I’ve been a loyal Reigning Champ customer for years and love the brand, but recently the in-store experience at this specific location has become disappointing. The sales associates come across as rude and flippant, rarely make eye contact, and show little interest in assisting customers. It creates an unwelcoming atmosphere that takes away from the brand experience.
Because of this, I now go out of my way to shop at the Yorkdale location, where the staff are consistently warm, approachable, and willing to help. I hope this feedback encourages more consistency across locations, as the product deserves to be matched with equally strong service.
