I’ve been coming here for years and was friendly with them. I found out THEY’RE SCAMMING, I noticed this is the third time i’ve been over charged “accidentally”. Most items in the store dont have price tags either. Thank god I looked at the receipt after leaving because the total did not equal to the products I got. The receipts dont even have the product prices, just your total. Very messed up that yall are scamming people who support your business. After i contacted their social media page, the manager called me and said he would cash app me the money he owed me. Multiple people have said this has happened to them. Imagine how much money they took from people who didn’t notice, even if its small amounts! UPDATE: They will throw away your ORIGINAL RECEIPT SO YOU CANT SEE THE LISTED PRODUCT PRICES. My boyfriend got rung out by a girl and she gave him two receipts, one with the total AND one with all the product prices! The man at the other counter rung me out and THREW AWAY MY ORIGINAL RECEIPT, and gave me one with just the total. DO NOT SUPPORT THEIR BUSINESS,

I shop there for a quick buy, plus it’s close to my home. I don’t like the vibe, feeling ignored by the owners, not the females working there tho, they’re helpful. Recently, I asked do they offer any perks, he ignored my question. I asked again after the transaction was made. He looked up as to see if my face was familiar😩 I kindly said “I shop here” (I look different because I’m either wearing all kinds of braids or a medium length wrap sometimes curly or flat) and he said very vaguely, “yes.” but didn’t proceed any further… Plus I read a review about being over charged. It happened to me too, but I didn’t go back cause I was already in the middle of a braid appointment and the hair was opened when I looked over my receipt. PLEASE LOOK AT YOUR RECEIPTS. We spend our hard earned money with that business. I’m not spending another penny tho.

This is my and my kids favorite hair store. The employees are always helpful and it seems like they enjoy working here. If I ever need help finding anything they usually offer to help before I even need to ask. Customer service like that is rare these days! So that is really nice. The owners are friendly as well. Their hours are also great and very convenient. If you need to run back out to the store because you didn’t realize you were out of something or needed more than you thought you needed of a product it is great that their hours are so late! They are open till 8 on Sundays and 10 pm every other day of the week.

I love this store, they have great prices are very accommodating and great service. As well as a great closing time, we come from Lorain County so its a bit of a drive but 100% worth it, I will definitely be coming again!

It was a pleasant visit large variety of hair products and clothing and accessories… I usually don’t go to this beauty supply. But my normal one was closed.

It was like any other hair store. Nothing special about the products or the employees but they did their job

They always have a nice selection of braiding and crocheting hair (lots of diff colors and styles), wigs, and hair supplies for women and men products too. Also, don't forget to sign up for their rewards card...it's nice getting some money off every now and again. You may also encounter many different personalities but the staff is always very helpful.

I love going to this store, first off, they open early on SUNDAY, the staff is helpful and they DONT follow you throughout the store. Super friendly environment

Workers werent wearing masks even though the sign said mask required. Bad selection and high prices. They had cool wigs, but they were overpriced. Bad experience here.

I was in town and getting my hair done so I went to a different hair store first and they didn't have the products I needed. We then came here and the stock was plentiful. The staff was great at helping us figure out what we needed and how much to purchase. They were also open on a holiday when we ran short and and to run out last minute to finish my style! Prices are competitive so next time I'm in town I'll be back if I need anything.

Worst hair store ever. Staff ghetto unprofessional they fired people then rehire them. This one employee has a terrible attitude.. They continue to let this young lady work there. I walked in one day a different young lady aguing with the boss. I would say not all the staff is bad.. It's some young ladies that know a lot about hair so that helps. But i rather go to a different hair store where i get better service and better prices. I use to love going there.. Now its either a fight, OR strip ghetto show. Work on professionalism.
