Rendezvous Hotel Singapore was an amazing place to stay. The rooms were clean and tidy, the facilities were great, and the location was brilliant. However, the standout part of our stay was definitely the staff — they are a real credit to the hotel. Unfortunately, Emirates lost our luggage on arrival in Singapore. We arrived at the hotel early, having booked a taxi just to drop our bags before exploring the city. The young gentleman at reception (I’m sorry I didn’t catch his name) was outstanding and kindly arranged for us to access our room earlier than expected, which made a huge difference as we were travelling with our infant son. The restaurant staff were also wonderful, always chatting to our son and keeping him entertained. The cleaning lady on Level 8 was incredibly kind and always made a fuss of him as well. Pahheer at the door was an absolute pleasure to speak with — he took a genuine interest in us and our child and always greeted us with a smile. If we ever return to Singapore, we would definitely choose to stay at this hotel again. Highly recommended.

Absolutely outstanding.. SHOUT OUT TO ANTHONY at reception, who was so professional. From check in to late check out was just superb.Concierge to Ride to the airport was handled with uttermost care and kindness. Rooms were brilliant and clean. Stocked up either every item you need as a guest including water and drinks. Thank you so much for an amazing experience.. Shall be back.

Great stay at Rendezvous Hotel. The location is super convenient, only about 100 meters from Bencoolen MRT, and there’s a 7-Eleven right in front of the hotel. Breakfast was good and tasty. The staff were really friendly, Gavin noticed it was my birthday at check-in and upgraded us to a higher floor with a nicer view, which was a lovely surprise. Overall, very impressed and would definitely recommend.

I recently had the pleasure of celebrating my mum's birthday with a staycation at this fantastic hotel. The hotel's warm hospitality and thoughtful touches truly made the celebration special. Upon arrival, we were delighted to find a sweet peach-shaped cake waiting for us in our room – what a lovely surprise! The hotel's amenities were impressive, with a range of facilities to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. The club room, in particular, was a highlight. Dayang, the friendly lady at the club lounge, went above and beyond to help us with cake arrangements and mini decorations in our room. The club lounge itself was a cozy retreat, offering a selection of TWG teas and coffee, accompanied by bite-sized biscuits and cupcakes. *Room Amenities* Our room was well-appointed with all the essentials, including: - Luxurious toiletries (shampoo, body wash, conditioner, lotion, toothbrush, shaver, vanity set, comb) - Practical amenities like a hair dryer and iron - A complimentary in-room mini bar - A heated smart toilet seat/bidet – a game-changer! *Dining Options* The hotel has a few restaurants on the first floor, including a Western option that served decent food. The cocktail session in the club lounge was a highlight, with a selection of dim sum, smoked duck, salad, and cheese. Although the smoked duck refill was a bit slow, the variety of drinks, including beer, wine, and hard liquor, was impressive. *Location* One of the hotel's greatest advantages is its prime location. With direct access to the DT line and a short walk to the Circle line, getting around Singapore was a breeze. The surrounding area also offers plenty of affordable food options, making it an ideal base for exploration. *Overall* Despite a few minor issues, such as the overwhelming air freshener scent, our stay was truly enjoyable. With its excellent location, friendly staff, and comfortable amenities, this hotel is definitely worth returning to. If you're looking for a convenient and relaxing staycation spot, look no further!

Hotel is well placed for all attractions. The bus and metro are all close by. The staff here are so friendly and helpful and the room we had was great. The bed was huge and very comfortable. I would highly recommend staying here. You can borrow umbrellas from the concierge which I would definitely do not just for rain but the sun too.

Overall it was a pleasant experience staying at Rendezvous. Stayed 2 times here and both times were great. Have to give compliments to Fatin at the front desk for always being helpful especially when i was checking in. And compliments to Santhi too at the club lounge. She makes the best cocktails and her service was exceptional. My husband and i definitely enjoyed having to be served by her.

I would like to commend the hotel and staff for their service. It’s more than a 5star hotel. We arrived early 1pm, and the receptionist on duty who assisted us (forgot to ask the name) dec 7 offered us early check in. The room is ready. My request for large bed was also granted. There is also a friendly bellman that brought all our luggages to the room. They are all very friendly even the receptionist. The bellman is always there at the lobby ready to help you with what you need. Like currency exchange, taxi service and luggages. The room is very clean and big. Completr amenities. Aircon is cold. Very superb. There is 711 in the first floor and few steps away from bencoolen mrt. We will definitely book this hotel again. Even better than Jen orchardway.

Good location. Decided to do a last min upgrade to junior suite due to my son wanting the bathtub. Thank you to the front desk to accommodate my last min request after checking in to the original booked room.. Apologies for the inconvenience but they were very nice to help me out on my request. Club lounge access was awesome and room was comfortable it being a junior suite. Bathroom was spacious and bathtub was big along with the massage jet when showering. All in all was great,

This was my third hotel during my stay in Singapore. I paid a little less than $300 USD for two nights in a Superior Room. It was absolutely worth the price. The hotel was very elegant, extravagant, etc. for the price I paid. The lobby was just breathtaking with the lighting and decor. There was a bar/lounge area called The Library, I personally didn't hang out there, but I passed by several times. There is a small gym that overlooks the the pool. It has the basic equipment, so I was able to get a workout in before going to the pool. The pool was just exquisite especially at night! The room (and bathroom) itself was very spacious and clean. I didn't spend a lot of time in it though as I was doing tours. This hotel is close to Marina Bay Sands, Universal Studios Singapore, Raffles City and many other landmarks (those are just a few I visited). One of the reasons I selected this hotel is because it was close to the airport. My plan was to walk to the nearest metro and ride to the airport. Unfortunately, I had such a great time, and overslept (past 4:30am!) and missed any chance of making my flight back home. The front desk staff let me use their phone to call home, and they called a taxi for me to get to the airport.

The service here was really good. The people were so helpful and nice. It was clean and the location was pretty central. Since Singapore was a big city, it seemed like most locations were easy to get to. Public transportation was very easy.
