Recommendation: please DON'T go to the Brompton Road store, go to other REISS stores!!!
The shop assistant called Killian tries so hard to sell and he'd mislead you. And then its store manager Anna is a total bit*h, she wouldn't let you exchange items even if you haven't worn the clothes. Once you've paid and walked out of the door, their attitude changes completely.
I still think Reiss is a great brand. I like it very much and have been a loyal customer for years. However, I'd suggest you to visit other stores instead of the one on Brompton Road. Let me tell you the story.
On Sunday 9 Mar 2014, I visited the store, bought a 450 pounds suit. Basically, the suit is a slim design, although my usual size is 36, having tried different combinations, Jacket size 38 is good for me, but it goes with size 32 trousers which are a bit too loose. So I tried size 30 trousers which is good, just need to loosen the waist by 1 inch. Now, Killian didn't tell me that I can't mix & match, so he could lose the sale. He instead played a trick, he gave me the size 36 jacket and said it's ok for me too. So I bought the suit.
After I went home, I realized size 36 jacket is too tight and makes me fell uncomfortable. So I went back to the store on Wed 12 Mar 2014 to exchange it for size 38. Killian wasn't there, but the bit*h store manger Anna refused to exchange the jacket for me, saying that I've altered the trousers, and she can't do mix & match for suits. I understand the store policy, but on Sunday, Killian knew that size 38 jacket and size 30 trousers are the best fit for me, he didn't tell me because he didn't want to lose the sale due to "no mix & match" policy. Instead, he gave me this size 36 jacket to try on and tried to persuade me to buy. Had he told me that they don't allow "mix & match" for suits, then would have taken a second thought and not buying it.
Anyway, long story short, just go to other REISS stores in London, don't go to that one!!
Yours sincerely,
Tom
