Tried to do an online return. Jenessa put the returned item under microscopic lens. She inspected the item for 5 minutes. Pointed out multiple defects that are too silly that I almost laughed. Anyway, she was trying to give me a hard time and she became successful eventually. Her behaviour was as ugly as her nails.
For an online return, as a procedural fairness, she could’ve just shipped it back to the warehouse. As the store doesn’t process the refund instantly.
AVOID THIS STORE LIKE THE PLAGUE! They claim to have great customer service, but when it comes down to it, they're all talk. They gave me the runaround. Their return policy is supposedly 'easy,' but in reality, it's a nightmare. Don't waste your time trying to get a refund or exchange.
