Remedy Place SoHo

I recently visited Remedy Pl SOHO for a full day of self-care and relaxation, and from the moment I walked in I was warmly welcomed! The staff is top notch. I started off doing lymphatic compression which was incredibly relaxing and definitely did its job. The AI massage was fantastic—absolutely worth trying—and although I had never considered cryotherapy before, I gave it a shot. After experiencing everything, I left with a huge boost of energy and had the best sleep afterward. Highly recommend!

Such a great place to reset your body. I’ve been religiously using the Hyperbaric chambers, AI Massage IV. The hyperbaric is a game changer after a heavy leg day and I sleep like a baby after a session.

Remedy Place is magic. as someone with chronic pain, I’m pretty accustomed to treatments not working for me, so my expectations were low tbh.. wow was I wrong. I found Remedy Place through a friend and it’s probably my favorite establishment in NYC. while the treatments are literally life-changing (and finally bring me relief), that isn’t even the best part. the team is. I genuinely look forward to seeing them. time flies by just chatting bc they make me feel so comfortable and happy. it’s not a forced, transactional thing—I’m already a member, there's no extra business to be earned. they just genuinely want to catch up. idk where they scout for this team, but the energy is magic. everyone is happy, the dynamic is friendly, and you can tell they’re treated well by management. From the moment you walk in, Ashley, Jillian, and Libby immediately make me feel welcome. Derek, their RN, always makes sure I’m snug for my IVs (and is such a gentleman, he literally gets my bag and coat 😭). He’s a hoot and a half and keeps me giggling the entire time. Jackson is probably one of the kindest (and most handsome) guys I’ve ever spoken to. when my original treatment plan wasn't working, it genuinely seemed to bother him—like it was a code he was determined to crack until we got it right. and Ryan, their amazing GM, constantly goes above and beyond to ensure my happiness continues. when I brought up some recent health issues, Jackson and Ryan immediately jumped on it to help me build a custom treatment plan uniquely tailored to me. It was just so personal. the treatments are incredible—the red light therapy bed is fantastic and the remedy roller is so effective I bought one for my home. but the IV drips followed by the hyperbaric oxygen... that's my magic combo that really does the trick. I could ramble on FOREVER but I just want everyone to know how phenomenal Remedy Place is.

Got an IV here and the experience was excellent from start to finish. Derek, the NP, was the absolute best! He added a level of comedy that I appreciated, as someone that doesn't like needles. Everyone we met here was lovely. We will be back!

This place is the best for biohacking and wellness experiences. They have private saunas + ice baths + a plethora of other cool recovery options like cryo, massage guns, oxygen tanks etc This was my 2nd time going and it is hands down my favorite place to do recovery in the city. The team are also very very nice and pleasant. Cheers and see you guys again soon.

I love my visits to Remedy Place. The acupuncture sessions are relaxing and leave me feeling balanced. I’ve also tried cupping and ear seeding, which have been amazing for easing tension and boosting overall wellness. The vitamin IV drips are a game-changer and have become an essential part of my routine for energy and are helpful as we get into the season of colds, flu, etc.

I can't believe how much my health has improved since going to Remedy Place. The Vitamin D and glutathione shots have been absolutely pivotal to my general lack of fatigue and, thus, no bags under my eyes! The contrast suite is also an absolutely incredible experience you MUST try.

The thermal suite was the highlight of the visit, and the overall facility was very well-kept and created an elevated experience. I also was impressed with the effectiveness of the AI massage. Definitely recommend for those seeking new experiences on their wellness journey.
