We stayed for 4 nights. The hotel is a short walk from Tenmonkan where all the bars and izakayas are located. The room was very small for 3 single beds. The space was design for 2 single beds. The push in a moveable bed as we booked a room for 3. There was hardly any space to walk in between the beds. The one thing that was nice , there was a bathtub 🛀 , a great pleasure after a long day of walking and shopping. Though there were lots of places to eat, but mostly izakayas and bars. The ramen restaurants were not good at all, we were very disappointed. So we ended up taking the tram to the next town for better quality food that were more reasonably priced. When you get in from the Shinkansen, take the tram to Tenmonkan and its a short walk. The tram (170¥) is cheaper than the bus (270¥). We also took the bus to the Ferry to cross over to Sakurajima. Overall, the hotel is at a good location.

Stayed here for 3 nights with my wife. The Good - Very good location. Lots of food and shopping as soon as you step out of the hotel. - The beds were pretty comfortable. The Okay - The staff was just fine. The Bad - The room layout is so so bad. Lots of wasted spaced. - The room and entire floor was weirdly humid. - One of the worst bathroom layouts I have tried in a hotel. - The room felt a lot smaller than advertised but that was probably due to all the wasted space.

Surprisingly nice. Comfortable beds, small rooms as you would expect. Great location, great amenities. Good Japanese breakfast. Take note you will need to reserve your table for breakfast. I'd happily stay again

The best staff anywhere! This is a full service hotel with spa like features and each room. From the rainfall shower to the massage chair and decorative ambient backlit glass. They offer massages as well. (for a fee of course) The bed was very comforatable and I loved all the various types of pillows. My favortie is the buckwheat filled. Tully’s coffee is right at the entrance. The hotel is in a great spot….Tram, bus taxis and shopping are all right there. I love it there and I already miss it.

Great location near a shopping district with lots of food choices. Fairly newly renovated rooms with good design and colors, but the room was just too small. The room was barely enough to walk around for two people with lugguages. We had to open our lugguages on the bed as the walkway in the room was too narrow to open them.

Good location only a 5 minute walk away from Tenmonkan airport bus stop. Several other buses & trams that serve the city also stop along this busy main street making the hotels location extremely convenient. Slightly further away however is Kagoshima Chuo station being about 20-25 minutes dependant on if carrying luggage. ||Entrance is smart, but lobby is situated on the third floor so took the lift to check in. Staff understood English and very polite. No issues on checking in or out. Room was clean, bed comfortable, I liked the surprise that the chair in my room actually had a massage function. I experienced no problems or issues during my stay. ||Minor suggestion would be for earplugs to be made available for amenities, likewise some amenities could be situated on each floor as opposed to having to go down to the lobby to collect these. Very minor points however and I enjoyed my stay, and I feel it reflects the amount I paid for the cheapest room (single).

My favourite hotel in Kagoshima city. Great location: just two bus stops away from the Kagoshimachuo station and a walking distance from the ferry port, where you can catch the ferry to Sakurajima or Yakushima. They offer comfortable rooms, the staff is very nice and helpful. I also highly recommend to buy the breakfast, wich is amazing - in washoku style.

We stayed here for 4 nights at this hotel. It has an excellent location for shopping, dining, sightseeing and nearby transportation for tourists. Overall, the room is comfortable, modern and provides good sleeping experience. The amenities are well-equipped in the room and you can take different types of tea bags from the reception counter.||The front desk service is attentive and friendly. A staff member standing in front of the lift was super helpful and nice. This is a great hotel if you want to stay inTenmonkan. Highly recommended!
