Reigning Champ

Of the three times I've called the store to inquire on stock I've never had anyone answer the phone. Unsure of the model around customer messaging, but this doesn't lend itself to retention of your customer base.

Boxing Sale never disappoints. All the staff are very accommodating despite the busy store. We bought a wool hoodie jacket and my husband and I really loved it.. What truly amazed me though is that the team made sure every customer is tended to and they’re very helpful. Shoutout to Andrew for going the extra mile to help my baby who bumped his head in one of the table corners 😩 I almost cried seeing the bad bruise and I didn’t know what to do. But Andrew went out of his way to check on us and even gave us something cold to apply on to it. That was when he found a window of being available. That was a relief and it helped with the swelling and redness of my baby’s head area. He was def okay after. That I guess is just world-class customer service. Aside from the good quality jacket we got, we are so happy walking home. Thank you so much, Andrew! ☺️ will recommend this branch for sure!

Great quality clothing and friendly helpful staff. Grabbed a few items and they made sure to get some fresh stock from the back. Thank you for all of your help and good vibes. Ps. They also strongly recommend a good pizza joint to check out.

It’s a 10/10 experience for the store itself - great customer service, helpful staff and knowledgeable about the brand and products. Can’t tell for the quality of the product as it’s bought as a gift.

The quality of the clothes is good, and they fit me well, but the customer service leaves something to be desired. I accidentally ordered a pair of sweatpants a size too small that were final sale. Since they were final sale, it’s well within their prerogative to refuse a return, but I was hoping they’d work with me and let me have some store credit or something. I’ve probably spent over $3,000 at Reigning Champ and was hoping they’d be more understanding.

High quality clothing, and the staff here are super helpful and knowledgeable.

“We proudly guarantee the quality of every Reigning Champ product.” - what an absolute joke. Buyer BEWARE. The warranty clearly states “If you are not satisfied with one of our products at the time you receive it, or the product fails at any time due to defects in materials or workmanship, you can return it for a repair or replacement, at our discretion.” - this is misleading and false, the warranty is limited to one year, and to their discretion. I brought my pants to them for a warranty issue and was given excuse after excuse when clearly it was both a material and workmanship issue, and then told to go pay someone to have them repaired. Poor quality, poor workmanship, and even worse customer service. Save your time and money and go literally anywhere else. A pair of Gilden sweatpants will last you as long, but at least they will be a quarter of the price. Just waiting for the going out of business posters…

Reigning Champ is a great Canadian brand. Sweats and hoodies can't be beat. And their workout gear is really good. Customer service guy Jaiden is helpful and responsive.
