I just stayed at Regency Apartments Adelaide. To say the Apartments are very ordinary is a massive understatement. The mattress sagged so much it was like sleeping in a hollowed out canoe. The carpets were filthy and stained. I got home one night and the bathroom was flooded. TV's don't work even after I had it replaced it still only got a couple of stations. Rooms had obviously not be cleaned properly as there were old face masks on the floor behind the bed. The place is generally dirty in all public areas. ||DONT STAY HERE.

We were shown to our room where there was someone else's hair on the bed . Blanket was stained. Bathroom had toilet paper on the floor with urine on it. Dirty as. No fridge,no tv. There is a shared kitchen, on premises. ||We complained and were given another room with fridge,tv. No remote for aircon. So had none. But still dirty, hair in the sink , toilet and bathroom not cleaned. We had a choice stay or pay for another accommodation. We chose to buy a can of glen 20 , fumigated the room . Bought disenfectant and cleaned the bathroom.. on a plus side it is close to the Chinatown food hub and central Market.. But that's about it.

I booked this place for its budget-friendly price, proximity to city and parking. On arrival we were told that there was no parking available and we could park in the streets, we would only need to "move the car every two hours" The room was dirty. We found a used q-tip in the wardrobe and the bedsheets were stained. The upstairs neighbours were noisy. We were woken several times in the night to their stomping and yelling at each other. The staff failed to address this issue and it continued on until 730 the next morning. 100% would not recommend. Dirty, noisy and overpriced for what we received.

I booked here at very short notice and the price was quite reasonable for the standard. It is not posh but quite adequate. The rooms are a good size, decent fridge and bathroom. Kitchen facilities in common room shared between 4 rooms was nice touch and kept very clean.||It is close to the markets and good eating areas and not far from main bus stops on Currie St. Only a 10 min walk into the city centre and Rundle Mall||Checking in can be a problem as reception only open during normal office hours and you need to call someone to get a key. I used to walk past this place thinking it was a bit of a dive, but the rooms and the building are fine. I'd stay here again.

This place is falling apart and so dirty, I don't understand how it hasn't been condemned. I met some lovely Asian girls down on the ground floor, and hit it off with one in particular, and we went up to my room together. In the morning, she told me I had to pay $500 for her time! She wouldn't leave until I paid. It was a nice night though, I just wish this had been made clear to me beforehand. Front desk seemed disinterested in my complaint.

The upmost worst stay ever, dirty carpets (not vacuumed) Surfaces not wiped down, dust, hair everywhere, blood on bathroom vanity. Dirty cup under bed. Room basically hadn't been cleaned from the last few guests..shared kitchen also filthy.no tv remote.dirty blankets(though sheets were clean) No cups or complementary milk Dripping air conditioner on the carpet. Absolutely filthy For a $110 a night Unfortunately we had to stay due to having no time to rebook anywhere else When arriving reception failed to say they were taking $100 Deposit for key and remote, and that it would take 5days to be out back into our account. Reception did refund us 30% due to us having to stay in this hell hole, because he couldn't guarantee money already paid would go back into our account straight away.so we had no extra money to go elsewhere.😑 Doesn't even deserve one star And definitely will be taking this further.

Double bed was two single mattresses pushed together ,really uncomfortable. Worse still we had no hot water for shower at all. Not even warm. Really dissapointing. A special day in Adelaide spoiled.
