We were only there one night but I was impressed with the place. It's very unique, that's for sure! They are right next to a fabulous food market where you can eat/drink and sit outside and enjoy the locals and the great food or drinks from one of the many vendors inside the market. The pool is on a higher level and inside a glassed in room that has a patio. From there you can see all over Bordeaux.

As a U.S. traveler, the hotel meets basic Marriott standards. The room size is reasonable for France . However, the overall service and accommodations could improve, particularly in terms of warmth and personalization. Compared to other hotels in the Southern France region, the experience here felt less welcoming.

What a gem of a hotel! As silver members, we got a newspaper personalized, a room with a fabulous canal view and cookies! The hotel bar and restaurant upstairs are amazing! The breakfast was a 10/10! Highly recommend!

My husband and I had a lovely stay here toward the end of June, during the 'heat bubble.' The rooftop bar, Gina, had lovely views of the river and the city. We were able to enjoy the late evening with wines of our choice. The location next to Cite du Vin and Les Halles was really amazing. The food choices at Les Halles felt endless and delicious. It was always very lively. And we were able to get our day started well with the cappuchinos there, as well as breakfast at the Boulangerie. Cite du Vin enabled us to learn more about the wine region before we visited 10 chateaus in the area, all on the left bank.||While the pool is indoor, all the doors open / slide providing great sun protection while allowing fresh air into the heated pool area. It is a smaller pool with jets on one end. Don't think that you'll be able to swim laps here easily. One guest tried to and it was a laughable effort.||The bed was surprisingly comfortable with pillows to choose from. The AC was strong, and given the heat, very welcome. We appreciated the curtain that provided privacy between the bathroom and bedroom along the glass wall. The room was spacious with plenty of storage drawers and closet space. The bathroom was very spacious and the shower had strong pressure. The lobby is quite chic and the staff very helpful. They were able to arrange for us to get a couples massage nearby, as we could not make local phone calls.||While it was unfortunate not to have parking on site, we were able to park our rental car just next door.||Overall, we would love to come back and stay here again when we're back in the area!

Nice modern hotel and very friendly staff. Has what you aim to get. A bit far off from the city center. Approx 35min walk with a pair of good shoes. Extremely polite girl when I checked in. On the negative side they provide zero toilet accessories without request and the mini bar is empty when you arrive. And I don't think its OK to not have peanuts or anything to be bought at the lobby, and be referred to the 3* hotel close by. The price difference is 140 euros. Just serve your customers some chips/peanuts... Probably the best view you can get in bordeaux. Floor 6, corner room.

I'm not really a fan. I would have preferred a smaller friendlier hotel that was closer to the town centre. If you arrive a bit earlier than check in time of 3 pm (even 10 mins), I bet that you will be told your room isn't ready, but you will be offered an upgrade. Room looks good at first glance, but really plastic and naff. The ceiling is just the concrete of the building structure; looks cheap

Look I don't usually review anywhere, but at many junctures we tried to dine in the being refurbished at the time Gina restaurant. Very strange set up. When we attempted to have food we were up against a brick wall. Almost, I would say being deterred from dining there. Asked to sit outside twice, remember it's November guys. Not the hottest time of year. Second time we were asked to do this, we declined and left. Spent most of our time in the Moxy next door, the food hall opposite and Romeo restaurant. I'm not a savage for the nose bag, but hey supposed to be a 4 star hotel. Hello. Not to burst your bubble guys, but that's my experience. Try it yourself and see.

Excellent stay in an area of Bordeaux I hadn't been to before and was pleasantly surprised. The hotel is unique in style with its towers and also it is next to Le Halles which has many many restaurants of various ethnic foods available for lunch and dinner. The hotel itself has a restaurant and pool on top floor. The tram runs from a stop close to the hotel right into the city center. The room was comfortable and clean and had a good shower and beds. I would definitely stay there again. The receptionists were extremely helpful dispensing information to the guests along with maps. I drove in and following my GPS found it easy to get there. Also parking is reasonable and right next door.
