Remai Modern

I have been a few times - each visit has proved to have expanded my view of art moments, history, and appreciation for various mediums and modalities. Always well kept, and gallery rooms stay updated to match the exhibits. When self guided, you can either take a quick tour or stay a full afternoon to take in all the types of art (videography pieces.) There is a Guided Tour, which next time I will take part in for more understanding and an in depth experience.

Entrance is by donation. Somewhat smaller than expected inside. Nice gift shop. Friendly staff. Beautiful architecture. I will definitely come back again.

A beautiful and artistic museum with beautiful view of the city. The hall was beautifully decorated for the dinner event that was held there. The African security guy was courteous too.

We started out having lunch in The Hearth restaurant. The food and service were excellent. We then proceeded to the galleries and I found them great. I would liked to have seen more Saskatchewan First Nations artists. They had plenty of Inuit and First Nations from other provinces, but I was surprised to see no Ernest Luthi or Sanford Fisher. It was very cool to see Picasso next to lesser known artists and it all made sense.

Really nice place, all galaries are amazing. Coffee was good and staff are friendly. Cozy atmosphere. Will visit again!

Remai Modern is a cozy and quiet place where you can walk through and take time to reflect on your day, your ideas, your life, and more. Admission is free, and if you enjoy your visit, you can easily make a donation by cash or debit card. On the second floor, there’s a beautiful long hallway where you can pause to look out at the river and enjoy the amazing views. You’ll also find many modern art galleries filled with paintings, photography, short films, and other visual art. I highly recommend everyone to visit Remai Modern and spend a few hours in this wonderful place.

A very interesting place to visit! There is a large collection of art to view from local artists to international collections as well. It is a very cool place to check out if you're just looking to clear your mind and spend some time in a different atmosphere. The art pieces all around the museum were beautiful!
