Rendez Vous Hotel

Absolutely horrible! I got an email from the hotel 1 hour before our check in that they would cancel our booking if we didn't confirm within 50 minutes, which made us panic and had to cancel our plans to go there quickly. When we arrived we were given a room where the balcony door was broken so that it couldn't be close properly and we could hear every tiny noise on the street. After some negotiating we managed to change rooms and they gave us a new room that smelled like bin bag, and it was impossible to stay in there so we asked for a refund, whereas the hotel refused. The corridor and the stairs also smelled so strongly of cigarattes that it was hard to breathe. Horrible!

From check-in to check-out, I encountered several issues that made my visit less than enjoyable. First and foremost, the cleanliness of the room was a significant concern. The carpets looked worn and dirty, and there were stains on the bedding that were hard to ignore. It was clear that the room had not been adequately cleaned or maintained. Moreover, the customer service left much to be desired. The staff appeared disinterested and unhelpful, failing to address my concerns promptly. When I asked for assistance with a room issue, it took an unreasonable amount of time for someone to respond. The amenities provided were subpar. The Wi-Fi was slow and unreliable, making it nearly impossible to work or stream content. The fitness center, advertised as a feature of the hotel, was poorly maintained, with broken equipment and inadequate ventilation. Additionally, the noise level within the hotel was disruptive. Thin walls and loud guests made it challenging to get a peaceful night's sleep. In terms of dining, the on-site restaurant was a letdown. The food quality was mediocre at best, and the prices were unjustifiably high. my stay at the Rendez-vous Hotel was disappointing, and I would caution anyone considering booking a stay here. The issues I encountered cast a shadow over what should have been a relaxing visit. It is my hope that the hotel management takes these concerns seriously and makes significant improvements for future guests.

I spent some nights at Rendezvous hotel. The staff seems very nice before you pay, but once you pay, you gonna be considered and treated as an invader to the land not only the hotel, especially foreigners. it seems that they worship money. I have had the experience of booking a balcony room at the hotel. We confirmed that before the payment and they said that I'll be staying at the balcony room. As soon as I got pay. They said that I have to wait until the room is cleaned. I was waiting for a long time till 15:30 afternoon. Though the room is supposed to be cleaned before 14:00. Then I got surprised that they sent me to another room that doesn't have the balcony though I payed for the balcony room. I found the room soooooo smelly with a broken shower and also AC. The worstest thing is that the room is located in the last floor with no elevator. I was being nice and accepted the room. I have a lot of baggage and I asked them at least to help me out pick up my baggage to the last floor with no elevator. and they refuse to give a helping hand though the problem is their's at the very first point as I book an expensive room with the balcony and they sent me to a rubbish room. I can't imagine how rude and bossing they are as soon as I payed the hotel. I noticed that the balcony rooms are nothing but a sample or a catalog to hook the victims!!!. Even the picture they have online has nothing to do with the the ones they have in the real life. ⛔⛔BE WARE OF WHERE YOU GONNA SPEND YOUR NIGHTS. ‼️

I believe it was still under construction hence the price was very reasonable.. You can only stay. Don't expect food there.. They don't serve food as of now. We booked a 3 bedroom on the 5th floor. They have a lift but the issue was with the huge room with a small AC. It will be very difficult during summer to stay in that room because that small AC will not be enough to make the room cool. Also no fan available .. Note - as per the comments from the Hotel - 1) Those 3 bedrooms on the 5th floor can't be for 6 people as those are single beds. I shared the pics for reference. 2) We did inform the reception regarding not cooling the room as the a/c is too small compared to the room and also asked for an alternative table fan .. They inform that they cannot help with the a/c as there is no other way.. We came to know that the reception people somehow managed to get one table fan for themselves and for another alternative for customers if asked it was hard to get it..

Rooms was clear, and nice. Window was to the wall same as in the two other hotels we have been. Price was ok but there was no breakfast. Only satbeck was ringing phone in the middle of the night several times (like 1 am). We didnt have a chance to try any service. If you re looking for some quick and cozy place to stay I think this is what you are looking for.

Changed name to Amica DreAmer, very central, friendly reception, few minor things wrong but generally comfortable
