Regent Hotel

My stay at Regent Hotel was excellent. The location is absolutely perfect, making it easy to get around the city. The hotel is very clean and well maintained, which made the stay comfortable. What really stood out was the staff. They were warm, attentive, and always ready to help. Overall, a great experience and I’d happily recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Mumbai.

We really enjoyed our stay here. All staff we interacted with were friendly, attentive, helpful and welcoming. The hotel is attractive - the reception area looks lovely and the rooms are clean and spacious. Such a treat to have a bath as well as a shower in the large bathroom. The shower was hot and powerful, really nice.|Breakfast was delicious and dining service was great. All this combined with the great location (close to many places we wanted to visit - water, Taj Mahal Palace, Gate of India, Regal Cinema, Cafe Leopold, Cafe Mondegar, shops, etc) made this a great stay. We felt safe walking around the area and exploring.|Really enjoyed our stay - would recommend to a friend and would stay again!

Mr. Joseph there was very helpful. Had a very comfortable stay. Safe place for single woman traveler. Need to improve a bit on their menu,it's comparatively small, very few options.

The rooms needs some touch ups for a better finish (but the manager is making the necessary changes). The staff however makes up for everything, you have a smile every time you see someone and they go above and beyond to make you as comfortable possible (a special shout to Joseph, who is a real gem!).

If there is a zero star I putt They give a room in the pofeh floor even though they promised me with a good room I am very sad and upset I will never ever book here again and I don’t recommend at allllll Was my first time and last time inshallah

A pleasant 3 star hotel in the heart of Colaba - a very convenient location. The rooms were comfortable and clean with good air conditioning. The small lobby features a couch and chairs which are well occupied by congenial guests who avail themselves of the carafes of Arabic tea and coffee provided. Although breakfast was included in the room rate, the only disappointment was that the hotel breakfast only offered a choice of items from an ala carte listing and did not feature an Indian buffet as do many other hotels. |We checked into this hotel twice in the course of our travels and found that the rooms were not always fully provisioned at check in (no hand towels on one occasion, for example). But the service staff were able to promptly and cheerfully fulfill our requests and things were quickly made right.|The best thing about this hotel is the staff. You will never find a more hospitable and welcoming staff. The front desk staff make you feel welcome from the moment of arrival to the moment of departure. They are kind, competent, and caring people who know the meaning of hospitality with fluency in multiple languages making communication seamless and reliable.

In terms of location, this hotel can't be beat. Right next door to the Taj Mahal Palace Hotel where I had an event, I couldn't have asked for a better place to stay at. The room (Deluxe King room) I stayed in was small but very comfortable and had everything I needed. Special mention to Joseph and Rajeshwari at the reception who ensured a comfy stay and more importantly, a very warm welcome. Joseph sat me down with a cup of coffee while my room was being readied for me. I'd stay here every time I'm in Bombay.
