Reigning Champ

My boyfriend Peter introduced me to this store. Absolutely love the aesthetic, the staff are extremely professional. A fantastic team. I love this brand as the quality is fantastic, materials last a long time and are equal to my Wings and Horne (the former brand). Honestly just amazing quality cashmere and very comfortable fitting clothes, t-shirts and other things. If you aren't sure: **DO** give this store a try. Ignore the negative reviews. Once you see how comfortable the clothes are and how welcoming the team are, you'll be back for more. As a local musician and author, I like to have comfortable clothing as I work from cafes and other places a lot (writers love comfort--a known fact.)

The second I walked into the store I didn’t want to be there it seemed so miserable. Staff avoided customers more than engaged with them & seemed baffled that people would ask them for help… as if not their job/problem. Staff only seemed excited to tell someone no or give attitude for no reason. Love the product I’ve ordered online but will never visit Ossington again, hire customer service associates who actually understand what it is.

I’ve been a loyal Reigning Champ customer for years and love the brand, but recently the in-store experience at this specific location has become disappointing. The sales associates come across as rude and flippant, rarely make eye contact, and show little interest in assisting customers. It creates an unwelcoming atmosphere that takes away from the brand experience. Because of this, I now go out of my way to shop at the Yorkdale location, where the staff are consistently warm, approachable, and willing to help. I hope this feedback encourages more consistency across locations, as the product deserves to be matched with equally strong service.

The woman who assisted me was great at helping me pick out a coat! I believe her name was Janessa. They had a nice selection of wool coats which were good quality.

Return policy is honestly a pain. Won’t reimburse but give a store credit or just exchange. As several mentioned, price became way too high, quality is getting lower with so much polyester everywhere. Yorkdale better store overall.

Janessa and Arden were both exceptionally professional, knowledgeable and helpful. I had received the wrong size shirt by mistake and they were quick to assist me in store. Definitely give this location a go - very friendly staff.

The clothes are top quality — excellent knits and materials. Given the quality, the prices are very reasonable. Moreover, their sizing and fits are consistent. I’ve shopped multiple times online, quick shipping and excellent packaging. Last Monday I was in the Ossington store for an online exchange, and both staff members were more than accommodating, and found me a couple extra pieces that I love.

Tried to do an online return. Jenessa put the returned item under microscopic lens. She inspected the item for 5 minutes. Pointed out multiple defects that are too silly that I almost laughed. Anyway, she was trying to give me a hard time and she became successful eventually. Her behaviour was as ugly as her nails. For an online return, as a procedural fairness, she could’ve just shipped it back to the warehouse. As the store doesn’t process the refund instantly. AVOID THIS STORE LIKE THE PLAGUE! They claim to have great customer service, but when it comes down to it, they're all talk. They gave me the runaround. Their return policy is supposedly 'easy,' but in reality, it's a nightmare. Don't waste your time trying to get a refund or exchange.
