All the staffs were very professional, friendly, helpful and provided detail service. The hotel is very clean, tidy and elegant. the hotel is close to bus stops and tram stations, it takes about 2 minutes walk, very convenient. we had a wonderful time. i highly recommend it to friends who need to stay here.

Great location and breakfast is in the cafe downstairs. The room was rather small, not much walking space, but everything else was great! The staff was amazing and the camomile soap in the shower was heavenly. Loving the pressure of the water as well as the deep bathtub! It is very near amenities, opposite Don Don and two Lawsons nearby!

Good value. Perfect location right next to the bus stop for the bus to Kagoshima airport. Ticket can be purchased from the front desk. Breakfast provided is in the cafe next door to the hotel. It’s a set menu of 3 options. Parking is limited at the back of the hotel.

It is very convenient, very walkable to shops and eateries around. Indeed very clean and comfortable. There are ample parking beside and around, not worth it to park at the hotel. Rooms are compact and efficiently laid out.

The bedding was very comfortable. Very near to eateries and shopping. Would highly recommend as the price is very reasonable compared to other more expensive hotels. Anyway we are out the whole day and only want a good night sleep.

The location is very convenient, with shopping areas nearby and the train station right in front.The room is relatively small, and breakfast is a set menu from the café downstairs with only three options, which aren’t very tasty.

Stylish, clean, very quiet, close to everywhere, convenient to access bus or train, serving lots kind of tea as amenities. Next time I will definitely stay in this hotel.

The most comfortable and quiet sleep in my entire trip in Japan. Isolation between the rooms is the best. Staff is kind. Location is perfect
