We had a pleasant stay at the resort. The rooms were neat, clean, and well-maintained, and the overall property is quite good. The pool and recreational activities were enjoyable and well organized. A special mention for the hospitality across the resort — the staff were consistently helpful and warm. Mr. Jogendra truly stood out and made our stay memorable. He made us feel like family, took us on a lovely nature walk, and even went the extra mile to arrange food and help with bird and rabbit feeding for my child, despite it being beyond the scheduled time. His efforts were genuinely appreciated. That said, one area that didn’t quite meet expectations was the food and beverages. Soft drinks were sold at nearly five times the MRP, which felt excessive. Additionally, a 10% service charge was added to the bill without prior consent, which was surprising and could have been handled better. Apart from these points, we had no major complaints. Overall, it’s a good resort to relax and spend quality time, and I would recommend it to others looking for a nice getaway.

Had a wonderful experience at Regenta Sakleshpur. The water park and swimming pool were really good and added a lot of fun to the stay. While the rooms were a bit small and fairly average, the overall experience made up for it. The food was good with decent variety, and the ambience of the property is quite relaxing. After we checked out and reached home, we realised that my son had left behind his favourite penguin toy in the room. We called the resort the next day, and without any hesitation, the housekeeping team located the toy, confirmed it with us, and immediately arranged to courier it back. The joy on my son’s face when he received his beloved toy was priceless and that is something we will always remember. This simple yet thoughtful gesture reflects the true spirit of hospitality that Regenta Resort stands for. It’s not just about luxury, it’s about heart.
