Friendly staff and very helpful. Beautiful views - The only problem I could even think of is if you want to spend time in town it’s always a taxi trip away unless you have a car but that’s ok. Wifi is a bit in and out also mobile signal in the area is sketchy at times. Worked ok for Vodafone. These are not problems of the hotel! Just giving advice. 😀 there is a laundering service but it’s not same day.

The worst hotel I have been in. The room at 24 deg without possibility to drop the temperature. The shower water outlet blocked cwmresting inondation in the bathroom. Towel not replaced from one day to the other. Soap not replaced each day. Mosquitoes everywhere and no windows protection. Maybe in the summer if air conditioning works. But never again in the winter. A shame for a 4 stars!!!

We spent 5 days in the hotel and during the entire stay I had mixed feelings. Definitely the 4* are only on the paper, the beautiful pictures you can see online are not really how the place looks like. The rooms are outdated, with dirty carpets...however there was some reconstruction done, as the the bathrooms vere new and modern. There was no kettle, no glasses or cups in the room...when we asked for glasses at the reception, they sent us 2 plastic cups! In order to be able to make a coffee in the morning, we purchased a kettle at a supermarket and borrowed cups from the breakfast! There was quite a choice of food at the breakfast, but a very disapointing point was a coffee from a machine... We asked whether we can get a coffee from the bar, even if we need to pay for it..but the bar was opening only in the evening. There was a bar at the pool, however again using a nespresso machine, or similar, not having a proper coffee machine. The pool in the pictures looks stunning, in reality part of the tiles in the pool was missing...our child cut a foot on the broken tile. There was a whirpool next to the pool full of green water. |At the same time the staff at the reception / breakfast was very nice and helpful. Would I come back again? Definitely not! There are much better hotels, apartments, even with less stars, but very clean and well equipped.

This hotel went above and beyond to accommodate me and my family. It was absolutely stunning and gorgeous. The food is delicious, you get a real authentic Italian experience here. You feel like family in their home. The area around the hotel is great too, the people in this area are all so kind and made us feel at ease. I would highly recommend staying here if you’re in the area.

I made the mistake of booking this hotel based on the very deceiving pictures on hotels.com, rather than staying in one of the lovely and way cheaper hotels we previously stayed in the area. I thought given this is one of the most expensive hotels in the area we were in for a treat to celebrate our wedding anniversary. We arrived after a fairly long drive feeling excited to celebrate our wedding anniversary with a lovely glass of prosecco and dinner at the hotel. Instead, we arrived at a very miserably looking hotel in the heart of the prosecco region, noting reminding of a lovely Italian relais, instead this must be the saddest looking hotel in the entire country. To our utter surprise, the restaurant was closed and the hotel did not even seem to have a bar or proper lobby where we could enjoy a glass of prosecco while admiring the prosecco hills around the hotel. Reception area is equally miserably looking, not like a place you want to spend much time. Rooms are clean but again looking miserable and dated, nothing resembling of the beautifully shot pictures on hotels.com. I feel scammed, especially for €177 for a night. Luckily, we only booked this place for 1 night. I felt really sorry for those having stay for longer. Needless to say breakfast was another disappointment, coffee comes from a machine and the food did not look appetising at all, nothing like the beautifully presented tables and made to order breakfast and coffee (included in the room price) offered in other 4 star hotels we stayed in Italy for a fraction of the price. We hardly met any other guests, only a few people at breakfast, which explains why the owner overcharges guests for the room while too greedy to invest money in this very sadly looking place. Joke of the year was when the receptionist asked if we had taken anything from a non-existent mini bar, which was not even in the room!?! My advice is book something else to avoid disappointment, there are plenty of other proper Italian hotels/relais in the area (near Treviso and Oderzo) for the fraction of the price!

This is truly a 4 star hotel, that could even be 5 stars! We heard there was a Micheline cuisine there but unfortunately did not have time to try it. The reviews looked amazing though. Our stay was very comfortable, easy and relaxing. There's an outdoor pool,it was a bit too chilly to swim, but we had a relaxing time near the pool while reading books and enjoying cocktails. The staff at the front desk is super helpful and gave us numerous tips on how best to get to Venice and where to park for free. Also at 5 in the morning very pleasant guy made us coffee and tea so we could get fueled up on our way. The room was very spacious, with a balcony and view on the pool and mountains and we had a blast staying there for 3 nights. Highly recommended place! Breakfast was also very tasty!

The staff at Relais Le Butelle was so helpful and accommodating to our group of over 70 people. There are perfect places at the hotel for many people to gather and talk, including a large balcony with a beautiful view of Conegliano. The rooms were very comfortable. I especially enjoyed the balcony overlooking the pool.||||I looked forward to the included breakfast every morning, with an extensive selection of pastries, yogurt and toppings, fruit, eggs, and a fancy self-serve coffee machine that makes about 20 kinds of espresso drinks! ||||The hotel is up the hill from the town, which adds to its beauty. Buses are available during the day for €3. If you do not have a car and do not want to walk closely to the cars on the road, a €10 one-way cab ride is the only option to get into town at night.||||A couple tips: The electricity in the room is off unless you keep your room card in the little bay by the door. The air conditioning lower limit is set by the front-desk computer and the staff is happy to lower it, if requested.

o We were a bit wary of this hotel since the last reviews were from 2019, however, the hotel was quite full on most days that we were there. We booked the deluxe double room and our room rate included taxes, breakfast, parking, Wi-Fi, and service charge. Tourist tax was separate|The hotel is about 40 min by car from Venice Marco Polo airport.|o The deluxe double room has a great view of the pool and vineyards and a balcony / terrace for smoking and relaxing. The terrace looks out to the pool, vineyards and a church and has the most amazing sunrise views. They have a number of vending machines near the pool area where you can purchase water, snacks, sandwiches, tea, coffee, etc. after hours|o They were extremely responsive to my emails and queries. Thank you to Davide, Sara, Alessandra! They even gave us recommendations of places to visit in the area for wine tasting |o We ate at the Enrica Miron Ristorante on 4 nights (it is shut on Mondays) primarily due to the excellent service provided by Andrea. Although the food quality and presentation is excellent, the food choices are quite limited for vegetarians. I wish they were more flexible in preparing other Italian dishes|o Breakfast had a great spread with someone serving us to ensure Covid precautions. They served freshly baked pastries as well. Parking is ample and free just outside the main reception area|o Unfortunately, there are no tea and coffee facilities in the room and no kettle. I hope this is included for our next stay|o To sum up, I am glad that we chose Relais Le Betulle for our visit to Conegliano and Valdobbiadene and we will return if we’re ever in the region.
