The overall experience was good, but I still have mixed feelings about certain aspects. Firstly, transportation should be your main consideration before choosing to dine here. I strongly recommend having your own vehicle or arranging reliable transport to and from the location. My group took an Uber to the restaurant, which was easy to get, but when it was time to leave, we waited almost 40 minutes for a ride. We were unaware of the transportation challenges until the day of, but it was definitely a lesson learned. Secondly, the wait time for a table was about 12–15 minutes. The staff had to prepare our seating by sanitizing and joining two tables together to accommodate our group of four. Thirdly, the wait time for food was incredibly long. We received our drinks in about 7 minutes, which was fine, but our food took over an hour to arrive. At the time, only a group of 15,who were pre-catered for, was present along with our reservation for four, so the delay was surprising. The food itself was good, but not exceptional, solid 3/5. Moreover, the biggest issue we had was the lighting. We were seated in a corner where the lights apparently weren’t functional due to bad bulbs, making it difficult to see our food at first. The staff brought lanterns to help, but they attracted a lot of insects, which made the dining experience somewhat uncomfortable. Thirdly , I recommend bringing cash , because a member of my dinner party had difficult paying because they used a online system whereby you scan a QR code using your phone and it directed you to a page to insert your card information , dinner cost ( indicated via the receipt ) and so on, but that proved difficult due to loading issues with the payment page but after 15 minutes , she got through to making payment . However, the view during the evening was breathtaking, truly beautiful. If you decide to dine here, photos are a must

The service was exceptional! The team went above and beyond to ensure that we had a good time. They were easy to talk to and accommodating. We opted to do the paint and sip however an instructor isn’t included and we were informed to paint the mountains. We did our own thing and it all worked out. Overall a great experience

Made reservations in April to celebrate Father's Day and anniversary with husband. Arrived to our reserved table being given to another guest. 1st sign that things weren't going to go well. I have to admit that the sweet waitress and host/waitress/bartender did their best to accommodate everyone (7 tables), but 2 people shouldn't be expected to service an entire restaurant. Was given 2 glasses of room temp water 1 with a straw 1 without. Had to go and ask for ice and as stated had to wait some time for my mixed drink cause the bartender was seating incoming guest. Suggestion if you are short staff let your guests know and cancel reservations especially if you call them 2 days before to confirm their visit. The scenery was beautiful and probably would've been a better experience had there been more staff.

I took my mom here for her birthday, and while the views were stunning and the customer service was exceptional, the food was disappointing. The restaurant was nearly empty, yet her salmon was overcooked, and the appetizer wings lacked proper seasoning. My curry mutton had a strong coconut milk flavor, which wasn’t mentioned on the menu. I would have preferred a more traditional curry. The highlight of the meal was the fruit smoothie, which seemed to be made with fresh ingredients. Overall, the atmosphere and service were great, but the food didn’t quite meet expectations.

An Unforgettable Stay – True Jamaican Hospitality! We had the pleasure of staying one night at Reggae Mountain Lounge in June, and we honestly wish we had stayed longer. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warmth and genuine hospitality. Special thanks to Andrew, the manager, who was always just a phone call away and went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. And a huge shoutout to Annmarie, the housekeeper, whose hospitality is truly next level — she welcomed us, helped us settle in, and gave us a full tour of the property. Her professionalism and warmth really made the experience special. Our room was quaint, clean, and perfectly balanced rustic charm with contemporary touches. Learning that the property was once Bob Marley’s home was a delightful surprise that added to the magic. But the real showstopper? The breathtaking view of Kingston, especially at night. Just wow. And with Kingston Dub Club only a 2-minute walk away, the location couldn’t be better for lovers of culture and reggae music. We’re already looking forward to our next visit. Highly, highly recommended!

I just want to take this time out to thank the RML team Beyonce, Kimone, and Bartender. We plan my mother's 60th Birthday in 3-4 days. I live in FLL so we communicate via WhatsApp. When the money transfer never went through they trusted my word that I would do the birthday party even though it was raining cats and dogs. That being said I want to give my hat off because they go above and beyond for this 60th celebration with the venue, service, atmosphere, and food. You will see the pics for sure. I want to say thank you. The cake was nice, the food was good and the drink was great with the music. The only reason I am giving you guys 4 stars is that I want I try another celebration 🍾, the rice for the curry goat was hard, my godmother got her shrimp at the end of dinner, and the 1 cocktail for a platinum package needed to be revisited. If that happens I promise to move you up the rating.

I had an amazing time at this location. It was a table of 11 people and each of us agreed that the food was top tier. Well seasoned and cooked to perfection. There was a bit of a wait time but the views and kindness of staff made up for it. It was my besties bday and they did the most! The dj gave her a special shout out, the waiter gave us 2 bottles of moscato complementary and a birthday crowd for our birthday girl. This was truly an awesome experience.

This was a truely magical experience. From reserving with to the reminder calls of my reservation, and to just ask of i needed any special request added to making our night perfect to just a lovely dining experience. When we got there and was wowed by the ambiance and the beauty of the estate. We thought that was it naaah the service provided by our waiter Jermaine is service to be spoken on. He really made our dining experience amazing. The food menu could use some more options but the food want also amazing. The drive to get there is a bit winding & rocky but when you get there it is ALL worth it. Hats off to the team for making it a unforgettable experience. BIG UPZ to you all for a terrific night and for Jermaine who did an amazing job serving us and Ana-Lisa who made the experience possible. Excellent service right through. We were also told they offer Airbnb which we def will be looking into.
