The flavour of the Kashmiri chai was great! The temperature was lukewarm and very quickly turned cold. There were caffeinated and decaffeinated options for chai; multiple dairy and non dairy milk options. The food was nice and hot and flavourful. The wrap was nicely crisped and the chicken was perfectly cooked to tender juiciness. The presentation of the food and drinks was simple but pleasing. The bathroom was unpleasant. It required a long journey down the hall, only to discover that a passcode was required to get it. Once inside, there were 2 stalls, however the sign instructed to lock the main door. The stall did not lock and the door rested awkwardly in front of the toilet. A fluorescent light was flashing in a strobe-like manner. There was graffiti all over.

Visiting from Calgary and stopped by Remedy Café for their gluten-free options. The staff assured me food prep is safe for celiacs, with a separate prep area, toaster, and utensils. Tried the coconut chicken wrap on a GF wrap, Punjabi style — absolutely flavorful and filling. Saved half for later! Great experience and will definitely be back. Shoutout to the server for being knowledgeable of gluten free practices and a stellar recommendation for my wrap!

If you like chai, you've gotta go here! They have so many options to customize your beverage and meal. The chai and samosa was a great deal!

I frequently order delivery from here, and today I ordered two bagel ham and egg sandwiches, but only one arrived. Uber Eats hasn't provided any compensation, and I paid the full amount but did not receive my food.

The kashmiri Chai with pistachios and rose petals was amazing though it was a bit on the sweeter side. So the next time, I asked for half the sugar and it was perfect. Service is slow but I think it's worth the wait. Prices are a bit steep for the drinks but not bad for an occasional treat.

This is a nice spot to go to in downtown when you have some downtown. Very spacious. I love that they have a lot of wall outlets so you can do some work/studying and charge your phone. I normally get one of the chai drinks but this time I opted for a hot chocolate and it was still pretty good.

I recently visited Remedy Café and had a very disappointing experience. I ordered a ginger tea, but when it was served, it was cold. When I politely asked the girl hosting why the tea was cold, she just smiled and giggled, which felt unprofessional and dismissive. Hoping the issue would be resolved, I handed her the cup back expecting a fresh, hot tea. However, instead of making a new one, she simply microwaved the same cup and handed it back to me. This lack of effort and care for customer service was extremely disappointing, especially considering I spent $26 during my visit. It felt like my money and time were completely wasted. Remedy Café should value its customers more and ensure their staff is trained to provide proper service. This experience left me questioning whether I’ll be coming back again.
