The photos about this hotel on the internet are false. Fake hotel, totally different from stock pictures. When I drove to the address given, I went to a back alley hotel. These people are frauds trying to lure people through pictures of a completely different hotel. My Review on Booking site was promptly deleted as they do not want people telling the truth. Scam, do not book

Regent Plaza Hotel is a good place to stay. It's not too expensive, and the quality is just fine. The food they serve is tasty, and the location is great. The hotel doesn't cost too much, so it's good for people on a budget. You get decent quality for the price you pay. The rooms are clean, and the beds are comfortable. One thing I really liked was the food. They have a variety of dishes, and everything I tried was delicious. Whether you want local or international food, they've got you covered. The best part is the location. It's in a good spot, close to many attractions and shops. You won't have to travel far to see the sights or do some shopping. In summary, Regent Plaza Hotel is a decent place to stay, especially if you're looking for something affordable. The food is yummy, and the location is convenient. It's not the fanciest hotel, but it gets the job done without breaking the bank.

I had a deeply disappointing experience at Regent Plaza Karachi that I feel compelled to share. My visit was marred by a series of unprofessional errors and poor customer service that started with the hotel misquoting their rates. Despite confirming a different price over the phone, upon arrival, I was charged a higher rate and the hotel held onto the entire 5000 PKR deposit without a valid explanation. Furthermore, I was promised specific amenities that were not provided. The hotel failed to deliver on its promise of a smoking room equipped with a food basket, significantly detracting from the comfort and convenience expected during my stay. When I brought these issues up with the staff, the response was discourteous and unhelpful. Even when they acknowledged their mistakes, there was no attempt made to rectify the situation or offer any form of compensation. The interaction with the sales team, especially with Mr. Muhammad Khizar, was particularly frustrating. There was a clear lack of responsibility and professionalism in handling the situation. Based on my experience, I strongly advise against staying at this establishment. The level of miscommunication and the disappointing service not only ruined my visit but showed a lack of respect for guests. There are many other hotels in Karachi that respect their commitments and provide the quality service that one would expect from a reputed hotel.

A wonderful place to stay and an ambious place for wedding. Very excellent services

The hotel and location were unpleasant, with outdated furniture, filthy bathrooms, and ineffective drainage. Staff seemed untrained in customer service. The dinner was of poor quality, and the overall experience lacked in both food and service. Renovation is necessary to improve amenities and reduce noise levels. While it's an iconic spot, I wouldn't recommend it in its current state.

Hall arrangements were decent for our meeting. Comfortable room with appropriate lighting. BUT make sure to check with banquet services about any ongoing major repairs since constant banging is not supportive of focused discussions. Food at the restaurant was decent... Quite standard a menu, nothing special. Quality of service by the hall attendants was good.

Rooms are good and spacious. Stayed there for 2 weeks and not a single complain with them, staff is very helpful and humble especially the room service and cleaning staff. Breakfast buffet is also very good with a decent menu. Swimming pool is very clean. Food is also very tasty in their restaurant, overall amazing experience :)

Absolutely horrible hotel, dated and worn rooms and absolutely horrible customer service. Currently being told to take off my shirt to swim as it is not a “activewear shirt” even though people are swimming with full cotton pyjamas. After countless discussions with managers they continue to remain stubborn, despite me wearing appropriate swim shorts. Rooms are old dingy with worn furnishings, stains on the wall and dysfunctional light fixtures. The room rug looks like it has never been vacuumed. It’s unfortunate having to deal with this nonsense after spending 1 lahk on 2 rooms.
