Remm Hotel is located in Mid-town Tokyo, close to Hibiya Park and the Imperial Palace. It's within walking distance of Ginza, and Yurakucho with plenty of dining options and bars of all kinds nearby. The twin room we stayed in was small but clean and comfortable. As light travelers, we were okay but those with suitcases might find the space challenging to navigate. The room has a shower only and no view. Rooms with a bath were available for an extra 5,000 yen at the time of booking (using the Jalan Booking Website). Breakfast was decent, offering a mix of Japanese and Western staples, though I was surprised to see the scrambled eggs being poured from a packet in the kitchen.

Pros: - Rooms are spotless and clean. - Bathroom is adequately spacious even for the cheapest tariff. - Well-equipped with necessary equipment, including a TV with streaming options. - Luggage storage available during early arrivals. - Decent waiting lobby. - Free tea bags, coffee, and essentials available at the front desk. - Comfortable mattresses. - Good train connectivity with multiple underground stations nearby. - Cafes, bakeries, restaurants, and shopping options nearby. - Absolute soundproofing. Cons: - The living space was quite cramped, feeling like the provided equipment and manuals already consumed the entire space. - Massage chair is far from ideal; it’s quite narrow and unsuitable for an average-sized person. A sofa seat would have been more usable. - Finding directions to the hotel is challenging if arriving by train. When using maps, multiple route options are shown that end at the rear of the building, making it a challenge to find the entrance when you stroll with your luggage on the first day. - Check-in at 3 pm is inconvenient. Overall this place fine if found for a relatively cheap price.

Room size is alright by Japan standard for 2 pax max. Love it that they have a full massage chair in the room, great for end of day wind down after 20k steps! Staff were friendly and breakfast is sufficient and tastes good. Will come back if staying in Ginza again.

I usually visit Japan for business. It’s not that the other hotels I’ve stayed at before were bad, but this hotel stood out as my favorite. I arrived at the hotel before check-in time, but the staff kindly checked my reservation in advance. After spending some time exploring the area and having coffee, I returned to find the same staff member ready to help me check in, and I was given a nice room. Although Japanese hotels are often considered small, I didn’t feel that this room was cramped at all. The room was clean, and any additional amenities I needed were available in the lobby. There was also a massage chair in the room, which I didn’t use, but I appreciated the thoughtful touch. There was a chair in the shower, which I think would be great for elderly guests. One minor downside was that there was no mirror in the shower, so it was a bit inconvenient to wash up all at once. Breakfast was included, so I could enjoy my meal in the lobby area in the morning. I liked that both American and Japanese breakfast options were available. Since the hotel is close to train and subway lines, it can be a bit noisy at times. However, watching the trains go by from below made up for the noise. There were izakayas, restaurants, cafes, and convenience stores nearby, which made my stay very convenient. Generous check-out times and quick check-in are definite advantages of this hotel. I would love to stay here again on my next visit.

The hotel is in a central location and about 6 minutes drive from Tokyo station (Yen1040 by Uber).|The rooms were clean, and the room I chose was a single double which was fine for a solo traveller. It had all the amenities including pyjamas. |The best part was the massage chair by the bed which is very handy after a long flight or long day of sightseeing or shopping.|The staff were very helpful and helped me arrange to get my suitcase sent to the next hotel. There was slight misunderstanding with getting my room cleaned whilst I popped out due to language with one staff but overall English is not an issue.|I will stay here again in the future and have already recommended it to people.|All staff were also very professional and friendly.

We loved staying in Hibiya. So the hotel was in a great location, right near some elegant malls with excellent dining, including several vegetarian places for us. The room was small, as expected, but it was very clean and well organized. The shower was great. Bed was great. And there's even a massage chair. There is a very nice breakfast with plenty for everybody. The staff was very helpful and attentive.

Conveniently located in the middle of several subway and bus stations. Yet it is just one street away from the hustle and bustle nearby so it’s fantastic. Rooms are not big but that is expected. Great service and they even managed to fit in a massage chair in the room. Definitely recommend.

Overall was a simple, clean hotel to return to clean up and sleep after a day of tourism. The staff was nice and helpful when we checked in and out (which is an easy, semi-automated system via a terminal). The room was on the 11th floorz but we could still pretty clearly hear the noises of the city. The almost-blackout shades were nice. The shower was really nice and got plenty warm.

Yelp
I will always look for a REMM hotel when going to japan now all because of the....drum roll please......the massage chair!!!! And it's really not just any massage chair, it is a massage chair fit for a smaller person. Like me, fun sized. This location in Hibiya was right next to the theater so there was a lot of foot traffic, especially on the weekends. Pretty exciting if you are one for the theater! There is a family mart and a 7-11 close by and all the ginza shops are about a 15 min walk away. Very friendly staff and there is a restaurant in the lobby area that is open for breakfast and lunch. There are also lockers in the lobby to store your things before or after check in but they also will store your bigger luggage too. Very convenient for travelers leaving on a later flight. This area also has a lot of taxis available so there was never a long wait to have to get to a farther destination.

Yelp
I've stayed here at least four different times when I've come to Tokyo. There are three main reasons I keep returning: 1. Location- I don't like lugging my bags far. When you come in from Narita the NEX takes you to Tokyo station. Also, when you come in from other parts of Japan, Tokyo station is the main stop on the Shinkansen. Taking your bags on local trains is a nightmare, but getting a cab here can take a while with the long lines and cost you some big bucks too. I can walk to Remm Hibiya within 20 minutes from Tokyo station. That saves time, money, and hassle. The location is convenient to get around Tokyo as well. There are so many train stations within walking distance including JR and subway lines. It is easy to quickly reach any part of Tokyo from here. 2. Price - It varies based on how you book and the season, but I have stayed here for anywhere between $120-150 a night. If you check other hotels in this area, you will pay significantly more. 3. Comfort - The beds here are heavenly! I always have a great night's sleep here. The only time I didn't sleep through the night, was last year when an earthquake woke me up. Otherwise, I am out like a light until morning! This year will be the first year in several years I am not staying here. The only reason I'm not is I am coming in late from Haneda instead of Narita. If you think of this as a nicer business hotel, I think you'll be more than satisfied. I've seen complaints about the size of the room, but I have had way smaller in Tokyo. There is a comfy bed, big tv, and a nice shower with good quality toiletries, and the whole city waiting outside to be explored. The front desk is happy to keep your bags if you are early or are leaving the city later. All this to be comfortably centrally located in one of the world's biggest cities at way less than $200?! What's not to like?

Yelp
We only stopped in Tokyo for the day, because we really wanted to fit into one of our good friends schedule, before she left for Taiwan; so we choose this hotel. This hotel was pretty cool, it has the new age look going for it, however their rooms are very small. One of the things I loved about our room was the bathroom, it had that transparent glass between the bedroom and the bathroom. The glass had a shade that clearly had little diamond holes to see through, so this was clearly a room for you and your significant other. Of course, my wife loved it, and we expected the rooms in this hotel to be on the small side, but it served it's purpose in the end. We spent the night, and we got to see our friend for dinner and drinks. I definitely recommend this hotel to you if you are couple looking, to see the Tokyo, and have fun in the city; especially if you're not stay in the room type.

Yelp
Another very nice modern hotel but unfortunately really really small. The amenity in the room was nice though so it made up for it. I had a very good night of sleep they even provided cute pajamas for bed and the bathroom was nice with hot shower and Japanese toilet! We only stayed there for 1 night before we left Tokyo, it was located in Hibiya walking distance to Ginza and all the good stuff, across from the Chanel store and Imperial Hotel. The hotel let you leave your luggage after check out so you could still walk around the area.

Yelp
I guess it's cheap, do we shouldn't have expected much but rooms are tiny. And make sure you ask for a room with the bedroom having the window, not the bathroom having the window.
