This was a perfect hotel experience! The bed was incredibly comfortable, the breakfast was amazing, and the staff was so warm and welcoming! We loved the intimate setting and the location. Easy bus access from outside of the hotel. Used mostly lines 70 & 87 to get around, aside from walking. Took bus 70 from Roma Termini straight to the hotel. We would absolutely come back here again. Thank you for the wonderful hospitality!

Elizabetta and Lito (apologies if I spelled the names wrong) made our stay very enjoyable and comfortable! Both were kind and polite upon our first time meeting them!! From day zero, before even flying to Rome, Elizabetta contacted me via WhatsApp! It was legit and I was surprised that it even happened. There was also an option of after hours check in too where they’ll provide you a link to fill out. (Check in was 3PM and Check out was 10:30AM). Soon after, there is a lengthy very descriptive message detailing how to get in the hotel, where they provide you six digit code to enter the hotel itself (there are two doors when you get off the elevator to your right with keypads to enter the code). They also serve free breakfast here with eggs, bread, cappuccino and espresso, fresh fruits and vegetables (cucumbers and grape tomatoes), along with your regular cereal, milk, orange/fruit juices from 8AM-10AM. There was a very tiny downside to the room we have because it was facing the busy streets. It was loud as expected but my partner and I were accustomed to it. It didn’t bother us at all since it was rather comfortable “white noise” for us. Just before we checked out, a simple gesture of even asking if we needed a taxi was very thoughtful of them. Overall, highly recommend this amazing hotel. Sure it may be strange looking and sort of apartment style, but this was one of the best hotels we’ve ever stayed in. Thank you very much for all the hospitality! If and when we visit again, I’ll be sure to book this hotel.

I stayed in the Fabia suite on the first floor and the room itself was nice and big. Reception is only there from 2-7pm, so you will have to do self check in if you arrive late, which worked fine for us. They can also hold your luggage but since reception is only there from 2-7, there was no one there to take our bags. You were just told to leave it there. Also, your bags won’t be behind a closed door, it’ll just be sitting in the main reception room. What soured my experience was the staff that makes breakfast and does the room cleaning. I think they need hospitality training so they could provide great service to ALL guests. I noticed that they were very nice and attentive to some customers while ignoring others. They would repeatedly serve others before me even though I arrived at breakfast first and wouldn’t address me either. When the housekeepers knocked on the door for cleaning, we let them in and I could hear them talking about something smelling badly in their language (Tagalog) which I could also understand. I was also in the service industry and I understand that people talk, but please have the restraint to at least wait for the guests to leave the room before talking badly about them or the room. I think they assumed I wouldn’t be able to understand Tagalog, but I do and it was awkward to hear staff talking about you right in front of your face.

Fantastico! We had to make a last minute booking due to another property letting us down. On arrival we were warmly welcomed by the delightful Elizabetha (spelling?). The hotel is on the 4th floor, easily accessible by lift, of a lovely building. We walked to all the key attractions and didn't find a need for transportation. The hotel room was small to medium size and was spotlessly clean. We upgraded (small cost) to a room with a lovely bijou balcony which we sat on each evening. The hotel offers a complimentary breakfast buffet which was well stocked with friendly staff serving freshly squeezed OJ and speciality coffee. Bottom line is that we would definitely stay again. Excellent friendly service. Grazie Mille!

The accommodation is super close to all the attractions — we didn’t even use the bus. The area is still less crowded than the city center. The girl at the reception was really nice, as was the guy serving breakfast. The only downside is that they don’t provide toothbrushes, toothpaste, or disposable slippers.

We had a pleasant stay at the hotel. Service was really good and the girl working at the reception was really polite and nice. Even recommended us certain local places. Location wise is really good

Comfortable rooms with a mini refrigerator and hair dryer inside. Daily room cleaning, a complete breakfast on the rooftop, and tea and coffee with sweets available in the lobby. Very helpful and friendly staff. Highly recommended.

This was my first time in Rome and I had the best experience staying here. Elisabetta and Lavinia were so helpful in working with a company in getting there from the airport, recommendations on where to go, and overall help. This applies to the rest of the staff as well. The room was clean, the breakfast was great, and you feel safe. The hotel is in a great location where you can walk and reach where you want to be in 10-25 minutes. (I’m a slow walker). The price was great as well. This will be where I stay the next time I come back to Rome. 10/10 recommend.
