Remedy Place Flatiron

Had an amazing experience at Remedy Place in Flatiron! Joshua was my guide and he was fantastic. We did the ice bath and lymphatic compression, and I was really impressed with the whole process. Joshua was super knowledgeable about the products and services, and we had a great conversation. He made the experience feel personalized and relaxing. Highly recommend Remedy Place, especially if you're looking for a unique wellness experience. Can't wait to come back!

I reserved the Contrast Suite for my Wife's birthday and it was so fun and relaxing! The staff were incredibly nice and helpful and really made her feel special. The Suite itself was also spotless and amenities were great; Sauna that fit 4-6, 2 cold plunges, a great shower, and even a tablet where you could control the music! I'd highly recommend booking for a small group of friends or a relaxing date night.

The best wellness place in NYC. I am obsessed. I love coming here for Hyperbaric Oxygen Tank (s/o to Vance for teaching me all about it, he absolutely sold me and now im addicted), vitamin shots by Anne Marie (she is an angel I am so blessed I found her she’s changed my life) and all the hot and cold therapy and red light. It’s the best. My home away from home. It’s so clean, luxurious and the people who work there are so passionate, kind hearted and knowledgeable. 10000/10

Remedy Spa is such a clean and quiet place — perfect for relaxing and unwinding. The atmosphere is peaceful, and the staff are so sweet and welcoming. I did the cold plunge for the first time with my friends and wouldn’t have made it through the six minutes without staff encouragement. They were so sweet, supportive, and made the whole experience enjoyable. Left feeling refreshed and accomplished — highly recommend!

I’m obsessed with Remedy Place Flatiron. The IV drips are incredible for hydration and recovery, and I always leave feeling refreshed and recharged. The team is so knowledgeable and makes the experience feel personalized every time. I also love the private sauna suites. They’re calm, spotless, and perfect for a reset or to pair with an ice bath. Remedy Place is my favorite wellness experience, everything is so thoughtfully designed and the team makes the experience so informative and high touch. The private infrared saunas are so relaxing and clean. The IV treatments are amazing, perfect for when you are feeling sick or need to feel reenergized. Everything about the space and experience feels elevated and homey.

The team at Remedy Place Flatiron was incredible from start to finish. They answered the phone right away, were so accommodating when we had to reschedule multiple times, and made us feel completely welcome once we arrived. We were given a full tour of the beautiful space, and everyone we met was kind, genuine, and attentive. Truly one of the most hospitable experiences I’ve had!

We had read about this so called social wellness club, as one of the 15 best spa's in New York City, and decided to visit. Our visit turned nothing short of a nightmare, we requested to pay in cash at this facility, and this was accepted, during our IV fluid remedy drip, we fell asleep, and were robbed of a handsome amount of cash. The club management and ownership, took no charge of the situation. At our most vulnerable, when we were asleep during a treatment at this facility, we were robbed! Visit this facility at your own risk, i question the genuinity of the treatments also, after this experience.

Very good experience and nice establishment, but lacking some items. Booked the private infrared room for one hour. The private room is a good size, with two showers and the sauna room fits 4 ppl. The room lacked an extra table or vanity and a chair. The bench provided was full of the amenities they provide. Nowhere to sit to get ready...dry hair, put make up etc. There's a hairdryer, but the mirror is on the apposite side. I had to go to the bathroom next door since the outlet also not working. Need extra hooks to hang clothes etc. No bathmat. There should be one when you step out of the sauna, and showers....floor got very slippery. The staff was very nice. The amenities provided in the room were nice. The shower temperature ...no cold water. No one offered tea or any beverages upon our arrival or when we were done.

Beautiful Facility. Perfect way to spend my Saturday getting in some good self care. I can't believe I am saying this but, the cold plunge was my favorite part. I loved the meditation before hand and the fireplace in the room made the whole experience feel so inviting. Also did the Sauna and it was perfection. I loved having a room all to myself, though next time will being a girlfriend or two with me! It feels like such a great way to be social with friends and not have to be at a bar.

After a stressful week, I was looking for a way to unwind. My friend recommended remedy place and we went together. It was THE BEST experience from the design of the space, to the services, & to the wonderful employees. My friend and I did a lymphatic suit for 1 hour and it was so relaxing & the best feeling massage like experience. I was even able to work on my laptop from the suit & catch up with my friend. It's a great service to do with a friend. Next we did the 6 min ice bath. The ambiance with the fire behind the baths was gorgeous. My friend and I did the ice bath together and it was such a memorable fun experience. I felt so good afterwards and I plan to continue doing that service. The space is so beautiful It also provided a great place to work remotely after I finished up my services

I came for the first time for a lymphatic compression and ice bath. The space was stunning & thoughtfully designed and executed. The staff is incredibly friendly and makes you feel so welcomed. Sean took us thru the ice bath experience. My friend and I never thought we'd make it thru the 6 mins but with his help we did it! I cannot wait to go back!
