Reiss Brompton Road

Before going in, I had warned my party to be wary of pickpockets in this store as had seen previous reviews. It was evening, and not very busy at all. Staff seemed helpful enough with my questions and we were ok. It is a beautiful flagship store with men’s upstairs. We did not go near changing rooms though which seem to be the problem area.

Stopped in when visiting London. Had a great experience! The staff gave great service, the store was clean and comfortable. Cannot recommend Shila enough, she gave amazing assistance and was courteous and helpful. They even offer tailor services and were prompt, turning it around in 2 days. The tailor services were impeccable. Can’t wait to wear all my new purchases in the states!

We stopped in Reiss on Brompton Road and were impressed by the organized manner in which the clothing was merchandised. The staff greeted us when we entered as we shopped. They were courteous and helpful. Our sales associate, Shila, provided exceptional service. I found great items and happy with my purchase! A++

Be careful!!! This store by design and attitude facilitates handbag thieves. A month ago my designer handbag, including my i-phone , credit cards and driving license was stolen from this store. The staff were not even shocked and did next to nothing to help. Only one of them tried to find police to come to store, the other staff acted like nothing happened even though I was distraught. The fitting rooms are separated by curtains. I was placed and in the room with the thief concealed in the next cubicle. When I stepped out to view my dress because there is no mirror in the changing room the thief reached around the dividing curtain and stole my bag, she then passed it to a man who was standing right front of fitting room. The cc tv camera shows the man place my bag in his carrier bag and exit the store. It was such a bad experience please please do not go to this store. The theft is organized and clearly routine. Be aware of the danger! The Store didn’t care what happened to me although I was a customer since 2007. The manager even didn’t bother to call me and at least apologize. The corporate office could not care less. I will never shop at Reiss again because the Brompton Road branch facilitates thieves. You have been warned!

incompetent customer service. They exchanged an online order i had in store for a different size promising it'll be delivered the next day. I never received a confirmation when she charged me again on my card because apparently exchange doesn't always work so they needed to withdraw money again from my card. It was followed by a chain of horrible interactions, when one assistant actually told me to call back as she'd most likely FORGET to notify me what's happening with my order. I've been given an email to send and claim a refund, heard nothing back until apparently two weeks later my order has finally arrived to their store. Obviously too late for the wedding i was attending a week ago. And then they made yet another mistake on the phone when i was trying to get the refund and told me i had to physically travel so they can issue the refund. At the point i was limping and had to walk a long distance ti get there to be greeted with another resting B faced woman. I was a loyal Reiss customer for years, until i had to deal with this store and safe to say I won't be shopping from Reiss again.

Please do not go to this store, shop assistants are awful

Please beware! Do not use this shop. They have an organised team of thieves operating in here with the knowledge of the store staff. They steal your bags from the changing rooms and it’s a very well oiled operation amongst the staff also. Do not shops here please beware.
