Relais Maresca

We had an amazing stay here this past week! We arrived from Positano, took the ferry to Capri. The hotel is just across the street from the ferry and extremely convenient to get to. Even without any porters and several bags. You just walk up a small hill to get to the front entrance. The view from the Terrace restaurant where there is breakfast in the morning is it beautiful and overlook the port. The hotel staff was extremely nice, helpful and set a time for relaxation while we were there. They helped us find Restaurants and called taxi for us when necessary. Antonio the manager and the entire staff were so pleasant and helpful! Every attention to detail counts and you could tell they really wanted to go the extra distance with respect to hospitality. Thank you all! An amazing experience overall we definitely will be staying there again the next time we come to Capri

Antonio Nocera, the hotel manager welcomed us and helped me when I wasn’t well. Motion sickness from a boat cruise left me weak. We enjoyed a wonderful lunch on the patio of this beautiful hotel! Highly recommend because of the view and outstanding attention. In a time when there’s so much self-service, this place was a treat!

We stayed here for two nights and it was fabulous. We had a sea view room and it was so comfortable and charming. The marina location was wonderful and allowed us to step off the ferry and bring our luggage right to the hotel. The staff provided the highest level of service and they were so accommodating to our every need or inquiry. The breakfast was fresh and delicious and graciously served. This was our favorite hotel during our 2 week vacation in Italy!

The hotel is one of the best we have had in Italy. It is in the perfect location for walking to shops, restaurants, the funicular, and the center of town. Rooms face the Med and Vesuvius with great views. I just relaxed on the balcony. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful in finding places to go. We were incredibly comfortable in our room. I recommend this hotel highly.

The absolute friendliest and most helpful staff of a hotel I’ve ever stayed in. Antonio, the manager says he treats all guests like family and he means it. Such a great and personal experience. Restaurant deck is in the middle of the action, but feels like you’re away from the crowd. Amazing breakfast and spectacular cocktails and coffee. Listen to the recommendations for everything to do on the island and you’ll be happy you did.

My absolutely favorite hotel in Capri. Perfect location, beautiful rooms, stunning decor and amazing staff. The view from the rooftop (breakfast area) is breathtaking. I love everything about Relais Maresca!

Antonio the manager was amazing. He went above and beyond. Top notch but there was this older italian lady who is VERY RUDE. Everyone was nice and friendly except for her. Good location and all but service wise, she really brought this review down.

Excellent location near the Marina. No need to haul your luggage around as the front desk will hold it until check in and then again after check out if you are taking a later ferry. Excellent service and beautiful views from each room and from the breakfast patio on the 4th floor. A few complaints/suggestions - book directly with the hotel- we did not receive the family suite we paid extra for through Expedia. - rooms on the 3rd floor(below the breakfast patio) are disturbed at 10:30pm,1:30am and again at 6:30am as the staff drags the iron tables and chairs across the tile floor to rearrange the seating. It is VERY loud and continues for 10-15 minutes.

This hotel is at the end of the Main Street and super convenient to everything. We loved the staff and their recommendations and daily greetings. The amenities are quaint and yummy, little fresh baked biscuits in a heart shape, split of wine each night, a full fridge of a variety of drinks, super clean, very white walls and deco to keep the clean feeling with sky blue painted ceramic tiles. Ate breakfast on the top deck, very picturesque... finished each evening with a glass of Prosecco there as well. Just magical. Hint, steps from street to hotel just on left side of hotel. Don't walk up on the street if you can help it. Very narrow with traffic.

My husband and I stayed here on our Italian honeymoon vacation. I must say, it was my favorite place to stay :) Location: walking distance from the ferry boat drop off area. Lobby: has a few different seating areas that look out to the water and a library/cozy living room. The bell desk staff are very friendly and helpful. They even let us borrow an iPhone charging cord since our went kaput! Elevator:: very small and somewhat claustrophobic. Room: very simple without any fancy decor. Your main decoration for the stay is the Oceanside view from the hotel (cannot beat it). The sunrise and sunset views are breathtaking. Shower: consisted of a tub with 2 or 3ft wide glass, shower guard. We had the most trouble with this since all the water still ended up on the bathroom floor. Rooftop breakfast: continental breakfast with cold cuts, cheese, occasional bacon and scrambled eggs. *caution: do not leave your food unattended any any time. The seagulls are very fast food snatchers. Some people even had to fight of the seagulls. If I return back to Capri in the future, I will definitely stay here :)

This hotel is simply marvelous in every way. We spent a month traveling through Italy and we stayed on the the island of Capri at this restful and beautiful oasis. The rooms are magnificent and the views divine. We had a comfortable balcony which helped to us to relax with a tasty beverage after a day of site seeing. After dinner in town, we relaxed with coffee on the balcony and watched the moonlight reflect off the waters. Our last evening we were treated to a thunderstorm on the sea. The breakfast buffet is wonderful and the views amazing. If you want a wonderful oasis of rest and beauty, this hotel is for you!

Had the privilege stay at this lovely hotel during our Italy vacay. You must book the sea view room with a terrace balcony, they come with with comfy lounge chairs overlooking the marina! The sea view room is a perfect size, the tiles all over are so so so beautiful, so when you get to your room, take a moment and admire the gorgeous interior. This hotel is just steps away from the Marina Grande and it's fun to see the hustle and bustle happening below, service is amazing as well at this hotel. If you plan to see the Blue Grotto, they will notify you if they close it off due to high tides (which is a bummer!) No words can describe how gorgeous it already is in Capri and staying here made it even more dope. This was our 4th hotel stay during our trip so we have had a lot of breakfast buffets and I would say their selection isn't as big, but has everything you would need. But it doesn't matter anyways because while you eat you're on the terrace, soaking in the sun, and enjoying the view of the sea. Plus you'll be out and about eating other delicious goods!

Me and four friends stayed here for three nights and absolutely loved it! Our deluxe room was beautiful, the views were amazing, the location was perfect and the staff couldn't have been better. We were actually here on my birthday and they made feel so very special. The manager, Antonio, was the best....he went out of his way to provide recommendations on what to do and where to go and consistently checked on us to make sure everything was perfect. I hope to return one day and highly recommend this hotel to anyone lucky enough to visit Capri!

I really didn't want to write a review. I wanted to keep this place a secret. But it would not be fair. This place is awesome. The staff was caring, super helpful. The hotel was on the beach. The buffet breakfast was good and the rooms were huge for an island hotel, very bright with a lemoncello feel and there was this yacht anchored out in the water and visible from our window. Just awesome.

We stayed here 3 days for our honeymoon and it was a wonderful experience. The view from the top floor was breathtaking. The rooms are beautiful and so colorful! The staff is so friendly and attentive. I wanted to go Da Paolino for dinner and we asked the hotel if they could call them to get us in. Sadly they were booked the whole 3 days we were staying in Carpi, but the staff at the hotel said they would keep calling to see if there was any cancelations. They were able to get us a table Monday night before we left the next day. I was so happy I was jumping up and down when I found out haha. What a wonderful experience and we hope to return again!!!

This is the most beautiful hotel I have ever stayed in. The staff were very friendly and kept up with our room constantly ensuring it was clean and that we had enough clean towels. The view from the balcony was breathtaking and the breakfast in the morning was wonderful!

Super beautiful. Spring for the sea view room, amazingly worth it. Trendy comfortable room. 10/10 would stay again!

The perfect hotel for our stay in Capri! I cannot recommend it enough. We stayed there for 4 nights and loved the location, the room, the staff and the service. The room was beautiful and large, with a lovely balcony where we could enjoy the morning sun or wine and cheese in the evening. The people working at the hotel were so lovely and helped us with anything we needed. The only thing I didnt understand was that we were not allowed to take our breakfast from the hotel restaurant to eat it on our balcony in the morning.. The hotel was very conveniently located, near the harbor (Marina Grande) and it was also very close to the bus stop, the furnicular, shops and restaurants. Would love to stay here again if we go back to Capri.

Great location for people watching if you have room with sea view and terrace. Staff is friendly and very helpful. Breakfast on rooptop terrace is wonderful. You can hear street noise during day but not issue in evening time. Marina area really quietes down around 6:30 when most day tripper have left. Last boat off island are around 7:15
