Nice, quiet, clean, and comfortable hotel. Friendly and helpful staff. Good breakfast. We enjoyed sauna after biking in this amazing wine region. We recommend bicycling for exploration of this beautiful region. Thank you for your hospitality!

Please if you want to have a hotel with a good service, avoid this one. The owner of the hotel is the rudest person I have ever seen. I am personally owner of a travel industry business and this is not how you treat your customers. The owner tried to kick me out of the hotel and I had to call the police to help me to deal with her. She entered my room and abused my privacy just because I expressed my disagreement when she agresively knocked on my door asking me for an early check out (at 7.30 pm today after I barely checked in)just because there is noone at the reception desk at the time I was going to leave the hotel (tmr at 7.30am). She yelled at me to go immediately do the check out because she had to come extra for me right now. When I expressed disagreement with her behaviour, she enetered in an absolutely agressive way my room, yelled at me that" this was her house"and she was physically kicking me out, agresively coming after me and trying to take away the room keys from my hands. I made a video of her behaviour, it was incredible. Luckily Weisenkirchen has very helpful policemen who helped me to safely get out of the accommodation and find some another accommodation even though it caused a big inconvenience for me at 08.pm after 4 hours of driving !!! I think that she should find some help or leave this business. Of course, I am trying to work on a compensation with booking.

We felt so fortunate to have found the Raffelsberger Hof for our last handful of days in Austria! We did alot of reseach of the various towns in the Wachau and landed at the Raffelsberger Hof for it's location, charm, breakfast buffet reviews :), the quieter vibe of Weissenkirchen; it was absolutely the best place! We were warmly welcomed, loved our room facing the chuch, Katie went above and beyond with the ebikes and recommendations, that stellar breakfast buffet. And this before we "discovered" the sauna and pool! Wonderful staff and place.

Great place, nice breakfast. It can be challenging to find dinner if you get in late, have a plan for that

We had an idyllic retreat here. The hotel and grounds are peaceful and charming. The breakfast cover looking the courtyard was delicious and picturesque. I wish we could have stayed longer. The pool area is lovely, silent, and completely relaxing.

What a lovely, quiet spot! Beautiful rooms with full amenities and an incredibly delicious and varied breakfast menu. Claudia was a friendly and accommodating host and made sure everyone was well looked after. I would highly recommend staying here!

The hotel itself was really lovely with a great buffe breakfast, spa, and s great sauna.|Unfortunately, the female owner was so rude & aggressive that it made our stay uncomfortable and unpleasant. The male owner was so nice and so was the rest of the staff. If you are staying here be prepared.
