Renaissance Wind Creek Curacao Resort

There are not enough stars to rate how wonderful this resort was! When you first walk into the door, you feel welcomed with warm smiles. I stayed for 6 days and 5 nights over the Christmas holiday. The location is near everything including the mall. There was always something to do. The beach was peaceful and open 24/7. The facility also has a spa and gym. I would recommend 100% the all-inclusive package especially if you want access to a wider range of services and the real resort experience.||Special thanks to Daianarra Concierge Specialist, the very distinguished gentlemen who held the front door, the hotel housekeepers, and the catering servers: Team 1, 2,4, June, Aisha, Ms. Solange, the Chief and Cooks for their amazing culinary skills,( the Johnny cakes, salt fish, the red snapper were my favorite dishes to name a few), O'shantelly ( Beach), Denzer (Starbucks), Giliendrick (5 O'Clock Somewhere Bar), Chef, Director Of Dining Services Mr. Juan, and the nice manager upstairs who allowed me to use the hotel computer to do my homework. The casino was amazing. Overall, the facility was clean, the beach was wonderful, and the valuable staff members were a 10 out of 10. Thanks for the wonderful experience and I look forward to returning next year. Blessings to you all.

A Wonderful Stay – Amazing Staff & Great Location! I had an amazing experience at the Renaissance Curaçao! The hotel is in a fantastic location, but what truly made my stay special was the incredibly friendly staff. A special shoutout to Isabel and Martina, who brightened my mornings with their warm smiles, delicious omelets, and refreshing, healthy smoothies made with fresh ingredients. Their kindness and attention to detail made me feel pampered and right at home. The entire team at Renaissance Curaçao goes above and beyond to create a welcoming atmosphere. I can’t wait to return again! Thank you for the outstanding hospitality—keep up the excellent work! Would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Curaçao!

We spent a week at this excellent hotel and were not able to fault anything. The location is perfect, right next to lots of restaurants and the historic harbour. The staff are exceptionally friendly and go out of their way to ensure your enjoyment. The rooms are spotless, the food wonderful. A real pleasure to stay here.

Excellent hotel. The location is beautiful and very convenient, walkable to downtown. Everyone was so nice it was incredible. The Starbucks location inside the hotel was convenient. They have a large gym and a decent casino. Cons: - The pillows were a bit uncomfortable - Reception was always slow so if you needed anything you have to wait.

We had a lovely time staying at Renaissance. We saw the pictures of the private enclosed ocean-pool, but didn't realize it was elevated on the second level with a private sand beach and stunning sunset views. The resort staff are lovely people, a special thanks to the pool bar employees, our cheerful helper Roland and also Michael from the casino as he was always so welcoming and engaging.

The hotel is nice... the rooms could use a little renovation. The location is good. What made my stay great was the bellman Alexis... this man is God sent. I hope the Rennaisssnce realizes how much of a gem he really is. Please recognize him for the great job that he does. I would return just to be graced by his presence. Alexis is the man that puts a smile on your face before you enter the building. Amazing customer service.

Room wasn’t bad. The dresser is falling apart and the fridge is tiny. Not enough storage space for clothes. Service was pretty decent. They are friendly but there were some that tried to force the nice by saying things like “you look familiar, were you here a couple months ago?” Food at the hotel was pretty good. A little pricey but has good flavor. The bummer was that the front desk specifically told us the pool was open all night but when we were in there tonight, security yelled at us and said it was closed. Very unhappy about that. We were not playing loud music or being loud. The signage for the pool hours is not openly posted in the most convenient spots. So I felt it unfair that security treated us with disrespect and was rude to us. Overall we felt alright here. Would we stay here again? I don’t think it would be our first choice.

The staff at Renaissance are amazing! They were accommodating from start to finish, knowledgeable and spoiled me with desserts for my birthday (thank you Evaline for the chocolate cake)! We loved the two bell men (Alexis and Roland). They were soooo accommodating and kind! A special shout out to Isabel and Martina at the smoothie and omelette station. They are charismatic, full of energy and hilarious. They made the best breakfast for us each morning. Another special shout out to Plet, who was one of our servers when we ate at the buffet! He was hilarious and such a joy to be around. Make sure you bring him a pin for his vest when you go!! He has two of them full of pins from travelers. :) I can’t stress enough how amazing the staff and accommodations were. I would go back a thousand times if I could! Don’t hesitate, book your accommodations with them for your next Curaçao trip!
