Where to start ? This “hotel” is on the second level of an existing building with no exterior signage, no elevator, no ventilation in the stairwell (3 sets up) no full time staff attendance, etc. You must enter through a locked gate ( buzz in ) at street level, climb 3 sets of stairs to the “hotel “ entry door only enter is with lock security code. You can do far better in the area @ the same price point. Did I mention lack of full time staff ? It’s like self serve ? Last straw was an unplanned power outage where the hotel operator had no plan for guests handed out a flashlight & said good luck, not even thinking about how the electric entry doors would work during the outage and which would be terribly dark & hot. Enough for us - left early.

Beautiful room and nice bathroom. service is nice, thomas carried my bag up and down the four flights of stairs. however, air conditioning doesn’t work (in rome in july, when it’s 40 degrees celsius, this is uncomfortable), and my room was directly facing the reception area and front door, so i could hear everything (even the receptionist watching videos on his phone).

Be careful it's a scam! I booked though Priceline/Agoda . When I arrived hotel manager told me they where full so I had to find another hotel. By this point I was charged with full price already, and haven't received reimbursement.

Best location for historic sites. Beautiful high ceiling rooms. Breakfast did not have many options, no eggs or cheese. No parking space. Had to park the car 2- 3 km away.

Firstly some good points : -Great location in the middle of the Tourist centre -Really nice staff -Big Spacious rooms However. We were not given tea and coffee making facilities nor a secure safe despite both being advertised. The fridge didn't work at all and the air conditioning was terrible as well. We were given wrong information about taxis and we rarely saw somebody on the front desk. The rooms while being spacious were old and run down. All in all not worth it for the price, one can find a better hotel slightly out of the centre for half the price

Great location just stayed there 10/27/15 .Very clean . I stayed next to the office huge room, actually I was amazed , tall ceilings huge king bed nice bath with tub . Wife was wowed . Breakfast was served in the room. Beautiful. I would suggest you pre order a ride . Hard to find first time,it's located in a alley with no sign . Would stay again. Was able to walk to most places . If your older , not a good choice it has stairs with no lift. Would give 5 stars but no ice ,small fridge

Charming boutique hotel with just six rooms. Location is perfect with local bus stops and taxi stand across the main road, while the hotel itself is on a quiet lane. Taxi to Roma Termini Station was just EUR8 in each direction when we arrived and departed. We were able to walk to major sites like the Trevi Fountain and even to the Colosseum. Note that the hotel is more like a B&B than a full service hotel, so don't expect staff to be available 24 hours a day, only in mornings and evenings.

Perfect location. Walking distance to Colloseum, 20 min. walk to Vatican. Plenty of space, clean, ceilings at least 5m high, friendly and helpful staff. An old palazzo feel. Continental breakfast delivered to your room. Good espresso included.
