The location of the hotel is good but it feels suffocating when you enter the hotel. The receptionist gives you a big old register to fill (when I asked why I should write this down, they gave me a childish excuse that the police station is nearby so we fill the register from the guest). The rooms are so small that it doesn't feel like even one person is left in that room.
Food: I checked in late as my ship arrived late at Mumbai port and the company had already booked this hotel, so I agreed to go and check in. When I asked for food, they said that the food is finished and now you will get breakfast directly in the morning. But after I requested them, they served Chinese starter with Chapati (I was surprised to see such etiquette in such an expensive hotel). Dal-Rice was served cold. I was told 2-3 times to finish the food quickly (as if I was going to sit there staring at their faces till morning).
I request all the guests to avoid going to this hotel.
