Relais Santa Croce

It’s a really good apartment. The room is very spacious, the bed is very comfortable and big, the view is amazing and the bathroom is also nice. The towels are being changed every day. In the living room there is a water dispenser with cold fresh water that is always full and free. The view is just wow. It has also a great location, right in the city center. Underneath the accommodation there are also nice restaurants. If we come back to Cagliari, we would definitely stay again here. It has really everything you need

Amazing beautiful location, gorgeous apartments, everything works, design is tasteful, the view from the shared room is breathtaking. The host is the nicest guy, very communicative, responded quickly, he was very nice and helpful. I didn't check the details for the check in in the booking, he responded to my calls and sent me all the info on Whatsapp. He called the taxi for us and let my partner telework from the beautiful shared guestroom after our checkout. Highly recommend, 5 stars.

Great little property in the historic centre of Cagliari. Beautiful high-ceiling room with a really comfortable bed. Could have slept for days. Close to good bars and restaurants and only 20 minutes on foot to the bus station and port. Breakfast was simple but nice, in a small bar at the end of the street. Quiet and peaceful. I have stayed on two separate occasions and both times were good. Good value for money.

We had a lovely stay at Relais Santa Croce, we were in the room that sleeps four and has a beautiful balcony and view over the city. We arrived late at night, so to wake up to that view was a real treat. It is in the old, historic, hilly part of town, so if you are starting your Sardinian holiday in Cagliari and staying here, it's probably best to collect a hire car once you leave. Just enjoy wandering around and using buses! The room and facilities and location were all lovely. The restaurant you see directly under the reading room balcony is fabulous, one of the best spots we found for local Sardinian cuisine and curligiones.

Amazing place on the middle of the castle area!!! Is a combination of old construction from 19 century!!! With the confort of new furniture and technology! The building was from the nobles so you will feel like a king When you go inside the room, with high roof and painting on it.. plus a huge library.. coffe area, cool water to drink on the hot days! You must experience!!! pd: check the view! ✌🏼

My wife and I had the most beautiful visit to a wonderful city thanks to Ketty. Relais Santa Croce was beautiful and in the heart of the old city. Ketty, the manager, made us feel at home right away. There was always tea of coffee available whenever we wanted it. The room was beautiful and well maintained. However, the most amazing thing was how Ketty made extra effort to line up a walking tour for us and recommend some wonderful restaurants that would not break the bank. When I say she went way beyond what we expected, I mean she researched tour options for us and sent me emails late into the evening. A wonderful vist thanks too Ketty and we will return. Thanks Ketty. .

The property is in the old town on top of a hill over looking the marina.||Parking in the area is a little confusing, but Ketty gave us all the details as well and pointing out lots of places and restaurant recommendations on a map.||The room we stayed was at didn't look out to the sea and from other reviews must be one of the small rooms. It was comfortable but over two levels with the bed on a mezzanine floor up a steep set of steps. If you have any mobility issues check which room you will in.||The room included a voucher for breakfast at a local cafe, this is a drink and croissant only.||Wi-Fi worked fine and there was coffee and water available 24 hours in a communal lounge.

We had 3 nights in this wonderful accomodation. The owner gave me a kiss on both cheeks when we left. How nice is that. The best part is when my poor husband broke half his tooth off. We spoke to the waiter at a restaurant below the hotel, and he gave us a number to ring for a dentist. It didn't work out because the number was wrong. We decided to ask the owner of the hotel for help. Ketty informed us that her husband was a dentist and he would see my husband that day. We had a short walk to his busy dental practice and my husband got a repair. The dentist then said that there was no payment.||||No one does that in my country. I couldn't believe it. How kind they were. I do not agree with the person who posted the terrible review. The room we had overlooked the city and was clean and comfortable. The bed was a little hard and could do with a soft overlay. But everything else was wonderful.||||We did find the place a little hard to find and it is not easily accessible to drop off luggage from a hire car for people with a lot of luggage (we were traveling for 7 weeks). I would also like a light on a sign in the street indicating the hotel name as you feel a bit stumped when you come to the big locked wooden door and can't get in. It is also a problem if you don't have a phone. Other than that we would recommend this small unique accomodation. Ketty you are a charming person and we enjoyed every minute of our stay. Hope you remember the three Australians. We will be back someday because we just loved the hospitality of Sardinia. ||||I expect hotel owners will be polite to you if you are polite to them. Pointing out issues calmly is a much better way to go.||Just one last thing. I would love it if there was the option of a simple breakfast in your salon as the pastry and tea from the local restaurant was not enough. I would gladly pay you for some fresh bread and cheese.
