"The phrase “Dedicated to Art” is engraved in stone over the entrance of the Renwick Gallery, a reminder of its rich history as the nation’s first building created expressly as an art museum. More than a century and a massive renovation later, this mission continues to hold true. The Renwick celebrates contemporary craft and decorative arts through immersive installations, special exhibitions, and impressive collections of jewelry, wood art, and studio furniture. The curated works are both elegant and innovative, much like the Second Empire architecture of the building when it was first designed by Renwick in 1859. As with all Smithsonian Institution museums, admission is free."

The Renwick Gallery is a hidden gem in Washington, D.C., offering a stunning showcase of contemporary American craft and decorative arts. The building itself is beautifully historic and perfectly complements the vibrant, immersive exhibitions inside. Every visit feels like stepping into a creative wonderland filled with unique artworks that inspire and captivate. It's free to enter, conveniently located near the White House, and perfect for a quick, enriching cultural experience. Highly recommended for art lovers and curious visitors alike!

If you are a fan of arts and crafts and this will be a high priority for you. Otherwise, you can safely skip it. It’s a pretty small museum and the artwork is all homemade, it’s not sophisticated. I did really enjoy seeing the county fair winner for the butter cow!

Google
The Renwick Gallery is such a gem! Every exhibit is creative, thought-provoking, and beautifully crafted. It’s the perfect place to explore modern art in a space that feels both inspiring and welcoming. A must-visit for anyone who loves art, design, or just wants a fresh perspective!

Loved the Renwick Gallery! The exhibits were creative and meaningful — especially the mix of traditional crafts and modern art. A beautiful space that truly celebrates American artistry.

The Renwick is my favorite DC art museum! It's contemporary and features a great variety of multimedia art ranging from inspiring to whimsical pieces. Their rotating exhibits are always top notch!

Google
Really cool spot right by the White House. Free entry, chill vibe, and always some awesome exhibits. It’s small enough to enjoy in under an hour but packed with creative stuff. Great little artsy detour if you’re in D.C.

I visited the Renwick Gallery during a weekend trip to DC. Honestly, it wasn’t on my original itinerary, but it turned out to be the biggest surprise of my whole trip. The building itself is beautiful, and the exhibitions are incredibly engaging. The second floor features stunning large-scale installations — immersive, colorful, and full of intricate details. You can walk right into the spaces, get surrounded by light, textures, and shapes, and it feels like stepping into a different world. It’s the kind of art that makes you slow down, look closer, and just enjoy being there. Definitely worth stopping by if you’re anywhere near the White House.

Smallish gallery currently hosting a State Fair exhibit featuring some incredible entries into various US State Fairs. Don't miss the seed art or the Butter cow. Exit thru the gift shop.

Yelp
Art galleries are a relaxing way to "escape" the hustle, bustle, and politics of DC for an hour or two. The Renwick Gallery is super close to the White House, the People's House interactive exhibit, and Lafayette Park. I had a little over an hour before the Yelp Taste of Indonesia Dinner Party event at Dua Coffee. Since Renwick Gallery is a few blocks away, I decided to pop in. When I visited in August 2025, the main exhibit was art displayed at state fairs. Two large painted cowboy boots outside the museum advertised the exhibit, and I couldn't resist. The quilts were gorgeous, and I can't imagine how many hours of work went into them. One artist even made a "quilt" out of ribbons won from a state fair, and I saw a sweetgrass basket that was made in Charleston and displayed at the South Carolina State Fair. Some objects in the Renwick Gallery are permanent, such as the seed art, but many are temporary, so it's worth a repeat visit if you're in the area. Like the rest of the Smithsonian museums, admission is free. No reservation was required for me to get in as of August 2025.

Yelp
This has easily become one of my favorite museums to visit when I'm visiting DC. It's a charming Smithsonian art museum that is really close to the White House. It's free, easy to get to, and only two floors. When you enter, like most DC museums, they check your bag. In the winter, you can hang your coat by the door. Our first visit was late November 2024 for a textile exhibit that was beyond stunning. While it's only two floors, it feels super engaging and very interactive at times. I love the variety of art they have. For our visit this weekend, we went to see the State Fair exhibit. It was so much fun! I (like probably everyone else) fell in love with the butter cow. So iconic!! So cool! There is a grand staircase that takes you to the second floor, but I believe they have an elevator further in the museum. There are mens and womens restrooms scattered around the museum. They also have a very cute museum gift shop. I highly recommend visiting this unique and exciting art museum.

Yelp
The Renwick is a beautiful museum, always. But as of August 22, 2025 it has been transformed into a special exhibition which encompasses the entire museum with a State Fair theme. Thoughtfully curated with everything from canned goods, butter sculpture, pottery, fiber arts and even crop art, the exhibition is a marvelous testament to the American tradition. The exhibition will be on until September of 2026. Note - items referenced from earlier reviews are not on view during this exhibition. But prepare to be blown away by the creativity and ingenuity on full display in this current exhibition.

Yelp
The Renwick Gallery is as much to be appreciated for its architectural significance and beauty as for the arts within. The Renwick may be small on the scale of other Smithsonian museums, but it is well worth a visit. The current exhibit of textile arts by Black artists invites thoughtful introspection and reflection on our shared past through the humble medium of quilting and needlecrafts. The gift shop is especially impressive, forgoing the usual gift shop fodder of t-shirts and magnets and instead featuring a wide variety of handcrafted items such as handbags, coats, jewelry, and objets d'art.
google avatar

Tonia K.

Yelp
The Renwick is a cool Smithsonian museum. It's a part of the American Art Museum, albeit a smaller extension. But don't let the size fool you! There's still much to experience. My visit is from earlier this season with some exhibits that have since closed. So just know they do rotate and check their website to confirm what's on display before you go. It's a museum that you can probably visit in 1-2 hours depending on how you experience art! If you love or are even interested in learning through art, this is a great experience. I'd recommend a visit if you're in DC (and of course of you're local!)

Yelp
Today on 12/30/24, I went to see a lovely fiber arts exhibition by several artists. The exhibit is here (Renwick) until the January 5, 2025. The works were unique, innovative, powerful and beautiful. Enjoyed the quilts, sculptures, weavings and embroidery. Carolyn Masloomi has a lovely black and white quilt with masks. The exhibit was inspirational for me as a quilt artist myself. My favorite work of art was the crazy quilt inspired weaving by Lia Cook, entitled "Crazy Too Quilt", 1989 The featured quilt was a weaving on linen by Emma Amos, Winning, 1982, Well worth the trip!

Yelp
I found parking easily in the street during the day time on Saturday. The museum looked so elegant with red carpeted stairs upon entry. There was an upstairs and downstairs exhibits. An hour felt sufficient for me to go through the exhibits. They had some really interesting pieces and some of the explanation cards were really intriguing to read. The only negative I had with my experience was that there was a security guard that was upset about another guard moving to another station or something and she was expressing her discontent very loudly with swear words. She wasn't doing this in an isolated location, it happened as I was moving throughout most of the first floor of the museum.

Yelp
A great art gallery that's free of entry! It's two floors and is full of great art in every room. There's some quilting, abstract yarn pieces, flourescent lights, and statement pieces to name a few. My favorite is the large colorful room with a groovy rug. They literally want you lay down on your back and look up at the netting to watch the lights changing color to make you feel happy. Doing so also of course allows you to decompress and relax for a bit. We had been walking around all day and ended our walk at the Renwick Gallery and I could feel my back loosening up the second laid down. In general it's nice to have a great place to explore that's indoors on those hot DC days. :) Quick shoutout to the gift shop too! It was super cute and had some really neat coffee table books, jewelry, books, arts and crafts, things of that nature. I bought a coffee table myself. I'm stoked to have it as a souvenir from my weekend trip!

Shayla M.

Yelp
The Renwick Gallery was phenomenal! There are no tickets required to enter and there artwork is beautiful. There are two levels. The bottom level seemed to be in honor of black history. The top level had a room with a giant display on the ceiling. I have heard that this is possibly going away soon so if you are interested, I would definitely check it out. Photography is encouraged at the gallery. This would be a place I would take visitors from out of town.
google avatar

Linnea E.

Yelp
A relatively small gallery compared to other art museums in the area, but full of visually interesting and varied pieces. There were several installations that took up the entire room which made for a very immersive experience.
google avatar

Hunter S.

Yelp
Nice little modern art gallery. When I went, there were exhibits on women and weaving/fiber art, contemporary craft art (I saw a great vase with a hiphop theme featuring Biggie and Tupac). A lot of art that could be categorized as folk art. Art from Latino/Latina people, Indigenous people . . . some abstract paintings, some glasswork, some pottery . . . The architecture is also stimulating . . . a red staircase to greet you . . . a large light structure above you on the second floor . . . colorful dioramas across the ceiling above you in some places. Small and doesn't take a ton of time to cover, but worth a stop if you're over on the Whitehouse side of town. Free entry.
google avatar

Kathleen D.

Yelp
Renwick Gallery is a crafts and arts museum right near the White House. It's a Smithsonian museum, so it's free to the public and reservations weren't required. They do have a security screening as you enter. The downstairs exhibit was temporary, and the upstairs held their permanent items. My friend and I walked around for about an hour taking everything in. I really enjoyed myself and would recommend it to others visiting DC and looking for a dose of culture.
google avatar

Claire L.

Yelp
Tickets aren't needed and the exhibit is free. Photography is encouraged, flash photography is allowed. Exhibit takes ~ 30-45 min Very moving pieces on the newest gallery downstairs that was just added Friday. Was very informative and perfect for Black History month. The upstairs of this gallery held a big visual art piece that is the pink picture with many people taking time to enjoy the effects and taking pictures. There are some chairs on the top floor if you wish to stay a while or, as many people were welcomed to do today, sat on the carpet for a fuller effect. Great exhibit!
google avatar

Sydney G.

Yelp
It's been years since I visited the Renwick but it's still just as awesome as I remember! It's so fun when friends come in from out of town so I have a chance to play tourist and go to museums. Definitely worth a trip!
google avatar

Naomi J.

Yelp
If you like fiber arts, this is a fun museum! It is one of the smallest (the smallest?) Smithsonian's, and it took me just over one hour to walk through both floors (the top is the permanent exhibits and the bottom/main floor rotates).
google avatar

Rachel H.

Yelp
I'm not a crazy art fan so I'm sure if you are this place is amazing. We went on a rainy day, it wasn't too busy at all. There were a lot of small artist displays which was nice to see, also a lot of meaning behind it all if you read through it. The coolest things in my eyes was the opening of the gallery with the fun lights/glass, the giant neon sign and then the colored ceiling art. If you have kids I don't highly recommend unless the love art. But it is free and we could waste some time in here and learn more about art and culture but in a smaller scale than the usually big museums.
google avatar

Christopher P.

Yelp
Wonderful and manageable museum with thought-provoking and interesting modern art. Highly recommend as a stop through when you are in DC.
google avatar

Ben C.

Yelp
A great pop in experience. Solid place to unwind and hit the facilities between other more crowded attractions. Two floors of rotating cultural pieces. Clean enough, not spotless, and reasonably quiet.
google avatar

Alexis B.

Yelp
The Renwick Gallery is a part of the Smithsonian American Art Museum (it houses craft and decorative art from the SAAM's collection), and I'm surprised I hadn't been yet! When in DC for a day a few weeks ago, we finally stopped by! The main collection had some truly amazing pieces - a quilt by Bisa Butler that had my jaw on the floor and pieces by Wanxin Zhang, Judith Schaechter, Basil Kincaid...! Free and with a great collection, don't wait as long to visit as I did!
google avatar

Michael B.

Yelp
Not to be missed museum of American crafts. A part of the Smithsonian, admission is free. Exhibits always include wonderful examples of varied crafts, including fiber, metalwork, ceramics, and furniture, but often much, much more. The museum is relatively small but still plan to spend about an hour. Very near the White House and Lafayette square, and walkable close to the Washington Monument.
google avatar

Chelsea A.

Yelp
Super thought provoking museum. It's smaller than your usual Smithsonian (it'll probably take 2 hours tops if you thoughtfully read everything), but I love the messages that are thoughtfully expressed by artists. I love that from far away, an artwork looks so different than up close and you get to read the description of the inspiration. Love the curation of the current theme: "Crafting a Better World" 10/10 would recommend, and I would totally go back to just contemplate the meaning of life.
google avatar

Evelyn L.

Yelp
Other than the security (at the front) being RUDE, I had a pleasant time here. I was looking for something free to do while I was waiting around for an event and I found this place. The museum has 2 floors and plenty of things to look at. I decided to stay for 2 hours in the grand salon and the museum agent walking around made sure I was comfortable and even moved a bench for me so I could charge my phone. He was so sweet! The museum is beautiful and I would definitely recommend this place who loves art galleries.
google avatar

John C.

Yelp
Hidden museum by the White House next to the Dwight D Eisenhower building. As all Smithsonian museums it is free to get in. The art in 2022 was very eclectic. I wish I had seen the burning man items in 2018 that are posted on Yelp. Still worked to get out of the cold and warm up.
google avatar

Temima N.

Yelp
I really enjoyed this museum. I had a lot of fun looking at the interesting (at times odd) art but I also loved the beautiful displays of fabric and chandelier like piece. Those were both very pretty and nice to look at. It's a smaller museum so it might only take at most an hour or so to go through everything but it's free and entertaining!
google avatar

Yelp
Completely blown away by this breathtaking museum! That was an awfully long winded sentence, but so true. And just excuse my horrible pun/ joke attempting. My friend and I had decided in our recent visit to DC to hit up some museums we hadn't been to since we've been to the city a few times previous and have already seen a lot (it never gets old btw). But basically, we didn't go to most of the popular Smithsonians, and Renwick Gallery came across our radar when we were trying to find more discreet museums on the list. I have to say, this is definitely one of my favorite Smithsonian's I've been to now! If you are at all an art person you need to go here. And it's not a relatively big museum so it won't even take up much of the day. I think it took us about an hour, really taking our sweet time looking around. There are so many beautiful pieces, and each room kind of had a different theme that was fascinating and so fun to read about. They even have a few pieces from Chihuly, the famous glass blower, which was impressive to me. Of course, there were dozens of other equally merited and admiring artists too. This ones a lot of fun and very visually pleasing and interactive, plus it's pretty close to some restaurants unlike most of the museums- super duper recommend!
google avatar

Amber N.

Yelp
A lovely space with a diverse collection. There were so many pieces that moved me and I had a good time.
google avatar

Nora A.

Yelp
This tiny museum is a little gem! Located right across from the White House, this is a nice visit for locals and if you are bringing out of town guests! Free admission, a few colorful displays, and a cute gift shop make this one of DC's must do's!
google avatar

Daniel R.

Yelp
A gorgeous free museum only steps from the White House! Great exhibits and many places to snap some good pictures too. Check it out!

Christopher P.

Yelp
Worst art museum in DC. They do not make good use of the space, and only carry a handful of mediocre pieces. When I went they wasted their largest room on a single piece of "art" - basically just string lights nailed to the ceiling, and that's it. If you want a good art museum, go to the National Gallery or something, so not waste your time here.
google avatar

Elizabeth M.

Yelp
This museum is one of my Smithsonian favorites - it's usually not crowded so you can visit at your own pace. Don't miss the gift shop!
google avatar

Pam D.

Yelp
The Renwick Gallery in D.C. is where to go for unusual artwork. It's a small museum that took only about an hour to go through, but I definitely thought it was time well spent. The museum wasn't overly crowded, so I felt very relaxed. My favorite was Janet Echelman's woven sculpture...it was breathtaking. And the gift shop is amazing.
google avatar

Khoi N.

Yelp
One of my favorite gallery's in the area. Free admission and plenty of street parking. There's always a new exhibit every couple of months. Usually takes around 30-60 minutes to navigate throughout the gallery. Highly recommend going early on the weekends as it does get packed. No reservations needed and all bags are searched at the entrance. Sanitizing stations located on each floor and masks required
google avatar

Brittany S.

Yelp
This was a nice free gallery to pass an hour with installations, and a mix of contemporary and classical art. Neighboring the White House, I imagine this spot gets somewhat lost in the shuffle but I enjoyed it for a quick pit stop. There were few people inside which made it easier to navigate and enjoy at our own pace. I especially enjoyed the current wooden room installation that served as an altar/memorial of sorts for guests to contribute to the art by writing a note on a wooden square to a loved one that has passed. The exhibit was peaceful and reminded be of Turkish/mosque designs with its intricate craftsmanship and low lighting. Overall, a fun and worthy spot to pass an hour or so and explore the galleries.
google avatar

Melissa M.

Yelp
On a recent trip to DC, we took advantage of this free museum right next to the White House. They had a very cool exhibit in the front gallery with iPads where you could see virtual reality plants. The exhibit combined art and technology, making it very interactive. We also enjoyed some of the permanent exhibits and some of the other plant and nature themed sculptures in the back gallery. There is a very cute gift shop in the middle of the gallery. Check out this gallery! Totally worth the trip!
google avatar

Chell H.

Yelp
I decided to be a tourist for the day and Renwick has been on my list for a while. I love art, however this museum is not that "artsy" in my opinion. Also, I was under the impression that the museum would be a little bigger (there's only a couple of rooms). It's a good walk through if you have about 30 mins to spare.
google avatar

Rumit P.

Yelp
This is one of my favorite museums of all the Smithsonian. Although it's not so huge as the others and tucked away from them, it has one of the most compelling exhibits I've ever seen. I try to come out here once every couple months. My favorite installation (soon to be removed) is David Best's temple, just up the long red-carpeted staircase. It's sad to read all of the messages to those who have passed away, but encouraging to know that one is not alone, and at some point everyone will lose someone. A bit depressing but understandable that evidently they discard the memory cards on a weekly basis. The one I had written in memory of my boyfriend was long removed, but at least I got a photo of my message at the installation.
google avatar

Anushka M.

Yelp
If you're looking for a quick stop at one of the various art museums, check out Renwick gallery! This free spot has lots of cool art and exhibits available. It's not so large that it feels overwhelming, but not short that you feel there isn't much. They have different exhibits throughout the year so I hope to come back when new ones arrive!
google avatar

Linda H.

Yelp
This is a small modern gallery in DC. Some installations are permanent but most are rotating. I highly recommend visiting this. It's quick, well organized, courteous staff.
google avatar

Huaqing L.

Yelp
They always has amazing exhibition. Currently they have a glass collection that is stunning. And this beautiful installation on the 2nd floor, the topic of this art is sad but it is really pretty to see
google avatar

Lucia B.

Yelp
Came to see The burning man exhibit with a friend from out of town! It was pretty cool and great for photo opportunities. Cool information about the festival, and a great insight on the art exhibitions that are done every year. Fascinating to see the materials used for most of the pieces, you would never guess some of the things that are used to make art pieces just by looking at them from afar. It was a bit crowded during the weekend but we still had a good time. It took us about an hour to see the whole thing.
google avatar

Hwal L.

Yelp
I had such a great time here on our first visit! There were four artist exhibits downstairs when we came on a recent rainy weekday, and I enjoyed these mostly 3-D installations especially because the pieces by each artist were very unique in theme and material. I particularly liked stepping under this giant roof hanging from the ceiling where I felt like I had just stepped into a hut or something. At least half the exhibit space upstairs was closed on this visit, but The Temple memorial was memorable to me. It was a wholly wooden structure for visitors to bring/leave messages for loved ones they've lost, and it definitely had that solemn vibe, although there were quite a few messages and scribbles which were anything but. Up on the ceiling above the stairway, icicle-like light rods put on an LED display which was pretty and fitting since the doorway to The Temple was right off the top of the stairway. All in all we really enjoyed our visit.
google avatar

Laura W.

Yelp
Located near the White House and being a free Smithsonian museum, the Renwick Gallery is a great place for both tourists and locals alike to visit for a couple of hours. I have seen two separate exhibits here and neither took longer than a couple of hours to browse making it a good break between doing other touristy things nearby or a break from, for me at least, work I brought home from my job that I just couldn't look at anymore. I cannot recall the name of the first exhibit I saw but it was when it first reopened and was extremely popular on Instagram. I was really impressed by the level of interaction involved with the installations and the curation of each was fabulous. The more recent exhibit I saw here was the Burning Man exhibit and while it had slightly fewer interactive experiences, there were still several (the color changing mushrooms were pretty cool as was the huge temple room) that were engaging. It was really cool to learn the history of the Burning Man festival and the non-profit organization that has risen up out of it too. I noticed a lot of young babies here which I can see them being fascinated with some of the light and sound displays. It also seemed like an equal mix of locals and tourists. It was pretty crowded on the Saturday afternoon I visited it; it was also blazing hot so I'm not surprised it was crowded since it provided refuge from the sun. I don't think strollers are allowed-which makes sense given the tight spaces-so be sure to bring a baby carrier if you bring a little one. I'd definitely recommend stopping in soon to see the Burning Man exhibit if you have not already because I overhead a security guard telling someone that they are going to begin tearing it down, starting on the second floor, in late September although it is advertised as being on display until January.
google avatar

Aarti B.

Yelp
Eclectic modern art museum. There are always new exhibits and transformative works of art here. Although the museum is cozy with only a few rooms, each room leaves you with awe. I saw the Burning Man exhibit inspired by the Black Rock Desert of Nevada annual summer event. The wood panel temple was really ornate and impressive. I saw a lot of notes that other people left and was tempted to leave one. The moving mushroom life structures were my favorite! You can see how the material compacts and the shape of the structure changes upon tapping on the footpad. It's quite mesmerizing, and I took a few videos. I really like the luminous intricate polygons, there was a room full of them in different sizes. Renwick Gallery isn't your typical art museum, you won't be seeing any paintings here. The out of box creative works of art will tickle your curiosity and challenge your imagination.

Dan H.

Yelp
The security guards at this museum belittled my wife for her use of a service animal and made her feel profoundly uncomfortable. A very disturbing and discriminatory experience.

Yelp
Ok .... so this was my favorite museum thus far. Maybe because it was the Burning Man Exhibit and it was SUPER COOL!!!! The Renwick is an extension of the Smithsonian American Art Museum and is located like 10 blocks away and it's FREE! Yay! I'm a fan of Burning Man so I was already excited to see this exhibit. The 1st Floor had relics and loads of information about Burning Man as well as an interactive 3D goggles to give you a feeling as if you were at Burning Man. 1st floor also had a few works by Android Jones- a cool artist I started following in IG so it was super cool to see one of my favorite pieces by him. 2nd floor also had relics from Burning Man .... but had a cool and zen like vibe . Large glowing mushrooms that changed shape, a large temple room that you could put your wishes on small wood chips to put on the shrine and there was my favorite room that had a Burning Man in the middle of the room and a robotic Gameltron was playing in the room. So beautiful- I wanted to stay there all day. I think this exhibit is there until September 2018 and I definitely want to come back before it ends ~~~~~~~~ UPDATE- 1st floor of exhibit closed sept 16 2nd floor open until January 21st 2019 ( see photo of flyer I had when I 1st went in spring 2018)
google avatar

Stephanie G.

Yelp
I thought this would be more like a gallery that had a few paintings on the wall or something where you stroll in, glance, if you are rich you may look at prices, then move on. When I came during the Burning Man exhibit, it was much more like an installation/museum experience with a lot of things to look at. It's more like a small but well-filled free contemporary art museum, what's cooler than that? It was a little crowded but it wasn't too bad to move around. It's also a nice indoor place to check out and there were some benches around in case you need to take a moment off your feet. It was on my route from point A to point B and I was intrigued enough to go in, so it is definitely worth a few minutes to check out if you are in the general area.
google avatar

G K.

Yelp
This is not your typical art show. The designs are unique in so many ways. One can easily find something to love here. For me, I found most of the creations to be exquisite. Seeing another's take on the world is always refreshing. There are so many crafts and stories one would never know otherwise. History, cultural and craft all rolled into one beautiful story done so well. And the gift shop is where I lost my marbles! I bought my first 3D made object; vase! How cool is that?! Go here if you want a refreshing take on things. You won't be disappointed!
google avatar

Priyanka C.

Yelp
I've been here twice and have really enjoyed it both times! The main exhibit this time was the burning man. There's many paintings, sculptures, and jewelry explaining the burning man event. The main burning man exhibit is in the large room once you go up the flight of stairs. The last exhibit I went to was "Wonder" which was made of colorful strings. There's FREE admission and it's a great touristy spot to spend about 40-45 minutes at or cool off before doing another activity in the city. They have a few interactive rooms on the upper level that are entertaining.

The Renwick Gallery reopened in 2015 and since has established itself as a MUST SEE museum in Washington, D.C. Located one block from the White House, it's easy to stop by while you're sightseeing. Here's why it's worth it: 1) Cutting edge experiential art: They reopened with an exhibit called Wonder that at the time was the most Instagrammed museum in DC. They hit a lull until they opened No Spectators in March 2018. Both exhibits experiment with light, color, and interactive art leaving you with a sense of wonder about our world. It's inspiring! 2) Space: There are only two floors and about 8-10 rooms to go through so you can easily stop by on your way to the White House or National Mall. 3) Great store: Their museum store sells stuff that is actually helpful and interesting. 4) Price: It's free. Welcome to Washington, D.C.!
