Regent Beijing

I was extremely satisfied with this stay experience! The hotel's service attitude is excellent. The staff always maintain a friendly smile. Not only that, but their image is also very outstanding. Every move they make is full of professional friendliness, leaving a deep impression on people. The hotel's location is also very convenient, with easy transportation around, making travel effortless. The rooms are fully equipped, clean and tidy, and all kinds of daily necessities are available. Recommend to all my friends!

The room is newly decorated and well-equipped, especially the bathroom which is very comfortable. We live on the 10th floor and the view from the floor-to-ceiling Windows is also quite good. The hotel is in a great location, making it very convenient to reach the core scenic area. You can also walk to the nearby Shijia Hutong. The breakfast was very sumptuous and I was stuffed every day.

Great hotel. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The family suite was very comfortable for us. The location was great. The only problem with the location was it was so close to Tian’anmen and the forbidden city, summer palace. It was difficult to get a taxi to bring us back because the distance was too short and the taxis would get stuck in traffic. Be careful to arrange transportation to and from those areas. Three public taxi drivers quoted me 100rmb off the meter to travel from forbidden city back to the hotel. That said, the location was perfect for everything else. The shopping options were abundant!

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at the Regent Beijing! From start to finish, everything about this hotel shows incredible professionalism and care. The property is beautiful, with spotless facilities, an amazing Club Lounge offering a delicious and extensive breakfast, and a lovely garden next to the lobby bar that really adds something special. You can definitely feel the leadership of the General Manager, Mr. Florian Kuhn — everything runs so smoothly, and every detail is clearly taken seriously. A big thank you as well to Laura, the Front Office Manager, who personally welcomed me with such warmth and professionalism. It really set the tone for the entire stay. My room was beautiful, very comfortable, and impeccably cared for by Miss Cherry Chen, whose friendly smile and attention to detail made me feel so well taken care of. It’s easy to see that the staff love working here — it shows in every interaction. One of my favorite moments was relaxing at the lobby bar with a Negroni, which was easily one of the best I’ve had in Beijing! The atmosphere was cozy yet sophisticated, and the service throughout the hotel was consistently outstanding. I can’t say enough good things about my experience at the Regent Beijing. Congratulations to the entire team — you’ve created something truly special. I will definitely be back on my next trip to Beijing!

Everything is perfect. The location is prime with a metro exit right in the building. We actually walked to the Forbidden City and the Wangfujing shopping area with ease. The hotel staff provide excellent services. The gym facilities and the swimming pool are great. Special thanks to manager Miss Li who gave us a fantastically warm welcome upon our arrival.

The concierge is super helpful. They removed several issues for me. The lobby is pretty nice. They had a piano player who played in the lobby, which was also nice. There is an egg and scallion fried dumpling that is like nothing I've had in the US. I recommend getting the included breakfast. It's your typical amazing Asian hotel breakfast.

I stayed with my whole family at the Regent and we loved it. 4 persons stayed at the family suite and it was amazing, the shared are between the 2 rooms is large and comfortable. The breakfast is one of the best I had in a hotel. We also tried one of their restaurants for dinner and the food was delicious. The reception staff was very attentive and helped us much. We were very happy with the overall experience. We would like to come back again.
