Please if you want to have a hotel with a good service, avoid this one. The owner of the hotel is the rudest person I have ever seen. I am personally owner of a travel industry business and this is not how you treat your customers. The owner kicked me out of the hotel and I had to call the police to help me to deal with her. She came drunk and entered my room and abused my privacy just because I expressed my disagreement when she agresively knocked on my door asking me for an early check out (at 7.30 pm today after I barely checked in)just because there is noone at the reception desk at the time I was going to leave the hotel (tmr at 7.30am). She yelled at me to go immediately do the check out because she had to come extra for me right now. When I expressed disagreement with her behaviour, she entered in an absolutely agressive way my room, yelled at me that " this was her house"and she was physically kicking me out, agresively coming after me and trying to take away the room keys. I mist point out she had a strong acohol odor so most likely this was about her having to leave some drinking party and come to to the hotel. I did not ask for her to come plus they have my credit card and could have charged it. I made a video of her behaviour, it was totally inappropiate and agressive. Luckily Weisenkirchen has very helpful policemen who helped me to safely get out of the accommodation and find some another accommodation even though it cause a big inconvenience for me at 08.pm after 4 hours of driving !!! I think that she should find some help or leave this business. Of course, I am trying to work on a compensation with booking.

Dear owner, unfotunately the information you are saying is absolutely not true.
I was not rude to anyone, you were.
And luckily I filmed you so I do have a prove that I will be using if necessary and booking.com already has it.
As I have seen in other reviews, I am not the only one who had this schoking experience with you. Also, yoi did not have to call the police, I did - which is easily to be proved in my phone registers.
About the brekafast I was politely asking your employee to check of it was possible to serve it at 7.00 am since I have to leave today at 7.30am or prepare a breakfast package for me and when she said this was not possible then I asked if the money I would pay for the breakfast can be discounted from the price.
You came to my room, drunk, agressive, knocked on the door in an agressive way and then entered my privacy yelling just because you "had to come from some party" and I repeat I did not not ask you to come. I really recommend you to reconsider working in this business because this is not how you treat your customers, you yelled at me " To leave your house, that is your house", you abused my privacy by enetering my room and caused me an incredible amount of stress.
I am asking booking for compensation and please yout get some help as you really need it.
