Regent Beijing

It was the most outstanding stay at this elegant hotel. The room was stunning, comfortable and well decorated. We loved the thoughtful and personalized anniversary decor on the bed, cards and bubbles. A special thank you to Paolo and the team. The delicious and decadent cake we ordered from the bakery was absolutely delicious. All the staff were professional, friendly and made our experience phenomenal. The afternoon tea, cocktails and light dinner at the club were delectable and so enjoyable. Can't wait to return for another awesome staycation at The Regent.

1 night stay for the end of our trip. A luxury hotel that frankly speaking, I really don't think it is suitable for family with young kids. Staffs were very mindful of my naughty children while my sis and hubby were checking in and out of rooms. It made me felt so awfully awkward like my children cannot explore the surrounding or talk loudly. Room was spacious but dislike the shower tap and water flow. Went to the heated pool but more for adults as the kids' pool is small and no excitement about it. In fact my kids love the jacuzzi more than the pool. The free high tea cakes were pretty but serving was slow. A total of 45 minutes wasted waiting for 2 sets to be served even though reservation had been made and all we actually needed was to order the tea. Taste was normal though. The sandwich bread was half hardened and stale like it was left outside for quite sometime. If not for the fact that my sis treated us for the stay here, I don't think I'll step in again.

The concierge staff were all helpful, friendly and attentive. Yina stood out with her vibrant personality and professionalism. She made out trip a very enjoyable one. ||However, the other aspects of the hotel fell short of our expectations. We requested connecting rooms in advance but were given none, even though one of our rooms had a connecting room. Regardless of our request far in advance, that room was given to another guest who had arrived a day before us. However, we were told all the rooms were occupied but we saw empty rooms with doors open even after 9 pm. ||What was even more disappointing was that we requested non smoking rooms but one room simply reeked of cigarette smoke.||Anyway, the concierge did a fab job savaging a not very positive first impression.

Large room, very comfortable bed. Welcome fruit and a Nespresso machine are always nice. The Staff were all efficient and polite. Concierge was very helpful. Had dinner at Morton’s which was outstanding. The lobby bar also does great drinks for an international clientele. Well done!

The room was comfortable and spacious but getting a little on the older side. But overall the Regent Beijing is an excellent hotel. The breakfast was delicious, but the stand out was the impeccable service all round. Highly recommend it for a stay in Beijing

We rarely leave reviews, but we felt we had to with how fabulous this stay was!||Excellent hotel, great position, all 5 star. A special mention to one of the best concierge we have ever come across - Yina. Yina didn’t just go the extra mile… she went the extra 100 miles. Fantastic service, and excellent restaurant recommendations! ||We would definitely be recommending to others.

The bathroom looks so shiny and clean. I like the fluffy pillows. I think the dining room looks very nice . There is a lot of water on the table and a lot of drinks in the refrigerator. We definitely will come here again soon. I am looking forward to the next trip.

Their hotel manager Florian really made sure we are always treated as family members every time we visited. ||The breakfast at club lounge is usually much better experience with a great view of city and not busy. The made to order menu is also one of my favorite! ||I grow up in this area. Quite fun to a come back but staying in a hotel and still feel cozy like home!||One of the best club lounge hardware I have ever been. Great location and nice service! ||Thank you!
