water, 8 am - no hot water… why?😁🤔it’s strange because usually people go to shower in the morning 🤣 Recommended for visiting 👍🏻

This is my review based on what I see when break fasting with all of my colleuge, this hotel have friendly and supporting staff. Musholla and toilet tidy, clean and comfort to pray. Meeting room good enough and space enough. Have strategic location but have a limited space for parking area

We stayed there nice place but charged us rp100.000 to clean the room i thought that was covered. Wonder if thats a standard con trick make a little more money...?
