Regent Hotel

Regenta has one of the best service staff. Our trip was wonderful with amazing atmosphere. Its just 5 out of 5 in terms of value for money, cleanliness and food serives. Our overall experience was really great and it has become one of the best memories for us.

The hotel has an old world charm, though with all modern amenities, which makes it very endearing. Right from the reception, where Sebastian, who is very helpful, exudes dignity with efficency. The staff in the housekeeping and restaurant are well trained, polite, accommodating and efficent. Will definitely patronize again, being very close to the airport.

About 15 minutes away from the Mumbai airport, this hotel served its purpose for me. I stayed here twice, at the beginning of my trip and at the end. There is construction being done down the street, which makes it difficult for taxis and Uber drivers to get through. Check in process was smooth, the two men I interacted with spoke English. The beds were comfy enough to sleep and there was plenty of seating inside the room. The shower was clean, and the water was hot on demand. There were several small things that bothered me though. The shower head was hard to adjust and because I couldn’t, water was all over the floor after taking a shower. The faucet in the sink was loose. The knob above the toilet was leaking. The floor looked like it had water damage. During my second stay, I found a cockroach on the wall. I had an employee clean that up and after I had eaten dinner, another cockroach crawled onto the table I was eating at. I went down to the front desk and asked for a new room. This room was a little nicer than the initial one, which I appreciated. I ordered room service for dinner (manchow soup and paneer tikka fry) as well as lunch (manchow soup and cheese pakora) the following day, and the food came quickly. Overall, I don’t regret staying here but I’ll try a different hotel next time.

Convenient location very close to both international and domestic terminal. Newly renovated rooms. No comments on food as, we left early n cld not take any breakfast. Some positive feedback Sme hiccups with water temperatures for shower , It's very noisy for road facing rooms.

The behavior of Staff is very friendly and helpful and food quality is giving feeling like home. Enjoyed the stay as staying from last one month due to relocation but never felt away from home. Keep it up the hospitality and nice behavior with visitor.

This is one of the best hotels to stay near the airport. The staff is so friendly and courteous. The food was of very good quality. 10/10 👍

Everything is fine except the front receptionist (Sebastian) during the day. Extremely rude and lack manners to talk. He ruins the whole experience the one with the glasses. The other staff is still fine but please fire him and get someone else there who doesn’t hate his job!!!

I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. Although the room was decent, it was far from comfortable. The air conditioning was not working, and several electrical plugs were completely useless. Upon entering, the room felt sticky and unclean, which was quite unpleasant. I had booked my stay a month in advance and called the hotel to inquire about the room details. However, the receptionist rudely responded, "Didn’t you check while booking?" and refused to provide any photographs. Instead of assisting, he simply disconnected the call. This same receptionist was equally rude in person, making the overall experience even worse. The Wi-Fi worked initially at check-in but suddenly disconnected after 3-4 hours. When I reported the issue, Sebastian once again dismissed my complaint, stating that "everyone is facing the same problem, not just you," and then cut the call. The hotel’s location is another major drawback. It is situated in an inconvenient area with ongoing construction, making access difficult. No vehicles could reach the hotel, forcing us to walk for 15 minutes just to find a cab—something no guest should have to deal with. To make matters worse, the food is overpriced and of subpar quality. Additionally, the check-in time is 2 PM, and check-out is at 12 PM, yet they charge for a full 24-hour stay, which feels unfair. Overall, between the unhelpful and rude staff, poor location, and lack of basic amenities, this hotel is not worth the money. I strongly do not recommend staying here.
