Regency Hotel

I would like to convey my heartfelt thanks and appreciation for making our stay comfortable and memorable. I have stayed in many hotels during my long active life but your hotel stands out on all parameters. The food hygiene, taste and quality was excellent. Service was very prompt. Room was very clean. Nice place to stay with family. Although its noisy outside but very quiet in the hotel. Rooms are good and service is very good, staff are very cooperative and its a very decent place to stay.

The location of the hotel is good but it feels suffocating when you enter the hotel. The receptionist gives you a big old register to fill (when I asked why I should write this down, they gave me a childish excuse that the police station is nearby so we fill the register from the guest). The rooms are so small that it doesn't feel like even one person is left in that room. Food: I checked in late as my ship arrived late at Mumbai port and the company had already booked this hotel, so I agreed to go and check in. When I asked for food, they said that the food is finished and now you will get breakfast directly in the morning. But after I requested them, they served Chinese starter with Chapati (I was surprised to see such etiquette in such an expensive hotel). Dal-Rice was served cold. I was told 2-3 times to finish the food quickly (as if I was going to sit there staring at their faces till morning). I request all the guests to avoid going to this hotel.

Perfect location, can't be a better connected place to stay in Mumbai. Services are good.

The hotel is fine, but the service was impeccable! The staff truly did everything they could to make us feel comfortable and cared for. We had a slight issue and they without missing a beat upgraded us to a nicer room, no extra charge. The rooms were fine, but the bathrooms are not the cleanest. The location of the hotel is pretty great and in the middle of most of the southern bit of Mumbai. We walked mostly everywhere, but could also easily get an Uber when looking to go further than an 30 min walk. Overall I would recommend this hotel and am happy with the stay!

Located beside Santacruz metro station & has nice rooms & facilities.

Very near to airport and adjacent to express highway & Now Metro station is just adjacent, take metro from Airport T1 or T2 and you are at hotels door step (B2 exit). May hear some traffic noise from the rooms on east side, West side rooms are peaceful. Food is delicious and room service is good too at a reasonable price.
