Regent Hotel

During a trip in December, 2024, I stayed at Hotel Regent, Andheri East, near Mumbai’s airport. The location was very convenient for me to reach Mumbai Airport. The breakfast spread was hygienic, varied, and satisfying. Rooms were clean and functional — not luxurious, but perfectly serviceable. The staff were cordial and cooperative, adding warmth to the stay. Overall, the stay felt like good value for money, especially as my expectations were modest keeping in mind the reasonable charges paid by me. Will stay here when I visit Mumbai again.

Regenta has one of the best service staff. Our trip was wonderful with amazing atmosphere. Its just 5 out of 5 in terms of value for money, cleanliness and food serives. Our overall experience was really great and it has become one of the best memories for us.

Everything is fine except the front receptionist (Sebastian) during the day. Extremely rude and lack manners to talk. He ruins the whole experience the one with the glasses. The other staff is still fine but please fire him and get someone else there who doesn’t hate his job!!!

This is one of the best hotels to stay near the airport. The staff is so friendly and courteous. The food was of very good quality. 10/10 👍

Food is amazing ,infact excellenct. Hotel needs to be maintained, especially rooms had tiny cockroaches. But if you are looking for a budget place to stay this is a right choice Since it's located road side expect noisy night of honking of cars and auto .

Friendly staff, Excellent Value for money hotel, 3rd floor rooms are recently renovated. Only drawback is area and view from rooms on the backside is not there. Breakfast spread is very good and great taste. Will recommend to all family people and business people as well.

About 15 minutes away from the Mumbai airport, this hotel served its purpose for me. I stayed here twice, at the beginning of my trip and at the end. There is construction being done down the street, which makes it difficult for taxis and Uber drivers to get through. Check in process was smooth, the two men I interacted with spoke English. The beds were comfy enough to sleep and there was plenty of seating inside the room. The shower was clean, and the water was hot on demand. There were several small things that bothered me though. The shower head was hard to adjust and because I couldn’t, water was all over the floor after taking a shower. The faucet in the sink was loose. The knob above the toilet was leaking. The floor looked like it had water damage. During my second stay, I found a cockroach on the wall. I had an employee clean that up and after I had eaten dinner, another cockroach crawled onto the table I was eating at. I went down to the front desk and asked for a new room. This room was a little nicer than the initial one, which I appreciated. I ordered room service for dinner (manchow soup and paneer tikka fry) as well as lunch (manchow soup and cheese pakora) the following day, and the food came quickly. Overall, I don’t regret staying here but I’ll try a different hotel next time.

This hotel is a great choice for airport visits as it’s super close to the airport, making it very convenient. The hygiene is excellent, and their breakfast and food are absolutely delicious. However, the only downside is the staff, who seemed a bit impolite and less accommodating to requests. In the hospitality industry, you expect staff to be humble and more attentive to guest needs. Improving this aspect would make the stay much more pleasant.
