Rendezvous Hotel Singapore

Our hotel stay has been extremely amazing. The staff at the club lounge are friendly and helpful and we feel so welcomed. A special shoutout to these three staff who have been so awesome, Sofie, Yamani & Dayang. The food served are fresh and delicious, with a fair variety. We enjoyed the atmosphere and the exclusive feeling. We love the junior suite room that was assigned to us on Level 10. It is spacious, and we were lucky to catch a wonderful view of the national day (rehearsal) fireworks. The sofa could be converted into a sofa bed and the bathroom is fantastic. It is a large bathroom with a bathtub, a separate shower and the toilet bowl has a bidet washlet mechanism and heated seats. Love the rainshower and massage spray functions too. Simply amazing! It is conveniently located with train stations for Downtown Line (Bencoolen) and Circle Line (Bras Basah) at its doorstep. Convenience store 7 Eleven at Level 1, eateries around the area plus Starbucks across the road. Highly recommended ♥️

One of the best things about the Rendezvous Hotel is its people. All were so friendly and seemed genuinely interested in helping you. Special mention must be given to Danang Yamani who treated us so well in the Club Lounge. She recommended we visit the National Gallery of Singapore and that was one of our highlights. Every day she wanted to know what we had done and what our plans were. She has only been in the job for two weeks but she is definitely the right fix for her role. The hotel rooms aren’t big or have views, but they are clean and the shower is fantastic! They even have Appelle toiletries- my favourite. Also no noise from other rooms. Singapore is hot and muggy. The Rendezvous has three different MRT stations nearby, which made it very convenient. And the swimming pool was great for a dip in the afternoon.

I’m a Christian and I was pleasantly surprised that the hotel staff upgraded my room to a junior suite which has a prayer card to greet me and a bible in the drawer. I felt welcomed. I thought there isn’t any bathtub but it turned out the bathroom area was clean and well-furnished. Overall, I’m really satisfied with the hotel experience. I will come back again if I have the chance!

I stayed at Rendezvous Hotel Singapore for four nights and overall had a very good experience. The service was professional and helpful. I did have a small issue with a water leak in the bathroom, but the hotel manager responded promptly and moved me to a new room immediately, which I really appreciated. One of the great perks was the complimentary laundry service, they offer free washing for two pieces of clothing per day, which was very convenient for longer stays. The breakfast was also quite good, with a wide variety of options to choose from. Another nice touch was the complimentary cocktail service available in the early evening before 8 PM. It was a relaxing way to end the day. The location is excellent. Just steps away from the MRT station and surrounded by restaurants and shops. You don’t need to walk far at all to get anywhere, and the area feels safe and convenient. If you’re visiting Singapore and want a hotel with great service, a fantastic location, and thoughtful extras, I definitely recommend staying here. I would gladly return.

Extremely good location, close to multiple MRT and near all the major attractions. Clean and wonderful rooms, amazing bathroom. Has many restaurants and amenities nearby. Since the hotel itself is quite old, facilities like the pool a bit dated. But otherwise very good experience and will recommend it to everyone.

We have ants in the room throughout the 5 nights we stayed at the hotel. We raised the issue with the front desk and were told it would be looked into. No thereafter follow up or whatsoever. We still saw the ants with or without traces of food in the room. I couldn't be bothered to escalate it as the staff wasn't helpful, and I thought it was normal in SE Asia until I stayed in the subsequent hotel in Indonesia. My villa was by the garden and yet no ants in sight in the room at all. Location was great. Room was spacious yet a bit dated and dimmed. Quiet room with good soundproof. Good bedding. Some staff members were friendly. Will not return. SGD160/night for this experience is a rip off.

Had a upgrade and room was good less the aircon could have been better. Noisy and not cold enough. Especially on such a hot weather. As it’s an old hotel, can’t expect too much. Nice room, bed is good.

The hotel was a little dated but clean. The check in/out staff weren’t that friendly but Concierge was great. The location was good and waking distance to most tourist places. Bed was comfortable would recommend if you are there for a quick stay.

This was my third hotel during my stay in Singapore. I paid a little less than $300 USD for two nights in a Superior Room. It was absolutely worth the price. The hotel was very elegant, extravagant, etc. for the price I paid. The lobby was just breathtaking with the lighting and decor. There was a bar/lounge area called The Library, I personally didn't hang out there, but I passed by several times. There is a small gym that overlooks the the pool. It has the basic equipment, so I was able to get a workout in before going to the pool. The pool was just exquisite especially at night! The room (and bathroom) itself was very spacious and clean. I didn't spend a lot of time in it though as I was doing tours. This hotel is close to Marina Bay Sands, Universal Studios Singapore, Raffles City and many other landmarks (those are just a few I visited). One of the reasons I selected this hotel is because it was close to the airport. My plan was to walk to the nearest metro and ride to the airport. Unfortunately, I had such a great time, and overslept (past 4:30am!) and missed any chance of making my flight back home. The front desk staff let me use their phone to call home, and they called a taxi for me to get to the airport.

The service here was really good. The people were so helpful and nice. It was clean and the location was pretty central. Since Singapore was a big city, it seemed like most locations were easy to get to. Public transportation was very easy.
