Rent in Rome

Worst experience ever with accommodation in Rome. Be very aware the photos online are nothing like the property you get. The two apartments we had were shabby, tired and the furniture old and worn. I would NEVER recommend. A complete ripoff

This was truly the best accommodation in Rome I ever had! I am so glad that we stayed with Rent in Rome. We were just around the corner from the Colisseum and could walk anywhere. As I love ice-cream, it was fantastic to be so close to the best Italian ice-cream parlours in Rome. I read the restaurant recommendations and they proved to be very useful. I felt like I had been to Rome as a local more than as a tourist. The apartment was kept in a traditional and rather charming Italian style and it was very convenient and clean. We will for sure come back

Amazing apartments at a good price, a way to experience Rome like a local without spending too much! Personally, I had a great experience, the apartment was in the center, extremely beautiful, cozy and extremely cleaned. I am planning to go back to Rome soon and I will get another apartment with Rent in Rome for sure!

We were treated like trash through the booking process. Originally we booked via Booking.com nearly 8 month prior to staying. 2 nights, 5 people at a rate of 484 euro. Mid March 2022 when Italy and Rome are opening up much more after Covid, we are contacted by Rent in Rome via Booking, to tell us that due to Covid they have to close and they cancel our booking. Through the entire process they continue to sell their rooms, BUT at 3 times the rate we were originally confirmed at. No offer was made from RiR nor B.com to keep room at higher rate. TOTALLY unheard of and VERY disrespectful to customers, considering they manage their rates at all times. We have now just returned from Rome after some very nice days there, OBVIOUSLY staying at a different place. BE AWARE of rate policies from Rent in Rome, is all I can say.

Beautiful apartment and excellent service. The apartment was fully furnished, walking distance from all the attractions in Rome. We will definitely choose Rent in Rome when we are visitinig the city next time!

Mi experiencia en el apartamento Trevi Fountain Suite ha sido nefasta. El apartamento es lo que esperaba, no tan bonito como en las fotos ya que como es muy habitual lo decoran bien pero eso lo aceptaba ya que básicamente buscaba algo aceptable y céntrico. El primer día el agua de la ducha se filtraba por la puerta y se acumulaba en el suelo por lo que tuvimos que poner toallas en suelo pero aun así el tercer día empezó a filtrarse y habia una gotera que cayó en las camas de abajo mojando los colchones y la ropa de cama. Y ahora viene lo más preocupante cuando buscado si había ropa de cama para cambiar miramos en unas bolsas que habia debajo de la cama de arriba y están llenas de toallas y sábanas usadas de los anteriores inquilinos, algo que parece increíble pero es así , una vergüenza. A todo esto la respuesta de Alessandra que es quien nos atendió fue la de pedir disculpas nada más cuando yo solicité que me abonasen parte del importe ya que era vergonzoso tener eso debajo de mi cama. En fin no recomiendo para nada alojarse aquí, muy poco profesional por parte de esta agencia. Pongo fotos del anuncio y las reales.
